The hosts did a great job of theme in the house, our kids loved it. The proximity to Disneyland was very convenient, definitely happy we drove with a 1 year old. A few things could have been better: While the hosts described meticulous cleaning, we found some kitchen items we had to rewash. The mattresses were far too soft for our backs. We were unable to use the pool, as it wasn't heated warm enough for us. Happily, the hosts didn't charge us the pool heating fee.

Such a fun spot! Theme rooms! Treasure hunt! Game room! And awesome pool! Our 3 grandsons had a grand time!

Property was wonderful. Reviews were accurate. My 5 year old son loved the treasure hunt so much that he wants to make his own treasure hunt in our home. We actually walked to Disney for our two park days. It was a little bit of a long walk but saved on parking. Overall great experience would come back in a heartbeat.

Our stay was amazing! All the details around the house were great! It truly gave you that "Disney immersion" feel you get in Orlando. The house was equipped with everything we needed; even down to goggles and pool toys. Check in and check out were a breeze.

We had 9 in our group 5 adults 4 kids and the house was perfect. The kids room is fantastic and much bigger than it looks in the photos. You can walk to Disney but we just got Uber for $6 and dropped us off right at the gates. We did 3 days at Disney with a rest day in between. The pool was fantastic and the kids loved is almost as much as Disney! The back yard is very private and quiet. Over all this is definately a 5 star house, the hosts were excellent and very responsive to questions. Would recommend to anyone!

My family came to CA for a vacation and had THE BEST TIME!!! This house is perfect! Between the incredible pool and the arcades, my kids had more fun playing at the house than DIsney, not kidding! The scavenger hunt was really fun and the kids just loved it. Walking to Disney was a breeze, probably about a 10 minute walk pushing 2 strollers (which were provided with the house). We will definitely by back because this house is the perfect set up. The owners were very helpful as well, much appreciated. You will love this place!

This was a perfect house for our stay. We visit Legoland, Disney, & Universal. Disney is about a 20-25 minute walk with younger kids & the house is centrally located between the other 2 parks. The house is beautiful & fun! Each bedroom is Disney themed & the outdoor pool area is perfect for the kids. There were 8 of us & we easily fit into the house with 2 bunkbeds to spare. Any questions we had were quickly answered by the hosts and they were eager to make sure we had a great stay. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a place near Disney with your family…😊

This home was absolutely wonderful! There was plenty of room and space for our family of five, the location is excellent, the hosts were very easy to work with. The backyard pool and spa were better than expected, my kids wanted to leave the parks just to come back and play in the pool each day. We will definitely choose this house again next time we visit the area.

Words and pictures do not do this home justice. It is thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and filled with magical touches from door to pool. Our family was honestly blown away not only by the home, but the effort the hosts put into making the experience unique and fun. The pool and slide was fun for our family of all ages and the hot tub was a perfect way to end a day at Disneyland! If anything, we regret not allowing more time to just be at the house because we loved it so much!! You will not regret booking this house - it's beautiful, enchanting and simply guaranteed to bring countless smiles to the faces of your family members of all ages as it did ours. We're so grateful we got to call it our home base for our Disney adventure!

We had a wonderful time at this house. We have stayed at many VRBO houses and this was by far the best in terms of the theming, the outside space, and the kitchen. There are spices, oil, hot cocoa, coffee, foil, plastic baggies, and more all stocked and ready to use. The owners were responsive to any concerns we had. Furniture was comfortable and kept up to date. The available seating, both couch and dining, were appropriate for the number of people this house can sleep. The extra touches such as scavenger hunt and pool toys were great. I would definitely stay here again.

This vacation home was great for our family. It is close to Disneyland, provided lots of space to spread out. With amenities like the pool, spa, firepit, game room, and TVs it gave everyone something to do when not at Disney. The kitchen was well equipped and the kids loved the scavanger hunt set up by the host.

This was a fabulous home! Upon arrival, there was a scavenger hunt set up for the whole family which became quite competitive. I don’t want to give anything away for future guests but it is a very creative and well done scavenger hunt. All of the rooms in the house are very tastefully and artfully decorated with a Disney theme of sorts. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was very well stocked and that was a pleasant surprise. Made for a smooth Thanksgiving dinner cooking session:). The pool was lovely and the kids loved the slide. The entire outdoor area was very inviting. The communication with the owner was fantastic from start to finish. I highly recommend this home whether you are visiting for Disneyland or not…it’s a very short drive to Disney, but also just a great, fun house! One of the best we’ve stayed in-many thanks and hugs to the owners for putting so much heart and soul into this property.

We took our niece and nephew and their parents to Disneyland for the first time, along with our adult kids. We wanted a house to be a comfortable home base for all of us, and this more than delivered. Every room was themed, the Neverland bunk room and grotto pool were particularly amazing! And the pirate's treasure... wait, I fear what might happen if I give that away! :) Thanks, Andrew & Lindsay!

The home was stocked better than any of our previous rental homes. Andrew and Lindsay bend over backwards to provide an amazing vacation for the entire family, especially the little ones. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Disneyland.

We had such a magical stay at the happiest house on earth!! Our kids found the Neverland room and pool and instantly were in love. They had so much fun doing the treasure hunt and then could not wait to set up their bed areas. They loved the pool and water slide, game room in the garage and the big comfy couch to watch a movie. We were excited when Andrew offered us to go to a private beach. He had chairs and umbrella available for us too. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and we were so happy that we were able to go. For some reason we thought the walk to Disneyland would be long with a 8 and 11 year old, but it really is a short walk to the Parks! That was wonderful to be so close getting to the Parks just as they open. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Check in and check out were easy and communication with Andrew was great! Highly recommend!!

This place was wonderfully fun for our family of 7 which included a baby, grandparents & grown up kids in their 20's. It's about a 1.5 mile walk from the property to the park entrance which was okay for our group. Some of us also used Uber/Lyft rides to get home late at night. The place has lots of fun touches which we didn't get to explore as much as we would have liked as we had Disneyland Tickets for all 3 days of our stay. Next time we come, we will definitely plan to spend at least one day just enjoying the pool & chilling in this fun space together. The hosts were wonderfully responsive to everything we needed & they have thoughtfully stocked the place with a pack & play & high chair so we didn't need to schlep our baby equipment, which was nice.

Property match or exceeded description. Kids were amazed by the tree house bunk beds and pool slide. Host was extremely accept modatingletting us drop by our luggage early so we could grocery shop. Host was very responsible nsive throughout the trip.

Our family had an absolutely enchanting stay at this vacation rental home during our visit to Disneyland! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible location, fantastic amenities, and the truly kid-centric environment that made our trip unforgettable. First off, the location of this home is a dream come true for any Disney enthusiast. Just a stone's throw away from the entrance to the park, we found ourselves spending less time traveling and more time enjoying the magic of Disneyland. The convenience of being able to return to the home for breaks and meals allowed us to fully maximize our time in the park. The amenities provided were beyond our expectations. The saltwater pool was a true oasis, providing a refreshing escape from the California heat. Our family spent hours splashing around, and the poolside lounge chairs were perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. And let's not forget the joy of watching the kids play in the beautifully landscaped backyard while we grilled some delicious meals on the outdoor BBQ. It truly felt like a vacation within a vacation! What truly set this vacation home apart was its kid-centric design. Every detail seemed thoughtfully planned to ensure the little ones had an extraordinary experience. From the themed bedrooms adorned with beloved characters to the playroom filled with toys and games, our children were in absolute heaven. From start to finish, our experience with the rental home was flawless.

Wow, this property is absolutely amazing!! We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. The pool and outdoor area is like your own private paradise. We actually chose hanging out at the pool over going to Disneyland because it was so fun and relaxing. Hosts were so great, they even had a fun scavenger hunt for our kids! Our group had a fantastic time in this amazing gem of a home. The pool in the backyard might have outranked Disneyland for our kids. It was awesome to come back from the park every afternoon for fun in the pool and dinner in the backyard before heading back to the parks at night. The rooms and bathrooms are decorated beautifully, to incredible detail. It’s an inviting, comfortable house with a very smart layout. The owners were responsive, helpful, and caring during our entire stay. They’ve set everything up to make your visit wonderful. We had kids spanning ages 8-13, and everyone loved this house. It truly is the happiest house on earth.

This house was amazing! It was easy to find and check-in. We enjoyed all of the amenities and getting to and from Disneyland was easy! We will definitely stay again when we go to Disneyland!

Andrew was very accommodating. He allowed us to stay until 6pm as we weren't flying out until 11pm at night as well as early check-in. He provided useful activities to do on our 'free' day - which was amazing. The kids were also provided with a Treasure Hunt upon arriving at the house which resulted in a variety of treasures including a Disney shirt which we all wore to Disneyland. It was very convenient (walking) to Disneyland.

Andrew and Lindsay were absolutely amazing. They were very responsive and understanding. They made sure our family visit to Disneyland was relaxing and memorable. Thier home was beautiful, and my family loved the pool time between days at Disney. This place was truly "The happiest home on Earth"

Right from (unexpected early) check-in to departure our expectations were exceeded. Because we were early we met the cleaning team who made us feel very welcome. Our adventure at truly the happiest house was off the charts. The attention to detail was amazing. 20 min. walk to Downtown Disney. Everything we needed and more was available! I'm worried it won't be available next time we go if I go on and on about it the way I want to, so in closing I'll just say stay! you won't regret it!

Our group of 10 really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was just a short walk to Disneyland and California Adventure (the main reason for this particular trip). The 4 kids in our group (ages 6-9) absolutely loved the Neverland room, amazing backyard, and games in the garage. This is a perfect place for families with kids. Andrew was excellent to communicate with, and went above and beyond to help us co-ordinate activities and storage of our luggage outside our rental period (our flight got in well before check-in time on our arrival day and left well after checkout on our departure day). Overall a great experience with an excellent host!
