Smugglers cove is in a beautiful spot right on the beach. Exceeded our expectations. The pools is lovely, the beach is I stunning, food was delicious, and the can transfer from the airport was a breeze. You will be safe, happy, and amazed just as we were.

Very friendly staff. Just like everyone in Fiji island, everybody is super friendly. Hostel is right by the beach. Some shops are nearby. Other bigger shops and Nadi city are a bit away, expensive with a taxi but take a city bus it's waaay cheaper !

The room was perfect for a family and had self catering too. We were only there for a night stopover but I would recommend it to anyone staying longer. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was amazing with washing machine too.

The room was small and you couldn`t see out the windows they were painted over. We booked 2 rooms and the price was different between them however the room was the same. When i asked at the reception what was the difference they said it was the size , which was not the case. The aircon didnt work properly and we were told someone would come the next morning to fix it- no one came. The fridge was noisy and ran all the time. In the morning nearly all the stuff in it was frozen. The carpet in the hallway was in a poor state and had patches in it that were a trip hazard. Went to the restaurant for dinner, the service was slow and one of the meals served was incorrect so we had to wait for another to be made. Booked for 7 nights and only stayed for 1 and only got a partial refund even though they sold the 2 rooms again that day. Questionable management ethics and we had to contact them multiple times to get the refund.

The room was very tired and grubby. There was a filthy fridge that we didn’t want in the room and certainly wouldn’t have put food in. There was a view of industrial pipes from the window. The furniture in the pool and restaurant area was broken. The pool was murky and the hotel generally shabby and grubby. We had requested a quiet room but were kept awake by very loud music playing until one in the morning. We had booked for four nights but left after one. We asked for a refund but were told there were no staff available to authorise this. We have sent two emails and been told that they have received our initial message and are dealing with the matter. Would not recommend!

Location was great for one night - drop off/ pickup is directly outside for the Yasawa tour. Hot water shower and bar to socialize with other travelers.

Room smelled look mold. $50 deposit for the key. No light blanket in the room - only a thick blanket I doubt they wash between guests. Incredibly loud.

We were there one night and mine and my grandson's shoes were stolen. The air conditioner was noisy. The bathroom wasn't clean. The pool was out of commission. There was barely any room to move in the room. It's listed as a resort but resembled a hostel or an upgrade from a back packers. Not kid friendly. The halfway smelt musty. No beach front to relax on, just 2 lounge chairs on the deck

Lovely right on the beach. Often entertainment at night, and the staff were amazing. One particular lady at reception, unfortunately I've forgotten her name.

Bit more information on local buses etc.

The staff was incredibly helpful. The luggage storage was convenient. The local buses stopped right at the door. The room had terrific air conditioning.
