This property is the perfect location with fantastic views of the Atlantic. We enjoyed not having to plan our day as going back and forth from the beach to the pool was super easy. The outdoor pool is small, but there’s also an indoor pool and lazy river. The parking is tight. Just FYI.. if you have a handicap placard, you can park on the street for free. Fully equipped kitchen (loved the two fridges), comfortable beds, and large seating area. The balcony was large and the rocking chairs were a huge plus!

Condo was perfect size for our group and the deck had furniture enough as well. The closet with chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and sand castle gear was a hit with the Children. Only negative, the condo wasn’t as clean as it should have been.

The condo was spacious and right on the beach easy to get in and out. The grandchildren loved the beach outside pool and inside pool and lazy river. Very layed back and enjoyable week. We will be back.

Location was great! Property was clean except for finding a few large dead bugs. Master bathroom shower didn’t have hot water and one guest bedroom tv didn’t work. But the condo was very well stocked with everything needed for a good beach vacation. The kitchen was great and had everything needed. The place was bright and open and pleasant decor. Furniture was comfortable. The pools and hot tub were good. And we loved the balcony with the rocking chairs overlooking the beach!

Love the spacious living areas and the accommodations with the lazy river, pools and hot tub were enjoyed by all.

We had an amazing week at Myrtle! This was our first time. We typically go to OBX but was too late in booking. The place was VERY clean when we arrived and Franca was fantastic with communication! The condo was spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked with pretty much ANYTHING you need! The location was perfect!! There is not a shortage of things to do, places to eat, or stores to shop at! The only thing to point out is that the parking is a bit tight. (Not the renters fault and we drove a van, so big trucks might find it tough.) But it was nice to see the bumpers on the wall to try and prevent car damage. It was the only parking space I saw with them, so thanks Franca for that! It was again, an amazing week and would love to rent from them again!

The floor plan was perfect with our 3 kids and 4 families. The view was amazing and pools were good. We were there for the beach though. Franca had beach chairs and sand toys that we used. We ended up parking 2 of our 4 vehicles in the adjacent lot for a nominal fee. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to cook for our large group. Definitely a great condo for small or large groups.

This is a beautiful property, well-suited to our big family of all ages. Very comfortable with lots of room to spread out. Kitchen has all small appliances (toaster, crockpot, blender, 2 regular coffee pots and a Keurig) in addition to double ovens, 2 refrigerators, and 2 dishwashers. Very helpful as we did a lot of cooking the week we were there. Washer and dryer worked great and was so convenient. Closet filled with beach stuff: sand toys, a boogie board, 4 chairs (1 was broken), and umbrellas. We only used some of the chairs as we had brought our own stuff so can’t really speak to the condition of the umbrellas, but everything looked mostly in great shape! The overall condition of the condo was excellent, very beautiful. The bedrooms were all very comfortable. I would just mention the two rooms with bunk beds/daybed seemed much smaller than the pics showed. I mention this not as a complaint, but just for information purposes. We had planned to put a pack-n-play in one of those rooms and there was really no room to do so and be able to get in and out of the room easily. We loved that the beach was never overly crowded, despite being there during peak season. I think this is because this resort has a smaller number of units compared to the high rises and also that one hotel 2 doors down had been demolished. The on-site staff were great to work with and very helpful. We had a maintenance issue (no fault of the owner) that we had to let workers in for and kind of deal with for a couple days. I do think communication could have been a little better over this, as we didn’t really know what to expect, repair-wise, from day to day. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great week, unfortunately all good things have to end. We felt like we were visiting with friends. The property was as described. The view was magnificent and the unit was clean. We had a wonderful week. Thanks for making you home available for rental.

My family and I had the best week! The condo was clean and the perfect size for all 13 of us. We loved being steps away from the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Described well. Happy place. Loved fewer number of condos-less crowded. Common areas clean/constantly maintained. Unit clean. Tastefully decorated-felt like the beach. Liked being on 2nd floor. Used all water features. Bought umbrella /chairs set up right out front, with beach lifeguard, and boardwalk shower to beach was great. Very roomy. Loved loved rocking chairs & large balcony. Loved having a personal bath for everyone. Having 2 refrigerators was brilliant. Parking was described correctly - tight. Towels great quality. Tons of books in quiet room - which husband loved. Only challenge was initially getting in building- couldn’t find code in communication. Wonderful building managers there explained. Unit access easy. Would go back.

Amazing condo! Can't say enough about how well maintained and clean. Tons of space, love the large porch with rocking chairs and dining table. We have never stayed anywhere with such a wonderful kitchen - absolutely everything you need. My grandson loved the closet full of beach toys and we appreciated the beach chairs. Had a few minor problems but Franca was quick to take care of having them solved. building staff was top notch - we felt very safe and taken care of. Thank you for helping us to have an amazing time!

This house is huge, super clean, well maintained and beautiful! Pictures don’t do it justice! Awesome view, large porch.. the description is spot on! Home is fully equipped. I concur with all the other amazing reviews about this house. The location is perfect and we just had an amazing vacation! We felt very safe throughout our visit. The man on site (wish I would’ve gotten his name) deserves a raise! He works his behind off all day, every day maintaining the grounds and keeping everything in check. We had two minor incidents which I immediately reported to Franca via this app, email and her personal phone number. It has been almost a week and I still have had no reply or communication. Not sure what that means? But I am hoping that my credit card will not be randomly charged without notifying me first. We love Myrtle Beach and look forward to making many more memories!

This was the perfect place to take the entire family for vacation. There was plenty of space. The kitchen was great, it had everything we needed to prepare any meal. The location is perfect for enjoying a nice, quiet day at the beach and close to all of the area attractions. We had an amazing time!

This condo is exactly as shown in the pictures! Very clean and great amenities. We had everything we needed and more. On site staff were helpful and kept common areas clean. The location is central to all Myrtle Beach has to offer. We would definitely stay here again! The only difficulty was the parking which has very small, tight spaces which are difficult to navigate.

What a beautiful condo! You can never be certain that the pictures are what the actual place looks like, but the pictures don't do it justice. Very well maintained. Lots of room for us, 5 adults and 3 kids. 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers and 2 ovens were all used to the max. The kids (and adults) thoroughly enjoyed the pools, hot tub and the beautiful beach. We hope to be back some day. Thank you for making this an even more wonderful vacation.

The property was just as it appeared in the photos. Bedrooms and common spaces were large and well appointed. Deck was also large and had nice seating. Great location with easy access to pools and ocean. The unit was very clean and the facility maintained excellent sanitization protocols. I will definitely rent the same unit on my next vacation in Myrtle Beach.

We had 11 people (5 children) staying in this condo and it was wonderful! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their own space without being on top of others. We even had space for all the beach and pool items you carry back and forth. The kitchen was also huge! We cooked a few times and had everything we needed. The two refrigerators were a great idea! We used one for drinks & one for food. We opted to pay for cleaning and it was well worth it! The only things we had to do before leaving were: take the trash out, turn the dishwashers on. The morning we left was seamless. The beach is so close, the children had a great time bouncing from pools to beach to condo and back! The bedrooms were also so spacious! The owners were quick to answer questions prior to our arrival and we did not need a thing once there. Such a pleasant vacation! The only thing that we had to figure out was parking. With a condo this size, you are naturally going to have more than the 2 cars that are allotted in the parking garage. This is no fault to the owners or the condo, in general. The parking garage is just limited on space. We discovered there are free lots all around where you can leave your car. We also took advantage of street parking, which was always available & $8/day. Again, I highly recommend!
