The air conditioning unit in the room was effective.

Communication from the hotel was poor. We had requested the shuttle bus from the airport but never heard back. Our room was ok (clean bed sheets and mostly clean) but the bathtub was particularly dirty. Other travellers we met believed they had contracted bed bugs from their room. It was very dangerous around the pool for small children with uneven surfaces. The pool itself was clean and usable. The outdoor spa was broken.

Air con in the room

Little ‘value add’ for guests: no free wifi, no free water. The included breakfast turned out to be a disappointment- over ripened bananas & white toast. Staff insisted on payment being made at check-in. Rooms had cockroaches, fairly dated and falling apart.

I encountered several disappointing issues. The room's lighting was inadequate, requiring me to use a flashlight as the night lamp and main lights were malfunctioning. Additionally, there were exposed wires near the sockets, and both the charging socket and night lamp were out of order. The blankets provided were visibly dirty, and the shower door was broken with no hot water available on the first day. When I requested a room change due to these issues, I was informed it couldn't be accommodated, leaving me to endure these conditions for a full day. These problems significantly marred my experience at the hotel.

Staff very friendly and accomodating.

No electric jug or tv remote in room,I had to phone reception.The shower was leaking from the tiles onto the bathroom floor.Shower door sliders need replacing,rubber on one of the doors was hanging off. No Tea towel for washing up,no dish cloth,Room over all needs a good sprucing up with paint etc.

Beautiful garden setting and pool area. The bed was clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located.

The room was extremely tired. The shower door and rose were broken, there was no tv remote, no soap, no milk for coffee, rubbish hadn't been removed from bathroom bin, and unfortunately there were very loud residents next door from 1.30 to 4am.

The location was convenient, which was good.

The shower was falling apart. The TV in my room wasn't working, and there was no action done after I complained to reception. Staff wasn't very compliant and brushed off any issues that was mentioned. There is also no wifi provided, which is not mentioned when you make a booking.

Internet was not working. One of our rooms the air-condition was leaking and the staff had to put bed sheets to soak the water.. very high health and safety risk.. Imagine if one of us slips?

receptionist of capricorn don't know how to deal with costomer and i ask her there is no wifi network in toom and no tv signal and no air conditioning properly working.after she told she can't do anything 😡 in these day fiji have too hot days because of that we need air conditioning system which is very bad.

Free airport shuttle service - just book in advance. Air conditioning in the room. Food & beverage tasty and well priced.

Staff were very terse, matter of fact and lacking in hospitality. Breakfast scant for the pre-paid price.

The bed was comfortable, the A/c was perfect, the light was good, the location on the venue was great.

On Thursday the 23rd, there was no water at all in the room when I cane back to the from 14.00hrs which means I could not use the washroom, the shower etc. I was promised the water will be restored in an hour. I advised the reception and asked to speak with a supervisor only to no avail and upon further enquiry, was told the Manager will only be available after 18.00hrs. I told the reception that I have to, leave the venue around 17.30 ( someone to pick me ) to attend a wedding and need to get shower and ready by that time. At 17hrs, as there was still no water in the shower, I requested for the room change to that I meet my appointment for 17.30hrs. There was still promise to get the water by 16.30, but it didnt eventuate. The most I could do was to raise my concerns with the reception, which I did and kept waiting. At 17.15hrs still plumbers working, unfortunately, no water .. May you imagine, I went out in the day in humid condition, back to hotel with expectation of great environment and went back to attend a wedding with a shower! ( Ist ever experience in my life). The next day, ( Friday) the water was restored, but no cold water in the shower at all. There was cold water in the kitchenette tap though. There was none in the toilet. I eventually had a swim and shower at the swimming pool. Friday afternoon, same story , no cold water in the shower and toilet sink. I brushed in the kitchen. To make the matter worse, the toilet started leaking on the floor, I advised the reception and instead or repairing, someone just put a towel, it was full soaked with water when I came back to the room past midnight. Normal water supply was restored on Sunday. I did mention to the reception, I was not please with the service and will a review as such. Awaiting response before I share my thoughts and the water leakage pictures on Tourism Fiji website and on facebook, etc.

Location pool area

Booking was for double or twin room with pool view and confirmed on 5th marcch. 1st night 2nd August the shower was mouldy and water was leaking onto the bathroom floor. No powdered milk provided for tea or coffee. Did have a pool room view as was booked and confirmed on 5th March. 2nd stay 14th August 1 night booked pool room view confirmed at the same time as the above. No pool view from room looked out from one door onto an area of tarpaulin and rubbish No natural light shutters dividing room from cleaners area and other door looked out onto wall where nightclub was with water constantly running all night. Once again no powdered milk was told by reception they do not provide The attached photo is from our 2nd night stay and from the outside of one of the doors of the room it was not of the pool that was fine actually a nice pool to be honest.

It’s in a convenient location for a stopover as it’s 10 minutes to airport . Food is good .

Terrible room , couldn’t open curtains as completely exposed to public . No globe in the only bedside light, other lights really dim . Bed was uneven and uncomfortable . No TVs or Wireless functioning . Airport pick up and drop off were late both ways . Really disappointing- it barely deserves its 2 stars.

Location is great, close to Nadi International Airport.

Absolutely worst service. Air con wasn’t working, had to request a tech to fix it. Was awaiting shuttle to airport and receptionist flicked the lights off in the waiting lobby, making the place dark and uninviting. Was demanded a tip from the shuttle driver and was ungrateful about the tip received.

very clean, and very spacious and quiet. The rooms and beds are massive and are very tiday. No roaches. The location is so good close to supermarkets, food places and public transportation options are many. Very affordable great drinks, although they could work on their breakfast menu to be better.

very poor room quality and sound proofing. had to wait driver 1 hour for pick up. also the taxi driver who drop us to airport try to rip us off for double charge. lucky I double checked with reception that no need payment anymore. you guys need to put the driver in blacklist. he knew what he’s doing. if you ask tips yes I may give you some but you try to think I’m a stupid tourist sorry you got nothing from me
