The condo was beautiful with great amenities. The property owners and on-site manager were amazingly helpful. The two private pools for the villas as well as beach access and views from the property make this a great rental!

This place is very accurately advertised. Lots of room for our 6 member family,big deck and the views are outstanding. We loved the 4th level as it was quiet and not right next to the pool area. Huge kitchen and area for relaxing. TVs in every room. Morning sun, so the heat from the afternoon sun is behind the condo So close to everything you need, walking distance. Pedro the property manager is very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is the AC kept the room too cold and we couldn't get the temp above 66 it was very cold. We shut it off in one of the bedrooms. Would definitely recommend this rental for families. We have traveled to Los Barriles since 1997, this is such a nice place.would come again. Vickie

This condo is amazingly beautiful. The condo is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The view was to die for! Owner was super helpful and flexible with our dates and was quick to text when prompted. Great location on the gym and near center of town. Gate guarded complex made us feel safe and kept us relaxed. Neighbors are friendly and helpful too!

We loved the property! There was plenty of room for us a family of 6 and my parents who stayed the last night with us. Thank you we can't wait to come back!

We absolutely loved the location of this condo. Gated area where we quickly recognized by the people who greet you daily as well as the Onsight property manager. The condo is spacious and has an exceptional view of the ocean and the surrounding mountains! The outdoor veranda is spacious and we enjoyed having our morning coffee each morning with the spectacular view! We slept with the slider doors open and had the fresh ocean breeze and the sounds of the ocean waves each day! We already miss LB! We are pickleball players so made the easy daily drive to Tres Palapas to play each day and many times twice a day. The grocery stores and restaurants are all within walking distance! A car is not really a requirement in this small town. Plenty of ATV's to rent or bikes (even ebikes). We will be back for sure!

This is our second time at this location. We were on the first floor last time and this time we were on the 4th floor. It's a great location for kiteboarding. We walk a few hundred yards up the beach to launch in front of Vela. Beautiful condo in all aspects. Good restaurant right downstairs next door.

Second visit to Barriles and love it even more. You can’t beat the views from this unit. From the amazing sunrise to sunset, it never disappoints. Pedro was great. This guy does it all!

Another great stay in Los Barilles! From start to finish Chris made our VRBO stay a breeze! Beautifully appointed condo with a front row view of the incredible sunrises/sunsets over the ocean. We had zero issues during our stay & Pedro even made sure to check in with us periodically to ensure everything was going smoothly. One of our favorite spots - this condo is on the beach, has 2 private pools and is walkable to town, restaurants, grocery, etc. Makes for a truly hassle free getaway - we’ll certainly be back!!

Exceptional view with huge patio over looking beautiful blue sea, a great area to watch the fishing boats come and go. Our family of six had plenty of room. Maintence man Pedro on site to help with any issues that might come up. Highly recommend this property.

Slept 10 comfortably, kitchen well-equipped. Loved the view from the patio! Took the tuna we caught to the Bayview Grill and they cooked us an amazing feast. Close to town, very private pool area. It was a great stay!

Having stayed at other condos in the Villas de Cortez Resort, we were looking forward to a roomy, comfortable stay in this suite, and it delivered! The view from the balcony is unmatched in Los Barriles. The owner is very easy to work with and quite responsive. We did have a slight problem with a smell in the bathroom, but the owner indicated it will be addressed before the next resident visits. We enjoyed the property so much that we have already planned to stay here again this summer!

Our stay was perfect, enough room for 6 gentlemen to share for 5 days and go fishing. Enjoyed the patio at the end of the day. It was very tastefully decorated. We would certainly come back and rent this unit again if available.

Everything is amazing from the huge living room, the big screen TV, to the incredibly comfortable beds. And how can you beat the view! We fished several days from the hotel and used the swim up bar daily 😀� Check in and out was easy. Will definitely be coming back during the year.

The property was clean and well maintained. We did have slight problem with keeping the inside temperature steady, was cold at times.The pools were great and well maintained. Having a 3 and 6 year old with us enjoying the pools kept them busy. Two places of the three had excellent food.

Very spacious and well equipped condo. Huge balcony with spectacular views especially sunrise. Well equipped large kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms with their own baths. Great location with easy access by elevators. Also conveniently attached to a hotel and restaurant. Very good pool area with good gardens and furniture. The caretaker was easily available and very knowledgeable for the local area. Loved los Barriles especially our stay at this luxurious condo.

Condo was large and had wonderful ocean front balcony. It was convenient directly across from the elevator. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. One negative was that the dishwasher was not working. We were notified in advance, and mostly we ate out, so no big deal. There were a few things that needed attention. The master bathroom shower control came off in my hand. It was poorly put together, and required a plumber. Also the master bathroom had a foul odor. The lighting in the dining room and living room was very poor. We found some compact fluorescent lights and floor lamps which helped make the room better lit. When I mentioned this to the maintenance man, he took those lights and put them in the ceiling lights, which should have been a different kind of soft white light dimmable bulb. Instead, we had harsh white light in both the dining room and living room lights. The dining room at the hotel was very average. The staff were friendly. Service slow. The pool was not heated and we didn't swim. The hot tub was not hot enough, but we did use it.

Best view in Los Barriles....everything was fantastic. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

A wonderful large villa with two oversized bedrooms plus another sleeping room with a full bath. Well appointed kitchen and all appliances worked well. The deck off of the living area was spacious and a great place to enjoy the evenings. Location is perfect and within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The private pools with a swim up bar and patio were an added bonus and the view was spectacular. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

This was a beautiful property! All of the beds were very comfortable, air conditioning worked great and the kitchen was well appointed. My husband and I brought my sister and husband in celebration of her 50th birthday. It was our first trip to the Los Barriles area as we typically go to Cabo. My sister and her husband love to fish so this seemed like the ideal setting. My sister and her husband fell in love with the area and already trying to figure out when they can come back with family and friends. The property owner was went over and above to be helpful and give us advice and direction for our stay. The Villas are next door to the Hotel Palmas de Cortez but are much nicer, has its own beautiful swimming pool area for the Villas owners only. That worked out great because you can use that pool & bar or go over and use the Hotel's facilities as well. The water was absolutely beautiful and we had great weather. It was a little windy during a few days of our visit which did affect the ability to catch fish. The hotel has a large fishing fleet for hire and you can also rent ATVs about a block away to fish from the beach. We had all of this planned, set up and reserved for specific days. Going forward, since there are so many boats available and if you were staying long enough, I would just wait until you arrive to set this up. That way you can work your fishing around the weather. I am sure in the summer months this may not be as big of an issue or they may be an availability issue at that time of the year so be sure to check that out as well. There are so many great things about this condo that it is difficult to list them all. One of our favorite things was the extra large balcony. Only the Presidential suites (there only looks to be about 4 of them) have these extra large balconies. The sliding doors open and the glass on either side of them open as well making it a very large area to bring the outdoors in and really enjoy the beauty of the ocean to its fullest. I would recommend this property to anyone who really wants some additional space to relax and unwind. The owner is very easy to work with, friendly and helpful. She recommended some great restaurants for us, advised on shuttle services, etc. We used Cactus rental company for car rental and it went very smoothly as well. We have used others and have not been pleased. I can't say enough about how wonderful our visit was! You will be back!
