This is a well furnished home in a great location. Very comfy beds and accessible hosts. We would stay there again!

We are so pleased we settled on this home for our business trip to Dallas. It was the perfect “home away from office.” Immaculately clean and refreshingly bright, it features an open floor plan with thoughtful modern amenities. Our staff of five was well-accommodated in spacious private bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Travel to the KBH Convention Center was only about 15 minutes in weekday traffic, The kitchen was equipped with all you need to prepare a meal, but why would you? The house is walking distance from several great eateries and a $10 Uber to countless others. Although we were guests for a business conference, I would choose this home for a getaway in a Texas minute. One more thing... The owners, Victor and Kate are very responsive (and patient). I especially thank them for fielding a late night call when we forgot the door code. Choose this property. You will be glad you did!

We stayed at the house for Tri-Delta Mom's Weekend. The house was perfect for our needs. The proximity to SMU, fine dining and shopping was a plus. The house was fully equipped and we did not need a thing. We will definitely stay there again.

We had a group of 10 women come to Dallas for an annual get together and this home was so amazing! There were plenty of beds for everyone, each bedroom has its own private bath, and the location was so convenient to everything we wanted to do. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking! It had everything we needed and the owner was very responsive.

Everything about this place was perfect for our group. It's in a wonderful, upscale neighborhood near SMU. It's very modern, clean, and large. The hosts offered us places to sleep for up to 16 people, including some nice air mattresses, but most of us got normal beds. There's a full bathroom for every bedroom. It's really an amazing place, and a STEAL for the price. I can't image what hotel rooms for my entire business staff would've cost (and it wouldn't have been as nice anyway). Kate was incredibly sweet as a host, and we were even welcomed with every guests' name written in chalk marker on the glass when we came in. I really hope we get to come back some day!! Can't recommend this place enough.

While in Dallas for a week of work, four of us stayed at this beautiful home. it is a very nice and comfortable home in a great location/neighborhood. Owners were responsive and friendly...even when we needed to call them w/ a couple of questions during our stay. Each bedroom has its own bath and TV. House was clean upon our arrival and stocked w/ everything we needed (bath towels, paper towels, etc...). We found it quiet and ideal for our needs - we would not hesitate to stay again.

We loved the house. It was very well kept, very organized. It was very helpful to have the instructions posted throughout the house and doors to laundry room and linen closet were labeled. Loved the personal messages on the patio doors. The house was in a great central location in Dallas. It was the perfect house for our group of 10.
