We loved out stay in the Family Friendly Villa. Everything was in waking distance. The villa was a perfect fit for our family! We will stay again!

Place was beautiful, large spacious areas. Close to walking distance which was great since out of state. Very easy to contact owners with quick response for any needs

This house was perfect for our 5-person family getaway! In addition to being beautiful, very clean, and well stocked, it was in a perfectly central location to everything we needed. We could walk to the beach, restaurants, adorable local coffee shops, shopping areas, markets. We only wish we could have stayed longer to explore even more of the amazing area, but hopefully we can come back sometime. And when we do, we would love to stay here again. The host was very responsive and gracious to our needs. I highly recommend this property - you won’t regret it!

Our daughter was married in Santa Barbara and this house was perfect for family. Home was large and quiet. Kitchen was fully supplied and we loved the upstairs patio. We would stay here again!!

In town for a wedding, this place was perfect! Charming, well appointed, and comfortable, it was convenient to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Perfect!

The house, location, and experience with our host were all excellent. It had everything we needed - plenty of sleeping space, kitchen was fully equipped, parking space, self-entry using keypad, and wonderful hangout spaces inside and in particular on the roof. It was a perfect walking distance to our activities. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Everything was great with only one incident fire alarm went on (with no reason at all) in the middle of the night. Scared the hell of all . Hope the owner can fix the smoke alarms.

We enjoyed the place- location was wonderful for exploring Santa Barbara! Tatiana was also great at communication and readily available to answer any Qs or concerns we had.

This property is in a great location and is very eye appealing. One big drawback upon entering this wonderful property is *THERE IS NO A/C*. The owners/property managers do in fact provide plenty of electric fans (which is nice) but we felt that the listing should state that “there is no A/C”. I’m sure if your staying in the cooler months you are still quite comfortable but if you are staying in the Summer you may be disappointed. Overall it is a great and beautiful property with great amenities but with the temperatures being what they tend to be in the summer I feel A/C is no longer a “extra” it is a necessity. If we had realized there was no air conditioning we would have opted for another property. I urge the owners/property managers to please add this to their description so that no one else (staying during the hot months) feel mislead.

We stayed here for a few days with family in town from the east coast. The property was spacious and clean. We were a couple of blocks from the beach and walking distance to State street. Great location for anyone looking to visit the beach.

This is a great property in an ideal location. It's close to everything but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms were spacious and well situated. Our family of four had plenty of room. Everyone was clean and relatively well-kept. The only issues were with a few of the windows and screens (some of the screens were torn and one of the windows wouldn't open and close properly) and with the oven (the knob was broken). The upstairs patio could use a little TLC, mostly cleaning. But otherwise, we had nothing to complain about. We definitely would stay here again.

Tatiana was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Check in was very easy and the home was as described online. It was very comfortable and exactly what we needed as a home base during our daughter's wedding weekend.

We had a great time, especially on the sun deck.

Incredible property, probably one of the best I've ever stayed at. Enough bathrooms and beds for 5 people. Beautiful place with amazing private rooftop patio! Would 100% stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely lovely! The villa was so spacious, comfortable, and clean. Plenty of towels and beach accessories. So beautifully designed and decorated. Huge kitchen, comfy living room. The rooftop deck was the highlight hangout spot as well. Would love to come back! thank you so much!

The location was perfect walking distance to everywhere! There were many special details that made it a safe, luxurious, private and comfortable stay.... from the enclosed garage, to the well appointed bathrooms, to the patio with a beautiful view... we enjoyed every minute of our stay at Villa Malaga! The owner was easy to reach and very accommodating too! We'll come again for sure.

Excellent location, safe, beautiful neighborhood w/in easy walks to seaside, fink zone and downtown Santa Barbara. Property is lovely with plenty of space for party of five. Loved the open kitchen, dining and roof top. Kitchen was stocked with cookware sufficient to prepare meals but with such excellent dining options close by, who wants to cook! Easy access into property, garage was huge benefit and dumb waiter was so helpful to get groceries to kitchen level. Would stay again for sure!

We had a fabulous stay at this family friendly villa with close proximity to the beach and many restaurants and stores. The home was well furnished with comfortable beds and amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the ease of using the elevator at times and the beautiful decks with gorgeous views of Santa Barbara. We hope to return to this amazing villa and beautiful town before too long. Would highly recommend!

This condo works great for 6 adults. The location is fantastic, easy walking distance to several restaurants, shopping, etc. The host was easy to communicate with and answered some extra questions we had. We hope to stay again!

We had a lovely stay here. The home is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The rooftop living area is stunning and we spent as much time up there as we could. There are a couple of fantastic mercados within a block of the place where we shopped daily and were able to cook family meals in the huge, well-stocked kitchen. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This property was beautifully maintained and equipped. The location was perfect. The best part, however, was the wonderful roof terrace that expanded the living area and gave a stunning view of the town.

Fantastic stay. The home really is amazing. We got married in Santa Barbara and this is where we stayed and we were thrilled with it. I would highly recommend and the host was very responsive, sweet, and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming villa. We were only there for two day and three nights but we thoroughly enjoyed both the town and this home. The private rooftop patio is exactly as pictured and we made the most of it during our stay - it was wonderful! And a great place to catch both the sunrise and sunset. As noted there's no AC but there's a nice cross breeze with the doors open and it really cools down at night. The locking mechanism on the French doors is a bit tricky a first but easy once you get the hang of it. Tatania is a great hostess and very responsive - made for a wonderful visit. We hope to return to SB and hope we can stay here again!
