GREAT FOR ONE ONLY TO FLY OUT AND THE STAFF WERE GREAT TO OBLIGE . BREAKFAST WAS NICE AND SIMLPLE.

Location Food and friendlyness of staff
Being overcharged as we were upgraded to the Tanoa International at no extra cost as per email but when we went to check out price quoted was $360.00 more When discussed they had credited our original amount but still said that's what the rate was
After alot of emails and no response we rang and discussed and are awaiting an outcome

The feel of the place was a good introduction to Fiji. Very friendly staff. The pool, bar and restaurant area is very inviting. Family friendly. Short walk to the main street.
The beds were a little uncomfortable. The fridge did not seem to work. The air conditioning worked too well. The room ended up being a little cool.

Everything about the place ....the doors were getting locked....the room was dirty looking...n furniture nit maintained....ac not working ....it was very 😞 especially with a child.

One of our groups had to check out as air conditioning wasn’t working & another room had a door that couldn’t lock. We still had to pay for the unusable room.

there was black mould everywhere, front door didn’t lock and swipe cards didn’t work , the rooms smelt like mould and the beds were ripped falling apart , aircon didn’t work. would not recommend anyone paying to stay there. would not stay there ever again even if it was free.

Comfy bed and nice pool area. Also good to have a playground for the children and close to airport. Most of the staff were lovely (but not all)
Cost more than booked price + surcharge for paying by debit card. One, unadjustable temperature for the shower which burnt me. Not enough water pressure to wash or rince your toothbrush. At dinner we were given 3 glasses for water, 2 sets of knife and fork and 4 plates...for 6 of us! Pizza was doughy and yuck. Breakfast was curry or toast - defo need a better selection!

Good location to get to the airport. Good price.
The pool was a bit dirty, and the rooms were quite noisy. Not much staff, so the ones who were there really wanted to help but didn’t have much time to do so.

I only like the location.
I had horrible customer service provided. I had been told upon check in that I was to be give breakfast however later was told to pay the fee. really horrible service by the cashiers during early morning breakfast hours.

Dinner at the restaurant as amazing. we were only there for 14 hours but it was worth it. amaxing experience and my siblings wants to go back to Fiji for a visit.
we book for 4 adults but we only got two towels in the bathroom aside from that everything else was okay and great
