I loved the area which was close to the venue I was going to.

I was attending a book fest at the convention center next door, so location was perfect. My husband and I enjoyed breakfast downstairs, and were very impressed with the chorizo and egg empanadas. They were delicious!!! The price per person to eat was what I would expect.
Our remote in the room did not work very well...it took about 15 minutes to get it to turn on Netflix, sign in, etc. We just gave up. I was a bit annoyed, because I just wanted to relax and watch TV after a long day. The blow dryer probably needs replacing in the room, it kept shutting off, however I brought my own so I just fetched that from my luggage. Overall, the complaints were small, but we did enjoy the properly working comforts of the room.

Too expensive Poor security in parking garage Hotel restaurant didn’t have many options and way over priced. Coffee was terrible and $5 a cup

The location was convenient to restaurants. The hotel is fairly new.
The staff at the front desk were unwelcoming and curt. I was charged twice for a two night stay. Although I was refunded after contacting the accounts department, there were still extraneous charges. Parking was very expensive.

The app for the parking was not good. So I parked at the Toyota parking garage across from the hotel.

The hotel is clean and the we really enjoyed our stay
I didn’t like that they didn’t clean our room two of the days we were there. I had to call and ask for towels. We stayed 3 nights and two of the days they didn’t clean our room until the night before we left🙄

Pool staff were great
The manager was the most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with at any hotel accommodation. Rooms were also over booked and I did not receive the rooms that I had booked more than 6 months in advance.

Very clean and professional courteous staff. Loved the scent you smelled at the entry to the hotel.

I was at walking distance from the toyota music factory. Feels safe when walking back from venue to hotel so the pool was beautiful outside but unfortunately closes early and rooms are clean comfortably placed and bathroom is really nice also plenty of restaurants to chose from . Also they have a Starbucks

everything setup for the Anime convention, plus the house keepers are awesome and the staff are amazing. the room I stay are amazing. I’m definitely booking for next year and this time it will be 4 days

Room felt a bit muggy/humid and the A/C was set to 66 degrees.

The staff was amazing! We had a problem with the air conditioning but that was fixed instantly!
Really nothing. Check in was complicated unfortunately but everything smoothed out!! Will be staying here again next year!!

was a nice place
I ordered a 2 queen bed room. when I got there and got in my room it was a 1 king room. went back downstairs and said I ordered 2 queens cause we have roommates... they said “when you book a room from a 3rd party you are not guaranteed what you booked”....I said “sooo where my roommates gonna sleep?”. they said “we will just bring a roll away up to your room”. are you serious??!!!! I wasn’t happy about that.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. Very clean and pleasant hotel.
You have to pay extra for WiFi which I thought was inconvenient especially since I was there for work.
