Nice location. Space was a little crowded.

My wife and I stayed at the property for a mid-week vacation break. Beautiful, well appointed unit. Assigned parking spot at the back of the condo complex. Private patio with a gas bbq (perfect for an outdoor dinner or two). Short walk to W. Cabrillo Blvd, West Beach, Stearns Wharf and lots of great restaurants. Downtown is easily accessible by walking as well. No problems at all with our stay. Host was quick to respond to messaging. Nice bottle of bubbly as an arrival gift. We would definitely stay again.

Well appointed. Nice location. Enjoyed outdoor patio for meals. A little cramped for 3 adults but would be great for couple with a child or two.

When you arrive, you have an assigned spot in parking lot with security cameras. You are only a few steps from your condo, which is behind security gates. Once inside you get a strong Mediterranean vibe. Entire space has beautiful floor tiling. Living area has a comfy couch and modestly sized TV. Kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, and old-world Mediterranean cabinetry, Wolf range/oven, SubZero fridge, and a nice modern dishwasher. Glassware, plates, bowls, and service ware are very nice and plentiful. If you want to cook, all the tools you need are available. Dual-paned Milgard windows throughout. Wi-Fi works really well. Off the living area is a private courtyard, with lounge chairs, patio seating, a BBQ and a nice water feature, along with a security gate for easier access to a short walk to the beach. Moving to the bathroom, gorgeous! The floor tile is carried up the walls, and above the jacuzzi tub is a beautiful stone relief as a focal point. The shower is spacious with two rainfall heads and controls, with plenty of room for two people. The same granite counter tops and cabinetry as the kitchen are found here as well. The bedroom is rather plain, but efficient. There is a king bed with a very high-quality memory foam mattress, which was very comfortable. There is ample storage space in the closet with a bureau. We experienced no problems at all. The owner is VERY quick to respond if you message her through the app. This was a joy!

Surprisingly pleased! Beautiful and quaint unit and would stay here again! Great parking and proximity to all the shoreline had to offer. Feeling of security and comfort! Easy walk to restaurants and activities.

Nice location. Convienient off street parking. Couple block walk to beach. Downtown is a few blocks in the other direction. Quality appliances in the kitchen. Comfortable furniture. Private patio. Great for couple or small family.

I am a return guest at this property. I love everything about it! Always clean and spotless, lovely linens, the kitchen is beautifully stocked with everything you might need. The location is Primo yet located in a beautiful neighborhood. I plan to visit SB often and this will be my home away from home

Very clean, great location and nice amenities - enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and delicious coffee! Patio is a nice addition to enjoy the weather. Would stay here again!

Great time within walking distance to restaurants.

Good location close to Carrillo Blvd and State Street. Can walk and get to many nice restaurants and beach area. Yanonuli Street can be a bit noisy with traffic off of Bath Street. Nice off street parking. Couldn't get into the laundry area to get the extra key. Called the property manager but never heard back. Had cleaning staff get the key for us. Not sure why you just can't put both keys in the lock box by the door or the extra one in the unit. Nicely accommodated and very comfortable.

Such a lovely place. From coffee on the patio to the comfy bed at night, it was a wonderful stay. The kitchen is great with high end appliances, and the bathroom was a great size. I can't wait until we are able to come back.

Clean and conveniently located

I was celebrating my birthday with my son and his girlfriend in SB. The place we stayed was in perfect location and had everything that we need. The host even surprised me with a bottle of champagne. It was a very nice touch and unexpected gesture. I would definitely stay there again, and would highly recommend this complex to anyone who likes a quiet place and would like to decompress from a busy life. The only thing I would suggest to the host, to make sure that the number of the apartment is listed in the confirmation email.

Very relaxing

This was our first trip to Santa Barbara so we wanted to stay in a neighborhood location versus a resort or hotel. This condo was so amazing. Very spacious and the decor was truly luxurious! The huge windows provided great views and the loctaion could not have been more convenient (and the reserved parking much appreciated!) We didn't cook or use the kitchen becasue we wanted to try as many restaurants as possible but the appliances were professional quality and any dish or utensil that you would need is readily available. The patio is no nice for relaxing! Beautiful and specious bathroom. We had such a lovely time here. We will definitely return!!!

Very beautiful place! My husband and I really enjoyed our weekend away! For couples or a individual I’d highly suggest staying here! What you see is what you get!

Great home base for exploring Santa Barbara and surrounding areas!

We escape the rain and snow of the PNW every February and have stayed at Melanie’s Seaside Getaway the past several years. Great location and amenities. Close to the beach, Funk Zone, State Street, and plenty of restaurant options. Always enjoy our stay.

This is the second time I have stayed here and I just love it. The kitchen is very well stocked and there are high end appliances (Wolfe range Subzero fridge) and a Nespresso machine ready to go with pods, sugar and creamer. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and spacious double head "rain" shower. I love the patio for reading the paper in the sun in the afternoon. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Walk two blocks and you are on the beach. There is a local grocery store just a block away to buy ingredients for a barbecue on the propane grill on the patio. I love the gas potbelly stove that warms up the unit in a jiffy on a cool winter evening. Family and friends have stayed at many VRBOs in Santa Barbara and this one is the best. The staff is super responsive with any questions or needs.

Nice location and well maintained.

Our trip was too short and busy to fully enjoy the unit but we were very impressed and happy with it and would expect to be back there on future trips.

It was a very comfortable yet classy place to stay. The kitchen and the bathroom were absolutely fabulous. It was an easy check in/check out process and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do during our stay. It was such a good experience and I would definitely return or recommend this location to others.

Romantic, relaxing, spa-like

We had a blast! Clean and Comfortable! It was super hot and we opened the windows, but I think a ceiling fan or two would make it perfect👍🏼 I also thought the wine glasses and coffee cups could be bigger! I did cut my finger somehow on the wine opener and had hoped I could find a band-aid, which there was no first aid kit at all. Very clean and close to the beach! Lastly, I did miss on the listing somehow that the cleaning fee was $125, and the other units I was looking at the cleaning fee was much lower, so I was surprised at the checkout. Since we spent only 1 night, and less than 24 hours; I felt the cleaning fee was steep.

This apartment is perfectly exquisite. Location, decor, roominess, amenities all exceeded my expectations. The outdoor patio is truly an outdoor living space- comfortable, beautiful and inviting. The beach, the wharf, the marina and downtown SB are all within walking distance. Many great restaurants are nearby. I have already re-rented this Getaway for my next visit.

Beautiful, well-maintained property is in a prime location within easy walking distance of the beach and close to State Street with its many attractions. Great outdoor space is right off the living area. Owner answered our questions immediately.

Enjoyed our stayed. Condo/apartment has all amenities we could have wanted with the exception of no A/C which was fine during the day as the weather was perfect. Bedroom was a little hot at night but fans were provided that we didn’t use. Perfect location for being near the beach/outdoor public pool and restaurants. Very nice stay. Happy that we chose this VRBO over a hotel.

Lovely property, fantastic location.

High end finishes and nice, outside courtyard. Close to west beach comes, though lots of night noise from cars and tourists. Unit best for couple ONLY as the pull out couch is very uncomfortable from super thin mattress and had no pillows or blanket. Unit should be advertised as 1 bedroom. Had virtually no kitchen staples other than salt/pepper shaker (empty!), only 2 coffee cups, few dishes. Unit runs hot and has no air conditioning and no ceiling fans. Had to leave all the windows open at night to try and cool off (temps in S.B. were in the 80's during the day) which let all the night noise in (people, cars and train). Designer style unit. Overall impression - Nice icing, not much cake.
