My entire family (all adults 18-83) stayed here for my mother's 80th birthday. The location and view is simply breathtaking! We purposely spent one entire day just enjoying the view and watching the surfers. The home itself is very comfortable and clean. From the couches to the beds.. all very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. The hot tub was also lovely. We stayed at this home 13 years ago when my kids were in their teens and surfed daily. We never forgot that experience and jumped at the chance to stay again! Thank you Marty for the accommodations and for such a amazing home and being so responsive and helpful.

Marty has created a one-of-a-kind serene environment at his home. To the say the least, the views are heavenly. The pictures do not do justice! Easy check in process and easy to communicate with Marty. He sent a very helpful guide ahead of the check in process.

Beautiful views out to the ocean. Spent a lot of time just watching the waves and the surfers from the front room. Easy access down to the beach. Worked extremely well for our family of four couples and two little ones. Owner was very responsive and communicative.

This was our 7th stay at AwesomeView since 2006. It is my family's happy place :) Oceanview, the beach, sea life, surfers, the sailboat regatta, fresh air and so much cooler than the valley where we are from....just heaven!! Wish we could have stayed longer. Can't wait until next time. Thank you Marty and Antoinette for sharing your wonderful beach house!!

This property has a beautiful view! The sunsets are dramatic. The house accommodated our family of 8 adults easily. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, tools, utensils, pots, pans etc. Everything to help the chef make delicious meals to eat overlooking the ocean!

The location was wonderful, as it is beachfront with a 180 degree view of the ocean. While there are steps from the property to the beach, we deemed it too dangerous for our group that included young kids. However, beach access was an easy, short walk away either north or south and we enjoyed our time at the beach every day! The unit itself was great for our needs and had everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy a relaxing vacation. Just a couple of things to note: the windows open to let in a nice breeze, however, there are no safety guards so young kids will need to be monitored closely if windows are open wide (as they can fall through.) As this unit shares a community space, you'll need to be diligent about keeping things like toys and towels tidy and out of sight. The property owners were responsive and provided all the information and details to ensure we had a great time! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Can’t beat the Beautiful views and sunsets to help celebrate my dads birthday! This house had room for everyone with comfortable sleeping arrangements. We the kitchen was well stocked for our family dinners. Beach was full of surfers and we enjoyed watching the wild life from the house. We saw dolphins, otters, and a few whales from a far. Would have loved to stay longer! Marty was an amazing host.

The house is very large with plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 small children to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and made family cooking a fun activity. The view of the beach and the ability to watch surfers and sunset from the deck or inside were great options. A short walk to the beach made for fun in the sand. Not a far walk to downtown for ice cream either.

The house is well-equipped and very nice but the location on the ocean is unparallelled. The view outstanding. We would definitely stay there again.

This is an amazing property. The views are breathtaking, the property is well furnished and very well cared for, and the owners are very kind and attentive. We had a wonderful time on the beach, sitting on the deck, or walking through the neighborhoods. We loved staying here and would definitely rent again. Thank you!!

Second time staying here-and that should speak for itself. This time, we realized we could probably park our car and bike everywhere we want to go: Pleasure Point, girls surf lessons, Capitola, the stores we love, and even the Boardwalk. Great place and Marty is great.
