ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
It was the most shocking place I have ever booked. The place was disgusting, and the staff were rude. There were stray dogs where one followed us back to our room and tried to get in, prostitutes sitting basically outside your door. We had bedbugs and ticks throughout our bed. It wasn't safe. There was a sign on the back of the door to ask us to chain the door while in your room for safety reasons. We went down and told them about our room and they didn't care. I requested a refund, and they refused, and even the manager refused to take my call. The taxi driver that took us to the property didn't even want to leave us there and made sure we had his number to call him and pick us up. We ended up leaving and finding alternative accommodation on the first night.

Long list: staff was blunt and unable to help. They literally said no to everything.
Bathroom was so dirty it had spider webs.
No wifi or TV.
Loud, you could here literally everything - including an argument on the other room at 6 am.
To sum up, just run.

Nothing. We tried to cancel 10 days ago but got no response from the property. Booking.com also tried to contact them but got no response. What you get is not what is advertised. This is straight out false advertising and they should not be allowed to claim they offer things they don’t. For more specific information, see my review dated January 3rd.
We were lied to about what is offered as part of the price.

Hotel lady is very friendly. No ants and aircon works. Nice pool.
Light is very dim in the room. Bedsheet is not clean, there are dirt marks everywhere, and the room is not clean in general. I would throw them away if it’s mine. Wifi only works fine near reception and pool. It barely works inside the room. I got bitten a lot in the pool while flying the drone. No lift to the room. Airport transfer from hotel took long to arrive, plan ahead.

the kitchen was completely dirty, they didn’t have a fridge as announced, the sink tiles were broken, there were cockroaches, and they didn't clean the room. I stayed there for 4 days and in the end, I had a pile of dirt in my room. I asked for a bowl and they gave me a mug to use instead. They only provided us with one plastic spoon on the first day and we had to keep using until the last.

No swimming pool and TV not working, if they aren't working, then bloody fix it , or don't advertise it so we can go somewhere else

The bed was comfortable, the location was convenient since it is a walking distance of the shops, the staffs were friendly, and the hotel's surrounding is clean.
The mini fridge was not working, the tv was not working, the shower and toilet bowl had stains, and the floors were sticky that we had to wear our shoes around the room.

The rooms are spacious and clean, aircon is very good. The staffs were very prompt to cleaning and are very friendly. We love the location of the hotel.
The doors did not have safety chains to double lock the doors, the shower door could not lock properly, the toilet bowl was stained and needs to be cleaned thoroughly. The duna and duvet had little mould present, did not have a laundry area. Also, we never did swim in the swim pool for the 5 days we stayed in the Hotel as it was being drained and cleaned.

Customer service good and friendly. They were very responsive to your request and very helpful. The location was close to town, shopping areas, cinema and restaurant.
Floor was stickyand dirty so had to wear my slipper around the room. The room didnt look like the picture at all. Shower had a plie of dirt and wet toilet paper. Bathroom sink was not practical to use. Other tenant hang their clothes outside my room. There were no soap, shampoo or anything but lucky i got my own. No security around so someone can just walk in. TV didnt work and no remote. There were no chair on the desk. Big sign to lock and use chain for security but there was none.

The Location was peacefully and hustle free, would highly recommend for people who travel for business purpose and couples who would most likely to have their privacy.
Room cleanliness was good, but however housekeeping missed some bits. Mini bar would really need some good cleaning as their were insects crawling on the gasket. Would really recommend if the reception could have some wine glasses.

The bed was comfortable and the location was convenient, good local restaurants nearby. Generally a good rate for a short stay.
Not so sure if this is a bad thing but the property didn’t have a cafe/ restaurant so you’d have to walk 8minutes to the nearest one. I generally enjoyed the walk!
