Tuvimos una experiencia excepcional en OFF TRIANA. La ubicación era perfecta. Además, los servicios proporcionados eran de primera clase. Desde el momento en que llegué, el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, asegurándose de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitaba para una estancia confortable. Las instalaciones en el alojamiento son de alta calidad. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, limpias y cómodas, con todas las comodidades modernas que uno pueda desear. Me sentí como en casa desde el primer momento. El anfitrión merece un reconocimiento especial. Su atención al detalle y su disposición para ayudar en cualquier momento hicieron que mi estancia fuera aún más memorable. En resumen, recomendaría encarecidamente este alojamiento a cualquier persona que busque una estancia de calidad en Las Palmas. We stayed in the Sophia apartment. The apartment was spacious and light with large windows. There were lovely touches such as the fruit basket, wine and daily cleaning and fresh water. The communal terrace was a great touch with the bar and the terrace above this. We only used it once but I can imagine when it would be a little busier it could be very social. The guide that was put together was fantastic and we used it a fair bit to choose the restaurants to go to. The parking was great to have too. The communication with Patchi was very easy via WhatsApp and would answer queries promptly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The noise from the bottle bank being emptied at 7am on a Monday morning. However it’s a working town which makes Las Palmas such a wonderful place to visit. It’s great to be in Triana such a lovely place full of cafés, restaurants and shops.

Our host Pachi was incredible and met us with the keys and to explain the parking and everything, even though we arrived quite late. The apartment is already amazing, but then add all of the amenities that are so wonderful like the outdoor lounge (complete with a complimentary bar area) and also the rooftop area to relax. Location is perfect!

the property was extremely clean and well maintained. it was in a perfect location, next to some delicious local restaurants and unique shops. Pachi was an amazing host, he welcomed us on arrival, arranged parking for us and even booked restaurants for our dinners. he’s very kind and considerate. we had such a warm welcome and can’t wait to stay there again one day.

Wonderful stay, beautiful apartment in the heart of the town, spotlessly clean. Staff just great, always available to help. We will surely ger back for our next stay in Las Palmas.

Seeing pictures of property you have very high expectations and when you arrive, it’s way more than you expected! Perfect location, very comfortable apartment, clean! Staff is super nice and helpful. Owner of property is very helpful - answers any question you have! We have traveled a lot, but this place have been so far the best. We highly recommend and we for sure will return!

Very well-thought-out place, stylish and clean. We travel light and we loved the laundry service. Rooftop is a bonus. The staff is very nice and considerate.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the old-town Triana district. Spacious, nicely decorated, and with extra touches e.g. fruit and wine on arrival, and access to the roof terrace and complimentary bar. Pachi, the host was very helpful and responsive in answering any questions.

It was right in the heart of the old part of town, surrounded by restaurants and shops, with sightseeing near by. Nice outdoor chill out areas. Uber chic interiors, with high beamed ceilings. Brilliant place to stay for a winter birthday break.

Everything was lovely and comfortable, nothing to dislike. If sensitive to city noise’s outside, just bring some earplugs and will be fine.

The host Pachi was amazing!! Available 24/7 to help and made the best recommendations. He helped with restaurants and sightseeing locations. He also recommended the best private guide we have ever had. What a wonderful island.

Some people may not like the city noise but it did not bother us.

Everything was absolutely great, the location, the quality of the appartment and all the equipment available. The host Pachi is really helpful and is clearly making sure you have everything you need. Bravo!

Pachi (host) was very hospitable and welcoming and always available to answer our questions. He recommended and booked us into a wonderful restaurant for dinner, sent us tips of what to do in Gran Canaria, recommended lovely spot for breakfast and a rooftop bar. Accommodation was lovely - a free bar at a lounge is definitely a bonus we did not expect. Would highly recommend.

Amazing apartment located in Triana, minutes away from amazing restaurants, historical places, bars , cafes absolutely anything you could want. Brilliant apartment with amazing facilities and lovely garden area and rooftop terrace. Cleaning staff were amazing and fresh water delivered everyday is a really great touch. Pachi was also great with all his information and tips about the apartment and local area, he could not do enough for us. If you are staying in Las Palmas this is the only place to stay!!!

Very smart apartment, great for a week of city things and shopping. Very comfy bed. Courtesy bar was a nice touch. Netflix was useful on the one night of lockdown early closing. Pachi is very helpful. It was worth its premium rate for Christmas week, and looks excellent value at other times of year. Shops, bars restaurants all near by.
