Kevin and Marlene were absolutely lovely. They were welcoming hosts and had the house in great condition. We will definitely be back again to this lovely spot.

This was a very easy place to stay. It had everything you needed. It was basic in its decor, which did not bother us, but facilities were perfect.It was amazing value for money and very quiet.

I loved everything about our stay here. Was nice to escape the city life and come to a beautiful, relaxing a quiet place for a weekend getaway with my partner. Beautiful view of the mountains and beach. The facilities here were emmaculate, and clean. Very welcoming hosts, we arrived to a fire lit, and a birthday card and chocolate for me which I thought was so thoughtful. Definitely good value for money! I would love to return here with my children next time ☺️

Central to coramandel area, good safe neighborhood, great hospitality, warm comfortable house, had everything we required.

The location was perfect for the team, the house was immaculate and modern with everything required for an excellent, comfortable stay, great fireplace and the fire was on and house warm on arrival. The hosts were super friendly and couldn't be of more assistance with anything required, great people! I highly recommend this place and will certainly be back.....

Well I guess it was a bit out .But maybe we came in the winter an got dark a bit early .Had a great time .

We had a fantastic stay, and it was enjoyable from the moment we arrived. The bach was so spacious, and had everything we needed, including a wonderful log burner, which was most appreciated during our stay! The hosts were lovely and welcoming and friendly, and made sure we were comfortable and that we had plenty of wood for the fire. Full kitchen facilities were great, giving us the option to cook for ourselves, but there is also a good pub that serves food, and local takeaway should we have needed it, and only a few minutes to drive there. Local dairy is also only a few minutes drive away. Good sized bathroom, with the option of bath or shower - we didn't need a bath, as the shower was fantastic - great water pressure, and choice of temperature was awesome after a day of fishing! Bedrooms are also a good size, with plenty of space, and comfort. Amazing views from the lounge area, and garden - will have to come back in the summer to enjoy this more! Great location for fishing, as there's plenty of spots to choose from close by. A very accessible base to get to different locations, would absolutely recommend, and hopefully we will be back!

Upon arrival Kevin and Marlene welcomed us at their property. My friend and I arrived in the dark to a nice warm house as the fire had been lit. The property was larger than I expected and was super comfy. We felt right at home and enjoyed our few days there. We both wished we could've spent longer there.

Nothing we didn't like the only tip i would give is to maybe top up the fire wood or have some on site for the guests. The hosts said we were welcomed to call them if we required more but as we ran out around 11:30pm I didn't want to disturb them. However if there is wood keep downstairs somewhere that would be awesome.

Kevin and Marlene were most accommodating. The house was very homely and very very tidy. They made sure we had everything and more. There was a lot of room for the boat and a great filleting bench(very important for fishermen) Offered lots of advice on how to fish the mussel farms and catch the big snapper that dwell there, thanks Kevin. We enjoyed our short week there immensely and will indeed return to your Coromandel Haven.

Our stay went by too fast! We considered staying on a few more days but sadly was already booked by someone else...

The property was beautiful with bush and sea views and plenty of space, the house very comfortable with everything we needed and temperature control via a ventilation system. A short drive or walk to the beach where the fishing was very good and not too far to drive to the sandy beaches which were better for swimming. The hosts were great, very welcoming and helpful even setting up a cot for our 2 year old. Overall a lovely place to stay and we (2 adults and 2 children) had a great time there and would love to come back.
