Great location. Essentially right on the beach. Easy access off parking garage and facility elevator. Ample room for our family of 6. Owner was very helpful with a welcome packet before our stay and actually genuinely interested in our family having a great week in Myrtle.

I recommend the Grand Atlantic condo really clean and grounds were well kept. Pools were clean and nice. Beach access was great.

This is the second time I have stayed here and I will be back. It is exactly as advertised. Plenty of space, clean, everything you need, and close to all the shops and attractions. It’s a perfect home away from home.

There is so much to do in this location. We usually stay within 15 minutes of the condo with so many recreation and food options but this trip explores Barefoot Landing and we were thrilled we did! The condo is spacious with 3 full bathrooms and a full kitchen. Perfect for family trips. Martha is easy to contact and so helpful!

We (family of four - 2 adult 18 plus children) absolutely loved the property. Amenities were just right and the proximity to the beach ideal - local groceries were nearby. Others guests were extremely friendly and helpful, too, Highly recommend this and we will probably return in the future!

We had 4 adults, 6 children ages 2-13. We had a great stay and didnt feel like there was not enough room. Kids really enjoyed the pool, lazy river and we weren't far from shops and attractions. Definitely would recommend to others.
Owners were very easy to communicate with before we got there. We didn't need anything while we were there.

The condo was clean and very well furnished. The access from the parking garage couldn't have been better. Elevators are right outside of the front door. Beautiful view from the balcony. Easy beach access. Owners were always quick to respond to questions. Had a wonderful week enjoying the beauty of God's creation!

The condo was perfect. The best part was the large balcony overlooking the ocean. The building is 20 stories and it was great sitting on the third floor balcony a 3 story listening to the waves. The owner was quick to respond! Recommend to friends and family.

The property was very dirty. Pillows with holes, dirty rugs, sofa, dirty walls. Dust everywhere. Blood on the toilet seat in the master bath. Smelled pot everywhere. No blankets on bed except one. Dirty bedspreads. Unable to to hang any clothes in closet with two beds as it was filled with beach items. No dish liquid for dishes. This property needs a deep cleaning and updating.

A big round of applause to our hosts Colin and Marta Sigmon for a very informative and thoughtful mode of communication. We felt ready to enjoy our stay because we were made aware on what to bring and what not to do. The unit was very convenient to the parking deck. We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. The unit was clean and well stocked. And we all slept very comfortably! We are already planning to book this same unit next year. Thank you for a memorable and fun week!

Our week vacation started off with me under the weather, but the unit and beach view made up for it. All we had to do was show up. Everything was there. Grocery was close so we were able to get what we needed that we didn’t bring. The second night we had to call security due to the people beside us banging on the wall at 1am and later but they handled it right away. This really was ideal for our family. We were in walking distance of food, putt-putt, and some shopping.

Since we were military: getting together for vacation was always an issue. This was our first family vacation we had been able together for quite some time and with 2 yr old twin grandbabies. It was very nice place. Parking garage a bit tight for parking but overall great vacation. Definitely looking to book again!

Condo was perfect! Great location, Perfect pools and lazy river! Steps to the beach, So clean and everything needed for a week stay! Communication with owner was the very best i have ever experienced at any other vacation!! Will most definitely do again!!!!!!!

This property is too far away from everything. One down fall was the pools were all heated and with the temps in the 90’s most days we did not want a heated pool!

We really enjoyed the condo and found the owners to be incredibly responsive. They answered all our questions quickly and were gracious and kind. The weather was chilly so we loved the heated pool and heated lazy river that the condo offered! We didn't think we would be interested in that when we booked, but it was just what we needed at the start of the week with our 4-year-old. She had a blast!
We did have a next-door neighbor partying into the wee hours on our first night. We didn't want to be "those people" but ended up calling around 2 am because they were literally screaming against our bedroom wall and showed no signs of slowing down. The condo security was amazing and addressed it within minutes! It gave us a lot of peace of mind the rest of the stay knowing they were on top of it and so responsive. We could hear them talking to them, and they were kind but firm.
Would definitely stay there again!

The unit itself was great. Very clean and accommodated our family's needs quite well. However, the building access and facilities (ie. pool etc) was not very secure and left us feeling vulnerable. For example, it was noticed that there were non-guests enjoying the pool facilities accessed from the beach entrance. This entrance was available to anyone without any restrictions whatsoever.

Everything was as expected except the checking in process. Our condo wasn't cleaned on time and we waited until 4:15 to check in. Not usually a big deal, but we had driven out from Texas. A 16 hour drive. Staff was very friendly and apologetic. Very nice lodgings and amenities.

We had a great time at this condo. The owner was super friendly and prompt with my questions. The condo was clean and as described. It has everything you could want in the kitchen. I loved how convenient the condo was to the garage. We would definitely stay again.

A group of 7 of us were down for a baseball trip, and we couldn't be happier with the accommodations!! A couple of very minor snags, but Martha was great and quick to respond. Have the third bathroom was a huge plus!! We hope this unit is available again next March when we come back down again!!

Absolutely perfect condo for our annual girls getaway week. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Having a bathroom for each of the 3 bedrooms was an added bonus. The balcony with its fantastic view of the ocean is quite large and had a nice little table and plenty of seating. We all agreed that if we vacation in Myrtle Beach again we would love to return to this condo. I highly recommend

This condo is very clean, roomy and the kitchen was stocked with everything and then some. It is so close to the parking deck, which is extremely handy. The owner was very thorough with instructions for staying there. The pools, hot tub and lazy river were very clean and nice. I would definitely stay there again!

Highly recommend this room and this owner. We were facing hurricane Ian and the owner stayed in constant contact with me about what was going on.She made sure we were taken care of and even checked in once we got there. The room is great. Bedrooms are wonderful size. All kitchen needs are met. The closet had enough beach toys and items for everyone. Room was clean and had a great view. Condo is located in a great location within 10 minutes of Broadway and the Boardwalk. Highly recommend. We will rent again next time we go!

Our family of six had a wonderful time at Martha Sigmon's spacious condo! We loved the great view from the balcony. Martha makes sure you have a good starter supply of paper products and soap, and lots of coffee filters. Having an en-suite bathroom in every bedroom was a real plus.
We would be pleased to rent this unit again.

Spacious with all the comforts of home and a great view of the ocean! Recommend renting a car as most things to do are not within walking distance. Really enjoyed our stay!!
