Fantastic place, will definitel stay there again

Perfect spot for a girls weekend, anniversary, or any trip to Houston! Restaurants within walking distance, short Uber drives to many venues, and the space was beautiful! Would definitely stay again next time I am in Houston!

This place was wonderful to stay at and very comfortable. The place is much larger than the photos appear and makes for a very comfy stay. If you have issues with stairs, then this wouldn't be the best stay for you as it's a very vertical townhome/condo with the kitchen and living room on the 2nd floor and 2 of the bedrooms on the third floor (which was great for us), but otherwise have nothing critical to say. Located right in Midtown and convenient to most central attraction spots. The place had most of what we needed to make the stay comfy and would definitely stay here again.

It is a nice place, it could use a good deep clean. The dishwasher needs to be replaced.

The property was exactly as pictured on Vrbo. Myself and a colleague were in town for a business conference held at the George Brown Convention Center. It happened to be 100 degrees+ each day during the week that we stayed at the property, so it wasn't feasible to walk to the convention center. The neighborhood seemed safe, but there didn't seem to be any stores within walking distance. We ended up renting a car, which made the week more enjoyable. The rental was small enough to fit in the garage. Everything about our stay was positive. The property was spotless and beautifully decorated. I believe that another reviewer had suggested that a binder be provided at the property, with helpful tips about the city and neighborhood. I also agree that a binder would be helpful to determine good restaurants, close conveniences and how to use the public transit system. If you are looking for a good barbeque place close by, we recommend J-Bar-M Barbeque. It was delicious! I would definitely stay at this property again if in Houston!

I loved it!! I went to houston for my bday in April, or was very spacious and clean.. its alot of stairs but it waa perfect for me and my sisters!!

This condo is very spacious - three levels, 3 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 balconies, garage, and large living, dining and kitchen areas - and is very convenient to mid-town and downtown. The condo is well-stocked, and the view from the third floor balcony (off the master bedroom) is outstanding!. We loved the bike path on Austin St., right in front of the condo community. We rented B bikes from a nearby park and rode straight into downtown on dedicated bike lanes. Also, public transport is a 10-minute walk away, and it was free while we were there for the Final 4. Some bars, restaurants, and groceries are within walking, but Uber or having a car (or bike!) are the best options. While the area is generally nice and residential, I would not suggest walking alone at night (daytime was fine, but a few sketchy characters appeared after dusk). The condo community is gated so there's no lack of safety. Check-in/check-out was easy, and all instructions clear. Overall, this is a top-notch rental, and we would stay again when in Houston!

We loved this place. It was conveniently located and easy to get to. There is a security gate and garage parking which made us feel safe. The master and 1 bedroom were on 3rd floor, kitchen on second and another bedroom on 1st floor. The bedrooms were quiet since they were on different floors. The unit also has a washer/dryer.

Great location within 10 minutes of great entertainment, restaurants, bars, etc. Property is beautiful and modern. Property owner was also easy to reach and quick to respond. Would definitely rent this unit again.

My friends and I were in town for the International Quilt Festival. The townhouse was roomy, clean, and in a very convenient location. We parked in the garage and walked to the convention center, saving us money on parking and worrying about our cars being on the street. We enjoyed the location, the ample open space, the well-appointed amenities, and the view of the Houston skyline from the third-floor balcony!

My stay at the property was amazing. Even though my friends backed out on me, I stayed at the property alone and felt very safe. I was close to the campus and all the events. Lyft/Uber rides were very cheap being that this location is centrally located in the city. The house was very clean

I love everything about my stay. Checking in and out was super easy. The property was clean and quiet. I will be booking again soon.

We stayed at this triplex house for 4 days before we moved our daughter into Rice. Great location. Close to Rice Village, Downtown, Museum district, and the Galleria. Gated with a 2 car attached garage which was perfect to store and stage all the items we purchased for her dorm room. Very comfortable and modern house. Beautifully furnished. The house has 3 floors so people with mobility problems may have a little difficult time with the stairs although there is a bedroom and bath on the 1st floor. Wallace was very responsive to email. He even allowed us to check in a little early the day we got there since we had flown in on the red eye. Great restaurants close by. Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful property. It is even better than the pictures. It feels much more spacious than its square footage and was such a comfortable place to stay so close to the city. We even took in an Astro's game at Minute Maid stadium which is very close by. Highly recommend.

This home looks even better in person than in the pictures. It was clean and boasts a well-stocked kitchen. My mother and father joined me. My mother is not able to get out so we had most meals in the rental. The neighborhood is centrally located with quick access to downtown and the Rice Village. The host was responsive and helpful. I would stay again !

Although it is in the Midtown area of Houston, it felt like the suburbs. The only store /restaurant within walking distance is the Gypsy Poet(pizza and beer). A car or use of rideshare is a must. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The unit itself is spacious and modern. The living room has 2 couches and 2 side chairs. The dining area has seating for 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar. It has plenty of linens. It could be used as an executive monthly rental with few upgrades in the cookware and dinnerware.

I had no problems with communication with the host, he responds very fast. This place was close to so many good food spots and nightlife as well. I will definitely be booking here again in the future!
