Location perfect - views, and proximity to the beach. V quiet, spacious and comfortable. Excellent laundry facilities and well equipped kitchen.

Very clean & tidy home with good space & great indoor/outdoor flow with beautiful open sea views from the second floor lounge/w deck. Ideal location beside sand dunes & beach. Great touch with the outdoor foot shower to wash sandy feet.

Wooden stairwell inside is abit odd to climb. Would be much safer & easier if the stairs were carpeted like the rest of house. The narrow driveway without a garage/shed, could be more possible areas available for Storage.

The house was clean, spacious and homely. It has everything we needed. Debra was easy to deal with and we will definitely be back again.

Everything! Perfect for the 6 of us. Grandparents, daughter and 3 children. So good not having to take our own Linen!

We did have to be very vigilant about our 18 month grandson on the decks.

This property was great for our group of four crafters (with a couple of day visitors for Saturday). The downstairs games room was a perfect crafting space - we could set up our three tables and there was still plenty of room to move around. Upstairs the spacious lounge/dining and comfortable sofas were perfect for knitting, stitching and conversation - we appreciated having the two spaces for our varying activities. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed - and the provision of spices and condiments much appreciated. Plenty of crockery and cutlery, wine glasses etc. The location is as stated - just a few minutes walk from the beach - perfect!

The downstairs shower is tiny - really only practical for rinsing off after swimming. And as often found in holiday lets, there were nowhere near enough towel rails or hooks in the bathroom or bedrooms.

We would like to return and spend a more relaxing time at this house Unfortunately we did not have time to spend enjoying the property thus time

The location is amazing! Tararua on one side and the Ocean on the other... Great place for families to come and enjoy the area. Beds are super comfortable, the home is equip with everything you may need. Our stay was lovely. Our Hosts Debra & her husband are beautiful welcoming locals, true kiwi hospitality.
