I had a great time with me and my daughter. I wanted her to enjoy the beach and pool without any hassle for her spring break and this trip was amazing for the both of us. We’ll definitely come back soon!

We had such amazing trip! We had one issue with air as soon as we got there. I contacted the own within hours it was fixed 100%. Owners had everything there we needed. They checked in later to see if we needed anything. Our girls loved the water park and they loved their “secret bed”. They still talk about our best trip ever. We will definitely stay here again.

My family and I have been visiting Dunes Village Resort for over 15 years. It almost feels like a home away from home at this point. During that time, we've stayed in every size condo available. The Dunes management seems to take pride in keeping the overall property maintained – outside and inside. But there have been a few times where a room was looking rough around the edges; showing all the wear and tear. So I mildly concerned that might be the case when booking a VRBO condo. But I can happily say it was quite the opposite. The room was perfectly clean, neat, well-stocked with cookware, utensils, towels, etc. The location was great too. On the 9th floor, near the elevator, with an awesome oceanfront view from the balcony. The communication with the owners was great I received email instructions and room guidelines, along with the code to get into the room well in advance. So I wasn't sitting around worried about when I might get that info. But the bonus customer service moment was a couple of days after our stay. The owners reached out to thank us for keeping the room clean, neat an in order; and also let me know we had forgotten some clothes. I thanked them, and asked if they could mail those to me; and that I'd be happy to pay the shipping cost. The owner said not to worry – they'd cover it. So appreciative of that type of service – going the extra mile. Don't hesitate to book this room for a wonderful vacation.

We had a wonderful weekend. Our kids enjoyed the amenities. The room was clean with a nice view. The owners were responsive and kind. We would love to come back!

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this condo. It is always clean, plenty of towels, and the owner responds within minutes. Will definitely be going back.

Property was beautiful. View was amazing!! We bought food nearby and saved $$$ with the kitchen. Palmetto bugs stayed outside lol 😂 it’s expected to see those. I would highly recommend this property!! Slept 2 adults. 2 kids (9&11) and my teen son and his friend and all were comfortable. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!! Owners communicate wonderfully and are super prompt!

Everything was great! Bed were comfy and everything we needed was right there! Definitely recommend staying there and we’ll be back! The only issue we ran into was the bathroom door and the bedroom door did not lock properly and one of the wheels on the wagon fell off while going through the sand. Very minor problem that would not affect my decision to book with them again. Very pleased!

We love coming here. The apartment is always great with a beautiful view over the beach/sea. Owners are very responsive and helped us out with a small issue with the TV within minutes. We will return again, no doubt

We enjoyed the room very much. Can't beat the view and the kitchen/living area was great. Very clean. Bedroom was a little cramped/dark for us four sisters but the beds made up for it.

Great family resort with fun water slides and warm pools. The condo had everything we need to cook and relax.

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean and roomy. We especially enjoyed the balcony. The weather was cool and sometimes rainy, so being able to look out at the ocean without being outside in the elements was great! And of course we made use of the indoor water park! On the one nice sunny afternoon we had, we were thankful for the beach chairs - it was an easy carry down to the beach, so we didn’t use the cart, but I’m sure we would have if we’d had gear for the whole day.

The condo was perfect for our family! Everything was clean and well-cared for. We really enjoyed the stunning balcony view. The kids loved seeing a dolphin leap through the waves! The weather was cool but not to cool to enjoy the beach (which was just an elevator ride and short walk down). Our kids had a blast in the kiddie pool area and lazy river in the hotel water park. We will be recommending the condo to family and friends.

Overall, this was a great place to stay. Easy beach access. The waterpark was nice, and heated water so not too chilly for November. Beautiful view from the condo. A few drawbacks to be aware of, but nothing that would prevent us from staying again. The beds were quite firm and the walls thin. No fan in unit so bring your own or a sound machine if you are a light sleeper. You are a guest of the owner, so the resort will not help you with anything in your room. Not bad, just be aware. The parking garage is TIGHT, so if you have to choose a vehicle to bring, bring your compact one. Also the pirate ship playground is no longer there. While the unit is non-smoking, others still smoked on their balconies so we couldn't hang out on ours as much as we would have liked. Overall it is a great location and space and we would stay again. This was our first trip to Myrtle beach. Glad it was in the off season, I can't imagine how crowded it would be in the summer!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo! Upon arrival, the condo was immaculate. It was well stocked and the view of the ocean was beautiful! Our kids really enjoyed the Waterpark, as well. We also appreciated the wonderful communication with the owners!

We have stayed at the resort before but through the hotel. I’m so happy we were able to rent this condo. We had so much more room. There is a lot to do here. It is almost overwhelming. My younger daughter loves the water slides. I think she could stay there all day. We ordered from the restaurant a few times, it was amazing every time.

Condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean and stocked with everything we could have wanted. My family have already said they want to stay there next year when we go back! We decided to stay another night, got in touch with the owners they responded right away so I booked a extra night while sitting by the pool. I would give the condo a 10 out of 10! Highly recommend this place for your next trip to Myrtle Beach

We had a great trip, in large part because of our accommodations. The condo was exactly as described, well equipped, and was very clean. Check in was a breeze and we didn’t have to stand in a big line after our long drive. Went straight to the condo, keyed in the code, and started to unwind. The kids had a blast at the water park and the resort had plenty of other amenities. We liked that it was just far enough from downtown to avoid the chaos, but still so close to everything we wanted to do after our beach/water park days. Book this condo, you won’t regret it.

Perfect. Condo was clean. (The front bedroom door doesn't latcb close and the locking latch on the main door wiggles and jars loose when the neighbors door closes). The view of the ocean was amazing. Having a washer/dryer in the room was super convenient. The staff was polite and being able to go back and forth between properties for the water park and food was convenient as well. Having the building name sign outside would have been helpful when arriving. The tiki bar is a nice touch! The access key card is kind of inconvenient, ya gotta dig the card out to open gates. If the card was bilt into of the bracelet, that would be much easier.

The only negative I have is the pull out bed on the couch was uncomfortable. It was more comfortable to just sleep on the couch. Other than that, everything was fantastic!! So happy with our decision to stay here, and would definitely stay again!!!!

Our stay was great. Very very clean. Great price. Loved that there was a kitchen, washer/dryer and even a vacuum to maintain cleanliness. The owners are very nice and respond to messages quickly. The only thing I would change about the condo are the beds. They are very firm and springy. Other than that, everything else was perfect. Definitely recommend staying here!

The one positive is that the condo was very clean and the check in process was great. The resort nor condo was what I would consider a luxury property as was stated in the description. There were trash bags that remained outside in the hallways which should have been collected. There were a lot of kids running at all times within the resort unattended. While the view was oceanfront, there was a sun deck below that I didn’t think would hinder the view as much as it did. The beds nor pillows were comfortable in my opinion. The parking garage being across the street was also more of a hassle than I thought it would be as was bringing up the luggage. In hindsight, rather than contacting the owners after the fact I should’ve contacted the property manager the first day I arrived to address these issues period. Before rating this as a luxury condo/resort, VRBO needs to do their due diligence to be sure the property is correctly represented. I would not recommend this resort.

Beautiful view of Atlantic Ocean from condo unit, property had great amenities. My children loved all the pool options and didn't want to leave. Lots of kitchen supplies to cook with and restaurant options nearby.
