Much better and larger than surrounding hotel rooms and has a great pool.

Place was great, cozy, and very convenient. We were within walking distance of all the amenities and most importantly the mall and eateries. The view is breathtaking. There were a few repairs that needed to be completed before we stayed but overall everything was great.

This location was everything we could have asked for. The views from the balcony were amazing. The unit was very well stocked. It had everything you would need during your stay, such an iron, dishes, silverware, and washing machine. The unit is located in the heart of Brickell, you are in walking distance to Brickell center and a lot of nice places to eat. I highly recommend and will be booking again for my next stay in Miami area.

We loved the accommodation with all amenities. Very busy downtown location with parking being expensive and challenging. Overall, great rental.

The location and property were absolutely amazing. With so many things located so close it’s almost embarrassing to say we didn’t leave the pool and spa for one of the two days we stayed there.

Well where do I start!? This place was just beautiful to say the least! It was clean enough to my liking the tub/shower took a lil patience getting in and out of so if you have short legs like myself be careful! The view was so beautiful. When you come in the door the place just makes you feel like you have it all!! Plenty of needed essentials as well. I was able to reach the team with no problems! The bed was comfy I stayed 5 days so that was a plus plenty of dishes to cook and a free bottle of wine that I forgot to take with me. I just love how well decorated the place was. The patio could use a new table but hey that's it I would definitely stay here several times over and over each Miami visit!!

Exceptional place to stay!

The property is fine, but I had a bad experience with the property manager (they were rude and unfair with the check out process). Also, supplies of sundry goods for the stay were pretty shabby given the length of stay and price of the rental (one tiny bar of soap, low supply of toilet paper, coffee pods, soap and laundry detergent).

The unit was clean when we arrived, check-in was easy and the ammenities are excellent. Staff is helpful and polite. A safe and walkable neighborhood. Beautiful city and water views.

A very special birthday stay! I am from the area so I knew exactly what to expect in terms of the property and the area. It was exactly as pictured and described. The amenities and surrounding area are exceptional, this is one of my favorite areas of Miami.

Great location. Outstanding amenities at the Icon. Pool is fantastic . We needed some lightbulbs and batteries for the safe. We also requested a real coffee maker. They were all taken care of quickly and efficiently. Maria made check in a breeze. Communication was outstanding. We will stay next time we visit our family in Miami. Thank you so much!!

Overall we liked the property, but there were a few minor maintenance issues we brought to the attention of your property management team. If these are reviewed and corrected it would definitely increase to overall value/rating of your property.

Vacation for my husband’s birthday. Room was great and service was outstanding! We’ve stayed at several properties in the past few years and this is the best yet!

If your looking to be in the mix and hustle and bustle of Downtown Miami this is a great location for you. You are within walking distance from a lot of restaurants/bars/stores. The place was clean and everything was set up & very accommodating. The views are breathtaking, that was what we loved most. I guess the only thing that was a little bothersome was the parking. I feel that since you are renting an apartment it should come with an assigned parking spot, but parking is an additional fee. I did know abt this ahead of time, so it wasn’t a big surprise, I just think it should be different if renting with them. The apartment looks slightly different from the picture, but nothing that was so different that I wanted my money back or to complain(decorating, pictures, furniture). Book it, you won’t be disappointed!

Loved this place very clean and great view!

My 10 year old daughter and I stayed here while she attended a dance intensive. The property was amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better view. Pool was amazing. Apartment was clean and decorated nicely. We will stay here again in the future for sure

Property was good location and clean. Check in and out was smooth. Definitely get the parking spot though as otherwise parking would be challenge of very expensive. Kitchen wasn’t stocked for full cooking but equipped for a long weekend and small meals.

Overall, we were not impressed with our stay at the Icon Brickell. The apartment itself was fine. You can tell that there are plenty of renters that come through here as there is some wear and tear, but overall the apartment was fine and comfortable. However, the building left much to be desired. First of all, the amount of people coming in and out of the building (especially on the weekends) was crazy. It would often take upwards of 10 minutes to get in an elevator. If you're concerned about Covid, this is NOT the place for you, as every elevator was jam packed (despite signs saying a maximum of 1 party). On top of all of the ruckus in the elevator and lobby, the amenities were impossible to use. Due to Covid, the gym only allows a maximum of 6 people to use the weights and 6 people to use the cardio machines per time slot (reservations are needed). Keep in mind, this gym services 3 high rise buildings, so it was near impossible to get a reservation. The pool also had a limited number of chairs so on the weekend you would need to add your name to a waiting list to get a chair if you didn't get there by 10am to get a spot. The pool is also situated on the 15th floor, in the middle of the 3 high rise buildings, which created a wind tunnel. The pool was windy every single day we were there. One of the three high rises also blocks the sun for most hours of the day, so between the wind and lack of sun, the pool was not enjoyable to be at (assuming you could even get a chair). Overall, we were not impressed with this property and will not be returning.

Everything was as shown on the website. Maria was awesome !!! She provided us with tips on where to go and we tired one and it was great!!! Whenever I texted or called she was so pleasant. We had a few issues, but it was corrected TIMELY !!! If I were to change anything, I would suggest better instructions on the TV, have more toiletries available (paper towels, dishwasher tablets and trash bags for the kitchen)... Never the less, EVERYTHING was perfect to celebrate my husbands birthday !!! The layout is truly beautiful, but if you have issues with height, this 41st floor is not for you. Because that was my husband issue...
