David and Karen were great hosts and they should be very proud of their cottage. Truly, all you need to do is bring a toothbrush they have everything that you could want and need. The Central location was great for us and everything we did. We were lucky enough to see several deer in the morning and eating the apples on the tree next-door. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful cottage. We loved it.

This unit is perfectly sized (and feels quite spacious) for a couple, with an abundance of amenities and a great layout. There’s a lovely little sitting area outside and plenty of privacy. Bed and pillows comfy, kitchen well appointed, and a fantastic location in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were exceptionally accommodating and friendly. We would definitely stay again ! Top marks all around.

Bella Cottage is as perfect as a home away from home can get. Cute as a button, well-designed and up-to-date, attention to detail, well-stocked kitchen— essentially everything you could want or expect something new to provide for you. I brought a little night light for the bathroom as that is one thing no one ever includes— well, guess what? Not only do they have a few placed around the cottage, but there are 2 more for guests to use as needed! I was hoping for a cold night to use the radiant heat in the bathroom floor, but it was never needed. Such a luxury! Great location. Close to the beautiful and well-appointed famous Broadmoor Hotel, dining, and attractions. AND— it is located right across the street from a wonderful park full of hiking trails with wonderful views and interesting landscape. David and Karen were quick to respond and happy to offer suggestions or answers to your questions. We have stayed in a lot of self-catering rentals, but none as perfect as Bella Cottage.

We spent a week at Bella Cottage and loved every minute. The cottage is in a great location for hiking, birding and exploring all of the beauty of Colorado Springs. Our hosts Karen and David treated us like family. Will definitely return again!

Karen and David have created a wonderful, "Home away from home" with this property. A quiet setting, very clean and well stocked bathroom and kitchen, a soooo comfortable bed, and a nice room to relax and watch t.v. after a long day of hiking. The only down side was having to leave!

Amazing stay in the foothills of CO Springs. Place was quiet, clean and close to everything of interest on our trip. I look forward to returning!

This is the cutest little cottage we’ve ever stayed at! it was clean and cozy and we did not want to leave!!

I was in Colorado Springs for a conference at the Broadmoor, and this was a fantastic location. I was able to walk to my lectures daily, but was able to cook and prepare meals without the cost of eating at the Broadmoor! The trails across the street were great, as was the coffee shop 5 minutes down the road. The cottage itself was perfect, very comfortable, clean, awesome claw tooth tub, and SUPER comfortable bed. Quiet. Very good communication with hosts. I would definitely stay here again!

We’ve stayed here before and love the location and comfort. The kitchen is perfect and we even cooked some meals here. I love how close it is to a beautiful hiking park. The hosts are very kind. The whole experience is wonderful. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

This stunning cottage is small but mighty! Such luxury and attention to details— toilet paper rolls are stamped, towels are neatly rolled, shelves are cleverly stacked with needs and pretty decor. And super clean! Truly, a most delightful stay!

Bella Cottage was a wonderful place to stay while in town for a work conference at The Broadmoor. Karen and David are excellent hosts. They communicated efficiently and were wonderful to work with - A+ hosts!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was as advertised and very convenient to The Broadmoor Hotel with great places to walk, eat, and shop. This was in walking distance from the cottage. We enjoyed the area. The Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak were beautiful. There was so much to do that we thankful the bed was so comfortable. I would high recommend and look forward to returning to the area.

A sweet little cottage tucked behind the owner’s house. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. This is a perfect spot for a couple looking for a secure neighborhood close to many of Colorado Springs natural attractions. I’d happily stay here again if I return to the area.

Bella Cottage was very comfortable and was close to many attractions and hiking trails. We even saw some deer right outside the cottage. Located in a nice, quiet area with off street parking. I would recommend this property to others wanting to stay in Colorado Springs.

Such a charming cottage with everything supplied to ensure an enjoyable stay!

We arrived to the cottage to see lights glowing through the windows to welcome us in. The first room you enter is the cozy, high-end kitchen. The rest of the home has a dining area for two, a spotless bathroom, a comfortable living area and bedroom with plenty of closet space. Outside is a beautiful patio with furniture and luscious greenery to relax by. The "welcome book" is full of recommendations for dining and site seeing. We loved our three nights at Bella.

This was the most charming perfect little honeymoon cottage. It was super clean, comfortable and had a wonderful little outdoor area with table and chairs, lounger, and grill. The hosts were very friendly and helpful too. We would definitely recommend it and would stay here again if in the area.

This is a wonderful little cottage for two people who want a quiet, clean, and comfortable place to stay. The owners give you an accurate description of the place, but it is really better than the description. Great value. We appreciate the opportunity to stay here. We would definitely try to book this cottage if we ever return to Colorado Springs.

We stayed three nights and this was our second time in Colorado Springs and this was a perfect location. It’s close to many hiking trails including one across the street. The cottage was cozy, comfortable and quiet. It was well stocked with kitchen utensils and we used the kitchen for breakfasts and one dinner. We did not take advantage of all the amenities in the cottage. We may have with a longer stay. We hope to return soon

This wonderful cottage was everything the reviews said about it. One of the best Vrbo stays we have ever taken. Location was perfect in a quiet part of Colorado Springs at the base of the mountains, literally right across the street from Straton Open Space for early morning nature walks. It was a close drive to all the popular attractions. Hosts Karen & David live on the property and were very friendly and helpful. The 1 bedroom cottage was perfect for a relaxing vacation. it was very clean and had everything you would need from the plush, soft bath towels, wonderful bath soap & conditioner and shampoo, and hand lotion. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great with the cool mountain breeze through the window. I would highly recommend the Bella Cottage to anybody looking for a wonderful stay wanting to wake up to the views of the mountains out your bedroom window. If we ever get back to Colorado Springs, we for sure would stay at the Bella Cottage.

I would not recommend this DUPLEX to senior citizens. The shower is in a claw footed bathtub …dangerous to get in and out without grab bars. There was no exhaust fan in the tiny bathroom. The information listing of recommended neighborhood breakfast cafe should reflect CLOSED MONDAY. On the up side…it’s in a quiet neighborhood, easy to locate, furnished beautifully and best of all..the bed was very comfortable.

Bella Cottage was a wonderful place to stay for us (a couple) during our stay in Colorado Springs for a wedding. Hosts Karen and David were in communication before, during, and after; and we especially enjoyed meeting and talking with David while there. The location was good for our schedule while in CS, and we would definitely go back there if our travels take us back to Colorado Springs. Highly recommend Bella for no more than 2 people!

Such a charming cottage in a great location. Very clean and well stock for all of our needs. Pictures don’t do it justice. Hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We were visiting the area for a week and enjoyed all the deer that were not timid at all. Very friendly neighbors as well. We will stay here again if in the area. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Impeccable design, easy checkin, perfect location for exploring in and around CO Springs. The home is exactly as advertised, if not nicer. Heated floors in bathroom was a bonus! 5 stars.

This property was even better than anticipated. It is literally one of the best properties we have stayed in. Our hosts swung into say hi and introduce themselves and to let them know if we needed anything. We of course did not as they thought of absolutely everything! The decorating was top notch, and it was so so clean! Loved the fresh flower touch as well! Just lovely! Thank you so much Karen and David for a lovely place to relax and celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Walking trails literally across the street. Short driving distances to many sites. Ideal location in my opinion. Lovely little cottage that suited all of our needs.
