DO NOT BOOK! This property had dirty sheets, no hot running water in the room, ants through the bathroom and terrible food in the restaurant. We lasted less than 14hours before checking out and asking for a full refund which was agreed by the property but still waiting 1 week later waiting for funds to show.

we stayed there for 5 days and no one come to clean the room. also, didn’t receive any clean towels. Toilet papers were not given for each day, until we had to ask at the reception desk.

Rooms were generously sized

Everything else. Arrived at the venue at 8pm to them holding an exclusive birthday event, meant a lot of facilities weren't available or you wouldn't want to use them. Windows and doors to balcony broken and wouldn't shut, so just had to hide in our rooms and deal with the music till 10:30 (and again at 1am) rooms were dirty, laundry was dirty, bathrooms were dirty and in disrepair. No hot water, not just cold but the hot tap dispensed no water. Lots of lights and fixtures broken. In the morning the continental breakfast (toast and cornflakes) and the 'buffet' which was a trough of baked beans. It took 45mins to checkout, as there was a queue of people.complianing and wanting discounts or reimbursement. We paid, but they had no change and after a begrudging 10mins the receptionist went to the shop and gave me change in 40 10c coins. All in all this venue felt like someone had decided to open a pop-up hotel in a resort that had been closed for 20 years without fixing or making any changes..... We were just lucky the lights were still on. Would not recommend. Also mention that the staff, did try their best, but obviously deserted by management and left to deal with the issue. Feel very sad for them all.

- Dirty hand basin; - Towels not in the rooms; - Housekeeping and restaurant staff are too busy having their own discussions and do not give priority to the guests; - Quality of the food is very poor; - 2 days of not having shower because there was no hot water. The management did not give this a priority; - Electronic room lock door lock gets disconnected from the key. I believe that this is a common issue in every room; - Swimming pool is very dirty and part of the pool is full of grease and algae; - Phones in the rooms did not work; - Housekeeping not consistent; - No handtowels or face clothes provided; - There was no list of the facilities provided; - We had to always keep asking for towels ; and - No instructions on how to use the toaster when eating breakfast. Later we found that it was broken that's why all the toasts were getting burned.

It's got a great view and a very nice looking pool. The staff all seemed genuinely happy and if I'm honest a little surprised to see us. I feel it is still waiting for it's grand opening that never arrived... It's not all bad, it's functional and if you're on a budget it's a great one or two night option as a transit point. There were a few breakfast options, all be it presented with no pride but there were options.

Maintainance has fallen way behind, for a place that's only been open 5 years there has been an alarming lack of upkeep, structural beams on staircases nearly rusted through, pipes backing up, tiles cracked and broken throughout the entire complex. Water wasn't provided in rooms. Stray animals roamed the facilities. The bed had no duvet, just a single thin cotton sheet. I feel the writing is on the wall for this place sadly as its not a bad location but it just very badly needs investment and a bit of love. WiFi was a bit hit or miss as in, stand here you have it, move and you don't.

Requested for shuttle services. We had to organize taxi there and got ripped off. Organised shuttle for the morning, shuttle did not arrive. We had 2 taxis which we had to pay. Check in-average, Rooms-terrible. Had an off musty smell, like not cleaned properly. Walked into a hot room with no Aircon remote, tv not working-no signal, Porter went to look for a remote and took ages saying he couldn't find batteries lol. Won't be returning :)

Poorly ran, ant infested, 3 floors and only stair access, sad reduced menu with very limited items... there is a menu in the drawer that is basically now redundant, zero sound proofing and the music is very loud until about 10pm at night, falsely advertised 'free airport taxi' ended up costing $70fjd because I had to be taken to go to an ATM to pay for the taxi, rusted and old gym equipment, located in an area requiring transport to get anywhere and taxi's only take cash. Had a large cockroach die in our room that came through the windows that do not close. Tv I requested for 3 days to be fixed, maintenance did not turn up and I managed to pick up only 1 pacific Island channel with poor signal. Hot chips for some reason are seasoned with paprika and black pepper even on the kids menu which was only chicken nuggets and chips and that upset my toddler when it burnt her tongue. We were there a week and the room was not serviced once. I washed our sheets and towels in the 'guest laundry' which has only 2 washing machines and 2 driers and is also where housekeeping has to wash all the sheets and towels to do their rooms for 3 floors plus the villas. The housekeeping need their own laundry so staff doing the rooms aren't still there making beds very late at night and can properly service their guests. Food takes forever to be made, even simple deep fried items expect to wait an hour. We ordered 4 pizzas one night for room delivery as there was a birthday party down at the eating areas and after waiting 2 hours we got a call saying only 3 pizzas could be made so I went downstairs to look at the menu and order something else and half an hour later we got a call saying all 4 pizzas could be made now and asked if we wanted to cancel the other meal. 3 hours later we got the pizzas. There are no other food options at the hotel and you would need to go to Nadi at least

Shout out to Tim and Jerry in the bar/restaurant. Great human! Great pool big enough for multiple families and still have privacy. Great views. Clean rooms, beds
