For what it cost, it was a little disappointing. Needs some work done on it. It said for up to 10 people but the 5 of us were ok. Not enough seating for 8 or 10. Needs cleaning supplies like a mop. It was nice just needs a little tlc.

Had a bit of an issue during check-in (the email sent by VRBO included a link for access - however it didn’t work). I then called the VRBO 800 number and was hung up on. Once I contacted the property owner she graciously provided me with the needed information.
The “common” areas of the building were filthy, we observed garbage left around the pool area, the floors in the elevator had a layer of sand, and the hallways had sand in the carpet. Although our unit was clean by comparison we did see hairs in our bathtub and the light the master bath vent did not work. Other small items of note - the instructions asked that we start the dishwasher before leaving but there was no dishwasher soap and the unit did not have any “kleenex”.
With that said the children in our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay which included using the pool/beach as well as the easy access to the boardwalk.

Had an awesome time. Condo was in good shape. Ocean view. Loved the separate balconies from the bedroom and living room. Ice maker on fridge never worked and coffee maker light didn’t work, but that didn’t matter. Will be back! Hopefully same room!

Unit was clean and the view is great but the building is old and needs a lot of work and attention. The pools were so dirty that we didn’t dare using them. This unit is great for young single people who just care about the location and view. not for families. Host communication was great and there were a couple of issues that she took care of within 24 hrs but when I go on vacation I don’t want to deal with issues I just want to relax. Overall it was an ok stay.

I have stayed in many Vrbo places. This one was by far the best. The views was unbeatable.. the condo itself was everything we wanted. I stayed there with family and friends. Everyone thanked me for choosing this one. Ellie was a delight to deal with. We already booked for next year with her for a longer period.

The listing made it seem a lot nicer then it was. No bar as listing said, no smart TVs, Wi-Fi was terrible, cleanliness was not the best, place could use some updates, building that it’s located in is dirty, needs updates as well, pool was dirty and hot tub was closed. There was a panty liner laying next to the pool. Location is absolutely terrible, lots of drunks and druggies and homeless people hanging around it, the smell of weed is something that us and our children were smelling everyday. Just not the safest location at all. We had talked to some locals and they told us that the location isn’t a good area. Not a good place to take a family at all, maybe better for people that are there to party. It was not worth the money we paid at all. Very disappointed with the place with the amount of money paid for it. We were expecting a lot, lot nicer for the price to say the least. A perk for some may be that it’s close to downtown.

The condo was ok, it can use some updating.. the furniture was peeling and old, the beds was very uncomfortable. A lot of black mold on the ceilings. We was scheduled to come during the hurricane, which caused us to check in a day late. The outdoor pool and amenities where destroyed due to the hurricane, but we made the best out of it.

Upon arrival, specific signs or instructions for parking would have been helpful. Loved the contactless check in. Lobby and elevators needed attention. Floors and rugs sandy and displaced. Trash smelled as you enter the building. Room needs updates. Old bath fixtures, furniture worn on arm rest, sofa bed not comfortable and unable to use. Very spacious, clean, and great location (ocean view) and great price.

The unit itself is very spacious. It was lovely and clean. The only drawback is the parking and loading//unloading. The parking is across the street. It would be nice to have some luggage carts at the checkin facility located in the guests parking. We would probably stay there again.

Really liked the accommodations. Clean, easy access to the beach at the back door, heated pool; patio. The mattresses could have been better as they were a little lumpy. Nothing to hold onto in the shower and no reclining chairs; so I consider it unsuitable for the handicapped. My fault as I should have done more research.

Another perfect stay!
This is our second year staying at this place and we just love it! The resort is exceptionally clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The unit is beautiful and very well equipped and Ellie is so quick to respond to every question we had. We had a group of 5 adults and 3 kids (ages 2-13) and there was more than enough room for us. The resort is in a perfect location-walking distance to many great attractions! We can’t wait to come back next year! Thanks for being such a great host, Ellie!

Great for Family
Our family stayed over the summer. The place was clean and just as the pictures show. There was plenty of room for all of us ! The view was spectacular and pool very clean. The best part perhaps was the location. We highly. Recommend this place for family’s with multiple children.

Great stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well stocked - we were pleasantly surprised to find a Crock-Pot and baby items included. The furniture and beds were not the most comfortable, but we sort of expected that based on the pictures/modern look. Views were spectacular and easy access to the beach and pools were great. The walk to the main boardwalk area was a little longer than we expected, but I think that would be a bonus in the high season. Ellie was very responsive when we had a question about check-in and was overall very professional.

Great Place
This condo is in a great location. You are maybe three blocks away from the 2nd Avenue Pier and literally steps away from the beach. The balconies (yes, there are two) both over look the ocean.There is also an outdoor and indoor pool which is great for the late afternoon thunderstorms.
The condo itself was well equipped with everything our party of 8 needed. Kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. as well as towels and bed linens.It has been well maintained and very comfortable. We had four kiddos that shared the double beds with the parents getting their own beds. Each bedroom has its own full bath which is very convenient.
The building itself is well maintained. There was only one 'main' door working with the key card which did not make it as secure as it would normally be. But we still felt very safe.
You won't be disappointed by renting this unit.

The property was very clean and had everything and more than we needed.
This was my first experience renting a condo and Ellie made it very easy. She was very responsive to my questions. Also she was very responsive to a slight problem we had. We checked in Saturday night. We discovered a problem with one of the toilet tanks refilling after flushing. I contacted Ellie Sunday morning and she contacted a plumber and had the problem fixed yet that day instead of making us wait until Monday. Couldn't ask for a better hostess. My daughter, who was with us, has stayed at a couple other vacation condos and said this was definitely the cleanest. No doubt we would stay here again.

Easy access to beach, pool area was nice, 3 hot tubs although one didn’t work. Our condo sleeps 10 and we had 7 of us so it was plenty big enough. No bathrooms on lower level so we had to go to our 11th floor unit every time we were at pool or beach and needed to use the restroom so that was our biggest complaint! A poolside snack bar or Tiki bar or something like that to buy snacks and drinks would have been nice so we will look for something like that the next time we book a condo.

We were extremely happy with our stay!
I travelled with my 3 kids, husband and mother in law......and drove from Toronto, Canada. When we arrived we were super impressed with the condo! It looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean and fit our needs perfectly. AND THE VIEW.......WELL!!!! Not only was the unit well maintained but the building was also kept very clean. The pool area was always stocked with clean towels and the staff was very pleasant.
The access to the beach was right outside the lobby doors which was very convenient with 3 kids.
Everything surrounding couldn’t be any closer! It was the perfect walk from the condo!
We would definitely stay there again and again!

We had an amazing vacation while staying at Oceans One Resort. The room was extremely spacious, clean and very well equipped. Ellie was wonderful to work with and so responsive with all of our questions. The views from the room were breathtaking to say the least. Beds were comfortable. The pools were clean and heated. Kiddie area was PERFECT for my 1 and 3 year olds. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to Family Kingdom, the boardwalk and lots of great restaurants. Honestly, I can't say enough great things about this place! This will definitely be our go to place for years to come! Thank you for your great hospitality, Ellie!

After 25 years of trips to Myrtle Beach, I have to tell you, this condo has everything. Its beautiful, updated and very clean. Ellie has been a pleasure to work with, from beginning to end. She has been quick to respond and made our stay so easy to enjoy. Check in was easy. We found the condo clean, and packed full of everything you could ever need. We will be booking this condo again!
