The beautiful home, and a location worked out perfectly. My wife’s mother lives over by the Mission and we celebrated her 90th birthday.

My friends and I traveled to Santa Barbara for a weekend of fun and catching up. We explored the city all day and part of the night but were so excited to return to this home, get comfy, and catch up. I can't say enough to fully express how much we all enjoyed our stay. We all felt so safe and made ourselves at home right away. The home is clean, in a very nice neighborhood, and is well-loved. There were no generic decorations here, every room is so cute! This home is well-loved and walking in feels like a warm hug! Rodney is the best host! We spoke after I booked and he was there to offer a quick tour of the house on check-in day. The welcome binder includes thoughtful reviews of local restaurants and has everything you need to know for an easy stay. My friends and I were all sad to leave and wished that we had booked a longer stay. Needless to say, we all look forward to our next visit to Santa Barbara and another (longer) stay at Rodney's home!

It was very nice to have the host Rodney greet us when we arrived to show us around the house. The house was really charming. Unfortunately, since we had wedding events to attend throughout the day, we didn't get much of an opportunity to enjoy the house as much as we would have liked. The beds were really comfortable, and that was the most important thing for us.

We were visiting to attend a family wedding. The house is very comfortable with everything you’ll need. Close to stores, restaurants, beach, downtown. The street is quiet and tree lined. Parking couldn’t be easier. Rodney was always available if we had a question or needed something. We will definitely return on our next trip.

We had the best time here! Great neighborhood which was close to many things (Starbucks, CVS, Trader Joes etc.), house was clean and has all the amenities listed. Our host Rodney was kind and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect place to stay for our best friend's wedding weekend. It felt so cozy and right at home. Highly recommend!

The house is lovely, well kept, very clean and quite homey... All the amenities are there and and it has a beautiful neighborhood in which to stroll around. Rodney met us when we checked and was very nice. The home feels very private and our stay was quite restful (and a much needed serene space to come home to during a wedding weekend!). Highly recommended by our family!

We absolutely loved this property and home. The neighborhood was quiet. Close to everything we needed and shopping. The owners offered a very welcoming atmosphere. Owners were very communicative with any questions we had, we will definitely come back again.

We stayed here with a group of friends and we were SO impressed! The neighborhood is just as beautiful as the home is. The location is unbeatable and is so close to restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. Rodney was a wonderful host as well! Unlike other homes where it feels so minimal that it’s hard to feel comfortable or “at home”, Rodney’s home is a welcoming and comfortable feel with so many personal touches. Incredibly clean and wonderful amenities, I would recommend any group to stay here!

This is a lovely home with an amazing, well stocked kitchen and great amenities (TV, streaming, wifi, etc.) The owner, Rodney was extremely helpful and an excellent communicator! My only cautionary note is that while this has has a "no pets" policy, the owners do have a dog and when not rented, the VRBO property is occupied by the owners and their dog. Except for a slight "pet smell" you wouldn't notice that a dog lives there, unless you are allergic, which I am. Otherwise an excellent choice for your Santa Barbara stay!!

We visited Rodney’s house while we had wedding events all weekend. We also had our 15 month old with us who had specific nap times - and Rodney was so generous and flexible with check in and check out so we could get her naps in. He was friendly, helpful, and the house was so well stocked with everything we needed. We loved walking the neighborhood with our toddler and spending time out on the front lawn and back patio. We hope to visit again soon!

Spacious 3br house in quiet neighborhood. Easy to get downtown. Rodney easy to work with and well worth his intro to the amenities. Stayed for family wedding and worked well with pleanty of space shared by 5 adults. Fully equiped kitchen if needed. Comfortable beds forfull night's sleep.

We had the best time at this VRBO. Rodney was extremely kind, personable and hospitable. I’ve honestly never had a better host. The place is perfect, clean and welcoming especially for a family. We would love to come again!
