The condo is as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient. I had some travel difficulties due to a death in the family. Ruth was very easy to reach and always responded quickly as my plans changed. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks Ruth!

The ski shuttle bus stop is very close to the condo. The property had a nice large hot tub that we had to ourselves each night. The neighborhood was quiet. The condo was very well stocked! We really appreciated the extra ziplock bags, spices, food, sunscreen, etc. the ski locker was nice to store our skis and poles. The fire place kept the condo warm. We enjoyed playing the board games too. However the heated floors did not work in either bathroom.

Great location on the bus route, nicely updated interior, comfortable bed, host was great (she even got us a crockpot to use so we did not have to bring ours). Lots of little things were great- coffee for brewing, olive oil, spices, washer detergent. We stayed just under 2 weeks and would recommend this condo and host to anyone.

Cute condo. Had a few issues that were not the owners fault as I assume they’re out of state. The condo was not clean when we arrived so I had to spend time cleaning and washing bedding. We did have fresh towels though.The hot tub was not in working order so the bathtub, after a long ski day, was wonderful. And the in condo washing machine/dryer was great too! The condo itself was better in person than pictures show!

We absolutely Love staying at Ruth’s Condominium in Keystone! It was our Third time here and it felt like coming home. We hope for many more return trips ! Unexpectedly we had to extend our stay and Ruth was quick to accommodate us. Excellent communication. The Condo is perfect and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful property. Cozy. Everything we needed for our stay. The propane for the grill was empty, I contacted the owner in the evening and the next morning she replaced it! Super communication! Would definitely stay here again!

Was in town for work, so really only slept there, but would definitely recommend it. Plenty of space for a family or two couples. Clean. Very quiet. Easy to get to. Communication with owner was great. Would definitely stay there again.

This condo was beautiful and the perfect size and me and my 2 friends. We enjoyed the hot tub as well, located right across the parking lot from the front door. The closeness to Keystone and Breckenridge was very convenient and we even took a day trip to Vail (only 45 minutes). Thank you for the stay!

This townhouse is absolutely wonderful. Plenty of room for 5 or 6 people. The home was clean and well stocked. It is in close proximity to several ski resorts. The bus stop is right out front. The beds were super comfy! Would definitely book here again. Thank you!

This property is a fantastic choice for anyone interested in visiting Keystone (and it's not too far from several other ski areas either). Check in was a breeze. The unit was spotless when we arrived; we weren't asked to do much beyond running the dishwasher and taking out the trash at checkout, and the hot tub was a great perk. Absolutely recomend!

Our family had a fantastic time. The place was extremely clean and comfortable. It was a great location for our skiing trip. There is a free shuttle bus that picks up less than a minute away and takes you to River Run base. On our day off we took advantage of the sleds and board games in the closet. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our kids especially loved the Legos.

My wife and I spent a week here with our 2 teens, the space was perfect and provided easy access to Keystone resort.

We always enjoy staying at this property…in fact it’s our favorite in Summit County. Great location. Close to all you could want without being too busy. The condo itself is the cleanest and most perfectly and thoughtfully equipped of any vacation rental we have ever stayed at and we have stayed at a lot! We look forward to visiting again . It was a beautiful unit, plenty of supplies and most important the ground floor, necessary when you're old, not used to the altitude. Loved the chipmunks! Good location!

My wife and I spent a few days in keystone with our one year old and her parents. This place was perfect for all of us. With short drives to the ski slopes and Dillion it was perfect and we had an amazing time.

We had a really great stay at this location. The condo is so close to bus route. Such a great convenience. Condo was great, very nice appliances. Beds were comfortable. I appreciated the humidifier. Most mountain homes that I’ve stayed in are very dry. Great location and condo, would definitely return.

We will definitely be back! This condo was absolutely perfect for us as a family of 5 skiing Keystone for the weekend! Ruth is an excellent communicator, even checking on us to ensure we’d arrived safely as late as 11pm! Updated and clean, excellently appointed and has a shuttle to Keystone steps from the front door. We will be back for sure.

I come to Colorado usually every year to go skiing. This place was a great location. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. Ruth responded quickly to phone calls or emails. The condo was on the first floor and you also had a washer and dryer. The other nice thing is she had a bench by the front door to sit on to take off boots or shoes after coming inside. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is very well equipped and comfortable. The owners provide a great experience with small details throughout the house.

I came up with a couple friends for a ski trip and we really appreciated how thoughtfully everything was laid out and prepared. Sunscreen and sealed tube of toothpaste by the sink. Stocked pantry with plenty of teas and hot cocoa. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets in the closet - plus humidifiers! The whole place felt clean and the sheets fresh. Parking was plentiful and there was always a spot in front of the unit when we were there. There was a hot tub to the left of the unit that felt spectacular after a long day of snowboarding. The fireplace was warm and cozy. The unit is on the first floor and a one-story - so nobody would get winded going up and down the stairs and it's quick to get to the car. I barely noticed the upstairs neighbors. Wonderful location that is close to the slopes, shopping, food.

A friend and I stayed here while elk hunting and the property was perfect. The host was very responsive and provided us with everything we could need and more. Will definitely be back again and recommend to anyone looking for a nice little getaway.

Ruth's place is very nice and has high quality appliances. It was a very comfortable place to stay for our hiking trip. It is easy to get to and parking is very close to the entrance. I definitely recommend Ruth's place when in the area.

We loved our stay in Keystone and our stay at Archer’s Gulch was a HUGE part! It was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed every minute and will definitely be back!!

The beds are super comfortable (in fact, looking to buy the same for our home). Kitchen is well equipped. Convenient ski locker is just a couple of feet from front door. We usually drove to Keystone but the 2 times I had to ride the Red Shuttle Bus, I was happy it only took me 7 min to the bus stop, which considering I was carrying my ski stuff and I'm 66, I thought was pretty good! Other plusses: heated master bathroom floor (so nice), 2 easy-to-use humidifiers, garbage and recycling very close. Owner was the best!

My family and I enjoyed a couple month stay in this condo that was wonderful for our needs. The bunk beds were ideal for the kids and the master bed was comfortable. We all appreciated the heated floors! The condo was clean and sunny, while the gas fireplace was a nice place to gather and relax. We did get some use of the gas grill on the front porch, too. As a bonus, it was only minutes to the Keystone parking lot and a nearby sledding hill. The stores in town were a convenient short drive away. There was always plenty of parking in the condo lot and it was quiet. We all enjoyed our stay and have no complaints - would definitely return!
