Adored the double casita, with its lawn and multiple outdoor seating areas. It’s a haven. Lovely decorative touches, well stocked, good mattress. For us, a perfect place to stay!

We popped in for a few short days. We loved the vibe of the place and enjoyed the town so much.

This was our first time to Colorado Springs and we were looking for a unique rental as a hotel room just seemed too boring for us. These lovely casitas brought such charm and ambiance that we could not have imagined from just looking at the pictures. We were in our own oasis as we relaxed in the beautifully appointed casitas and outdoor seating areas. We so looked forward to returning to the rental after a long day of hiking or sightseeing, that we ended up spending more time there than anticipated. Thank you again for providing such a fabulous rental.

Amazing place to relax & enjoy the mountain scenery. Close to many trails, restaurants and just an inviting space to relax without the hustle and bustle. The property is all you need for a recharge. I would definitely stay here again if available. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. So grateful for our time spent here exploring Colorado Springs.

This place was stunning and absolutely perfect for the two of us! It was very clean and tidy. It was close to everywhere we went in town. The hot tub was a nice place to relax after a long day, or even in the morning when it was cold. We would definitely stay here again!

Came down for our yearly motorcycle trip and needed a quiet place for my wife and I away from the other 3000 bikes. The house was PERFECT. It is a little strange of a setup but we loved it. Could not be happier with the check in and how available the owner was. Had a small issue with the outdoor fire pit but within an hour it was fixed. If we come back to Colorado Springs again we will make sure to check if this home is available. Phenomena

Cottage has great character with beautiful decor. The little welcome touches helped to make our stay super comfortable. Ammenities such as hot tub fire pit, fenced yatd is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine after a day of hiking. Host Caren is very communicative and helpful.

The house and outdoor space is amazing and the hospitality of the host is exceptional. The place is small but has everything you need - hot tub, beautiful yard and patio, grill, fireplace, shower, two bathrooms.

This place is so cool. Adobe complex, 2 for the price of one that has all the amenities that make you not want to leave. It is well appointed and has all you need! We will be back! Jeff

We just loved the set up of this home. plenty of privacy but still able to visit with each other. The owner was very attentive and available. We luckily didn’t need to contact her for anything because everything was already provided. She provides lots of information on things to do so you don’t have to do much searching. The area was very quiet and seemed to be very close to everything. It was our first trip to Colorado Springs but we are planning many more and would definitely choose to stay here again. We just loved it

Great homebase for hiking and exploring Colorado Springs. Made use of the fireplace on chilly March evenings. Pictures are accurate. Very clean. The separate bedroom dwelling and connecting yard are a unique and fun feature. Highly recommended!

Our group of 8 friends in our 40s met up in New Orleans for the early Mardi Gras weekend and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience at Amy's house! It was really cool to stay in a neighborhood that wasn't the CBD or the Quarter. We found the ferry (10-minute walk) to be quite convenient to get across in the days and evenings. Even with it being a busier weekend in Nola, we were able to arrange Lyfts or Ubers to get back easily. One tip: when requesting a car from Algiers, give yourself a bit of extra time in case any drivers cancel due to traffic. Algiers had a lot of character and we found a couple restaurants (Tonti's Hand for French and Barracuda for tacos, etc) and a market within walking distance that we loved. The house itself is very well-appointed and comfortable. The design on the first floor is outstanding and something you'd see in a magazine. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and perfect for a group of our size. We really enjoyed how well-stocked the kitchen was as well! Finally, even though the weather was a bit cold/rainy for part of our visit, the unheated saltwater pool came in handy for cold plunges for our group each day! Amy was also very helpful and communicative via text during our stay and made some good recommendations for us! If you're coming to New Orleans with a group of family or friends, this property is a really lovely home base for what will surely be a memorable weekends in such an amazing city!

This property was perfect for our music conference at the Broadmoor. It was our home away from home! Wish we would have used the hot tub more but it was cold!!! Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home!

A beautiful and cozy stay from Jan 1 to 4. We had some snow and the house was nice and warm with a fireplace. The kitchen had all the equipment needed to cook at home. The hot tub was very therapeutic. We didn't want to leave! Extremely clean and comfy chairs and bed. Thank you!

This casita is so perfect. We had the most relaxing time (nice to have physically separate spaces) with very comfy beds and we very much enjoyed the hot tub. Caren is an excellent host, readily available and so very sweet. I hope to return!

The place was beyond gorgeous! Very cozy and warm on the cold Colorado nights. It was less than ten minutes from most of the attractions we had come to see! Next time I come back to Colorado Springs I will definitely book this place again!

We took our first pup friendly vaca in Colorado Springs and focused on relaxing and enjoying the outdoors and the casitas were the perfect respite. You can tell the love that goes into the property. There was one hiccup with the hot tub (finicky buggers) but caren was so quick to respond and help us through the issue. We have family here and will definitely return!

This was the most comfortable and cozy little duet of casitas. The connecting yard (between the casitas) made us feel right at home as we stayed on the back porch when we were there. No details were spared as this place had everything we needed for our three night stay. You cannot go wrong with this charmer!!

This property is so amazing. The attention to detail. The back yard! The pictures truly do not do it justice. Extremely clean. Comfortable mattress. It was just me and a girlfriend who came for a couple of nights and stayed in the casita. Caren could not have been more hospitable! The trash can is bear proof and apparently it was human proof for this human that morning. Caren immediately responded. Awesome people and property!

This house is so cozy and clean. We absolutely loved having the private casita out back for our grown son and the back yard was perfect for our little dog. The owner was easy to work with and explained everything perfectly. It is a high traffic area so quite a bit of road noise but we got used to it and it didn’t bother us . We will definitely be back.

We loved the location and the ease of staying here! It is in a beautiful neighborhood. It is close to many places for good food and a short drive from attractions. The property itself is adorable and we often found ourselves just wanted to stay in and relax with the hot tub. The no contact check in and out was a breeze. We loved that we were allowed to take our pups and finish out the honeymoon in such a cozy place before traveling home.

The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Very relaxing whether out by the fountain, sitting in the hot tub or around the fire pit. We will definitely come back in the future.
