Very nice room, comfortable bed, properly cleaned and in a nice location. Definitely perfect value for money, really recommend it!

Lovely Friendly hosts who helped us organise a trip to nusa lembogon, and other transport, and made us feel very welcome. Beautiful courtyard with koi, guest kitchen and free water supplied. Large rooms, quiet and comfortable. Easy 10 min walk to beach, main street restaurants etc.

The bed was divine. The bed itself felt like we were in an expensive hotel.

We only booked one night here and it was fine. The staff were nice and the room was basic but that’s what we paid for.

The bathroom was awful. It was basically a sliver of a room hidden behind a sliding door. Luckily both my Partner and I are quite small because some people wouldn’t fit in the room. It’s very thin and long. The width of a toilet, which is located at one end, and the sink is at the other, with a shower in between. Nog really sure how you’d manage a shower in there, we didn’t try.

Clean, comfortable and cool. A spacious room, with a good bar and Warung close by. Nice tranquil garden. Perfect for our one night stop on the way to Nusa Lembongan. Will stay again on the next the trip.

The reason that I picked this place was the distance to Mertasari Beach in Sanur. It is actually 10 minutes by walking from this Homestay. The staff was very friendly and they even gave me a message "Your room is ready to check in" before I arrived at the hotel. The hot shower was nice after swimming at beach because the skins are very sticky with salt water. There is a shared kitchen so that you can warm up your food with a microwave, make a tea/coffee. The connection of WIFI was excellent.

I do not have any complaints about this stay.

What a nice small and quiet homestay in a strategic location, only a 5 minute walk from Metasari beach where there are so many things to do, cickling, boating, good restaurants etc... The family who runs it are very sweet and helpful. Great that you can make your own coffee or cook something in the communal kitchen with fridge,

I just spend one month in Sekar Waru Homestay and it was amazing! The staff is always smiling and ready to help, the position is perfect and price even more! I would recommend it ❤️

The tranquillity of this place is amazing. Very nice homestay and your host is a nice family from Sanur. Everything is clean in the room and you have a smaill kitchen where you can cook for yourself. Cofee, tea and watter are included. I definitely recomand this place and we will come back. The distant to the beach is about 7 minutes walking.

Birds should be freed, they are very sad with so little space. Rabbit needs more space and water accessible all the time, also would be better with a different floor so his feet can be flat. Kitchen could use a fan in the corner by the stove for the lingering smell and heat.

I loved the fact that I was actually able to stay with a Balinese family. I was able to learn about their customs,traditions, and their culture. Had I stayed at a Hotel or another place with caretakers, I would not have had the wonderful opportunity to live and learn the "Bali" way. I am so thankful for them to treat me as they did and to make me feel at home. From the very first moment I was picked up at the airport- Komang,the taxi driver, was so courteous and friendly-to the arrival and welcome they offered me- It was super! There is a lovely garden with a waterfall you wake up to every morning. A full kitchen is available for guests to use at their convenience. Coffee and tea were always provided. The room had everything that I needed. It was nice and clean. They were the most loving and accommodating people. Each and everyone of them had a smile on their faces every day. The Hostess was so sweet to ride me on her scooter to this specialty supermarket as I was not able to find the items I wanted on the local Market. The Husband and the Dad were always making sure my bike, which I rented from them, was always in top shape. The Mom was so sweet always offering me new things to try from Bali like the dragon fruit or the special yellow sauce Balinese usually cook with. And the Kids...were very nice and liked to practice English. I will miss it dearly. I would not have chosen any other place!

Maybe the pillows could be upgraded to be more comfortable. That would be my only recommendation. For example, substitute them with goose down feather ones.
