The property is right on the beach, clean and the property owner stays in touch for if you need anything. Only thing I’d recommend is a few more pillows for those of us who use a lot of pillows. Great place to stay!

Our family of 8 had a great stay this weekend. The place was clean and un a great location to all of the places we visited. Even though we didn't need to contact the host there was reassurance from the emails I received that if anything went wrong we would get assistance immediately. We had a great time and I would recommend if you're visiting Myrtle Beach.

We had a fantastic time down in Myrtle Beach at this location. Traveling with an 8 and 5 year olds having the 2 rooms in the condo was great. Pleanty of room. Having laundry right in the condo was awesome especially with kids. Would definitely would stay again!

We had a perfect week weather wise. Played a couple rounds of golf, went to Pop Stroke and spent some time on the beach.

This is a nice place to stay. We did have a couple minor issues which the host did take care of promptly. My only reason for giving 4 stars on communication is that the host was unavailable for a phone call so I had to text back and forth with her about the issues, when I would’ve preferred to just make a quick phone call to explain the issue. The rental itself was very nice and clean. Also, it was stocked well. I spent Easter there and was able to put a ham in the crockpot that was available and go about my day. The beds were comfy and the water pressure was fantastic. The kids loved all the amenities pools, hot tubs, lazy river, etc.

I don’t leave negative reviews often…. But buyer be ware, this one deserves to be told, as the other “great” reviews do not do any justice. Owner was responsive, (but not helpful) however this does not outweigh or even provide comfort in the situations we incurred. And the excuses and blame to the housekeeping instead of taking responsibility didn’t stop. The primary bathroom was filthy; hair, dust, sunflower seeds, garbage.. the kitchen was not really clean at all and we needed to re-wash everything before used, as there was crusty nasty stuff all over the silverware. There was a (very smelly) outfit left in one of the bathroom drawers. Under a nightstand in the room my kids slept in was garbage, old water battles etc. Oh yeah and the used condom under the head of the bed one of my kids was sleeping in!!!! The owner continued to blame the housekeeping, and also said, we did offer a bottle of wine to compensate…. And said it must have been a new cleaning crew. This was a terrible experience atbest,there is nothing peronsal or VRBO about this. We have stayed in a lot of places (VRBOs) the last 10 years and this is nothing I would recommend to even a college frat party. The hallways smelled like urine, building is definitely in need of maintenance. When I first expressed my first concern to the owner she offered to let me check out early and not charge. Obviously new of the concerns. But with kids nearly impossible to uproot mid vacation.

Clean, nice property. Great communication with property manager. Good location with very nice pool area in addition to being right on the beach. Definitely hope to stay here again.

Absolutely stunning just as stated, even better in person than in photos Room was very clean location was great for outings and amenities were true to being heated indoor. My family and I will certainly be visiting again. Management communication during booking and after was incredible.

The property, location, and hosts were great. The kids loved the pool and lazy river. A lot of great restaurants and attractions within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. Overall, great experience. Thank you!

We stayed the second week of October and were pleasantly surprised at how quiet and not busy this area was this time of year. Pools were heated and warm and plenty of open pool seating. The beds were comfortable. I rated cleanliness a 3 as this needs a deep cleaning badly. Drawers and cabinets have crumbs and debris. Overall this was a good experience

We stayed with another couple in this unit and it met our needs and we had a great time. Would have liked to have known in the write up that this was a 2nd floor unit. Quite a bit of noise comes up from the pool below and it was a biker weekend- but that didn’t keep us from having a good time. Loved the indoor and outdoor options at the pool and being so close to the ocean.

Check in was smooth but overall the property was pretty worn down and had out of date furnishings. On the first evening we saw our first cockroach. Owner was responsive in saying she would get pest control to come but swore that the property was not infested. While waiting for pest control (did not arrive till Monday the day before we were to leave) I experienced bed bug bites on several parts of my body. I informed the owner and she stated she would get the property cleaned prior to next rental.

Great place and location. If you are going to cook, you will need to buy everything. There wasn’t even salt&pepper there. Also no containers for leftovers, only 1 baking dish, no large cups/glasses. Very limited for cooking/eating. I made it work for our group of 4 but thought a heads up for others would be helpful. Still rated it a 5 as it is very clean, nice place, and loved the location.

We have stayed in many beachfront condos and this was the worst by far. Grease was spattered on walls and doors throughout the condo. Counters were not wiped down. A lamp was sparking at the plug. I called and got no response for hours, then texted. There was no sense of surprise, regret, or apology and she said things like "understood". The tub faucet in the shower sprayed water sideways and plumber had to replace. That would have been noticed by cleaning staff, if they actually cleaned the shower. The instructions emphasized things that would incur extra charges, and overall the place had no sense of being comfortable or hospitable. Advertising pictures are old. Cabinets are peeling. Rug is frayed with tack nails coming through. It was clear this is not a place owner cares about. I stopped after 3 problems bc it is not how I want to spend my vacation.

The condo was perfect for our group. The beds were all very cozy. There was so much space and I loved the 2 ocean view balconies. My son could be on one balcony with his friends and I had the other. Having 2 bathrooms was great for traveling with teen boys as well. We had everything we needed for a great stay at the beach. There is so much to do in Myrtle beach and everything is just a short Uber away. We also were able to walk to a few stores and restaurants. I would definitely return again.

The condo was exactly as described and met all of our expectations. The host communicated with us prior to check-in, after check-in to make sure everything was good, and after check-out to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The condo was exceptionally clean on arrival and the location was great, providing great views of the ocean and the pool. Our family would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Myrtle Beach!

We had an amazing time! Janet was excellent with communication and made our stay a breeze- literally! The oven view is perfect and the giant sliding glass doors open made it feel like we were sleeping on the beach! All in our family would whole heartedly recommend this oasis in Myrtle Beach!

We had a great time! The pool was nice, the beach was great! Within walking distance to many activities and close to the airport!

This was a super kid friendly room and condo. The beds were very comfy and both bathrooms offered a bath for the kiddos. Communication was great with property manager. Splash pad was perfect for my kids and they loved the heated pool as well. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. 10/10 would recommend!

Janet’s condo was the perfect pick for my husband and two kids. Everything was just as described, and so convenient! She was quick to respond to questions, and even gave us a list of local suggestions. We would definitely stay at her condo again in the future!

We couldn’t have asked for more! Large bedrooms, clean, two balconies, convenient location, free parking across the street, comfy furniture and the pools were amazing. Convenient location. Literally checks all the boxes! Choose this condo - you won’t be disappointed! The owner is super responsive. We will be back!

The apartment was tidy and clean. They even left a couple Tide pods to do our laundry. The balcony was directly on the beach. We could open our doors and hear the ocean. The owners were great with communication.

Convenient location to shows as well to board walks and Beach. Great view of beach and sunrise!
