This is our fourth time coming to this amazing river house! Our kids love the beach and the pool! The boat ramp is easy to use and there’s a dock to tie up your boat and jet skis. The house is very comfortable and well laid out. Comes stocked with everything you need! The beds are super comfortable. The only problem is, you never want to leave! Can’t wait to come back again!

Soo many wonderful things to say about the home and the host!!! This home is everything you can ever want or need for a getaway. It’s your own personal retreat that you never want to leave. The host Jon has been by far the greatest host I’ve dealt with on rentals and pays attention to detail and does what he can to make your visit memorable! We can’t wait to visit again!

This house is absolutely perfect. Everything you could ever ask for in a rental. Owner is very easy to work with and cares about his guests. He upgrades the property regularly adding fresh, new and/or necessary items to keep the experience safe, comfortable and luxurious for his guests. Always worth it.

We stay here a few times a year. We love the location, room set up where everyone gets their own bathroom, and the private beach. The house is well designed and equipped with everything you need.

Thanks again for another wonderful vacation! The ice maker and additional freezer storage are a terrific addition!

This place was perfect for us, five grandchildren and five adults. The kids had a wonderful time playing in pool and on the beach, they were either at one or the other. The place was as advertised clean and had everything you could think of was there. Jon was extremely helpful with any concerns about house and things to do in the area. We did rent a Sea doo for the day from Jon and that was extremely nice, they had it full with fuel and put it in the water for us and we were ready to go. Thank you Jon, we had a great time at your place and look forward to doing it again!!!

Our group had the best time here, the kids loved the pool, hot tub, and beach area. The adults enjoyed the outside bar and patio spaces. This place had it all. The dock was perfect for getting on jet skis and river activities. The beds were comfortable and all the TVs were smart and the WiFi was fast. Wish we could have spent more time here but we'll definitely try and stay here again. The owner and property manager couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. The kids won't stop talking about how much fun they had staying here.

Jon’s property is AMAZING! The location on the river is top notch and having its own boat launch/dock makes this property unbeatable! We spent all day down by the water playing on the beach and made good use of the bar! The kids loved the pool while the adults relaxed in the jacuzzi. The house was clean and very well stocked with all the amenities. We will be coming back soon!

Four couples stayed a week with lots of room. Very nice home, pool and lounging Areas. Very private in March with nice views.

This was our second time renting this home and would recommend to everyone! Great location on the river, away from the crowds, but still close to everything and so relaxing. We would definitely come back again!

This lovely and spacious home in the desert, on the Colorado River, was the perfect holiday getaway for our extended family. Storms helped us get a lay of the land before we arrived and made sure there was a Christmas tree for the young children. The family wants to return in the summer to take advantage of the summer activities.

Our family loves this beautiful property. We have returned every year! Blue skies and turquoise water, and a beautiful home! The convenience of a private boat dock is so amazing!

We chose the property for quiet area (for this time of year, anyway) and the river frontage. Kids had a great time at the sand/beach area, while adults could choose bar and fantastic seating/sunning areas. The pool was also a reason we chose it, however there was a problem as the first night the pump cycled extremely loud at 3am and ended up not being usable. Went to plan B and used the jacuzzi also snuck in some trips up to the Casinos in Laughlin House itself worked well with a family, we had a total of 10, plenty of rooms for all, and a living room and kitchen that fit all of us just fine. Beds and pillow were comfy, too. Had a great time!

Best spot on the river, hands down. Memories to last a lifetime!! Family friendly, the new dock is tops!

This was around our 10 time renting the River Front Home. We stood here for 6 nights, we had a Great Time with Family and Friend's. I liked the improvements that were previously added to the house, the jet ski floating dock and the boat dock. I also liked the fans that were installed in the 2 BBQ areas they helped a lot. I really want to Thank Jon the owner for letting us stay at his amazing house, and I already booked it for 2024.

Spent an amazing week here. If you’re looking for the perfect river house this is it. Easily my favorite house on the river. The host has thought of everything. Already looking forward to our next trip!

Jon’s place was perfect! Clean, well kept, well stocked, and great communication. What we loved most was the private beach and dock. Being able to launch our boat on the private ramp was great. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

This is a beautiful home, great location away from the over crowding in laughlin. I can sit at the balcony and watch the boats pass all day long. The house has 2 master bedrooms that are spacious and have super comfortable beds and pillows. Everything in this house is as described and better. Already booked our return for next year!

Family has been coming out to the river for generations and this was the best time we’ve ever had. The place is every bit of what you expect. A mansion on the River. We had a great time. The family room/dining/kitchen area is a great gathering place and plenty of room for big family meals, then there’s still plenty of space for everyone to get a little privacy.

This was the ninth time we stayed here. It would be hard to find a better river rental. Jon his a great owner and can always be contacted if needed. Has always been a pleasure to stay here.

This house was absolutely amazing for my family vacation. When you check in, you are greeted with an actual person and they take you on a tour through the house, show you all the features and the amenities, so many amenities! Salt water pool in an enclosed courtyard, with an out door kitchen with a grill. Perfect for grilling and taking a dip into the pool to cool off. A pool house with its own bathroom and a little kitchenette. The house has a massive kitchen with PLENTY of seating for everyone to sit an enjoy meals together. Whole home surround sound with volume control in every room including the outdoor patio! Every room in home has its own bathroom, huge plus, big open walk in showers for the 2 masters. Backyard patio has a jacuzzi and ample seating. Lower level bar area with an additional Grill, fridges and outdoor TVs! Below that the massive open Sandy beach, plenty of room to enjoy. Floating dock and your own personal launch ramp! No need to leave to launch your boats. This house is fully stocked with everything needed, odds are if you forgot something, the house is already equipped! There’s so much parking space as you drive in, no need to stress where to park cars or your trailers! Great experience - definitely will be booking again!

This place feels like your own mini resort. We traveled with two jet skis and a boat. There’s nothing like being able to walk to the dock, get on your toys, and then walk back inside to get out of the heat or to grab a bite. It was extremely hot during our stay but being able to cool down greatly enhanced our experience. The home is spacious and better than advertised. Plenty of room indoors and outdoors to find peace and quiet and plenty of space to congregate indoors or outdoors. I can’t wait to return, although the place is rarely available. We actually boated to Havasu on the first day. It was great to have this house to come back to after a long day on the water. The owner was very prompt in responding to any questions. Thanks for providing a great vacation getaway!!!

Large house with great beach, Bar, Pool, Barbques, Perfect for the party, plenty of parking, Boat Doc with privite ramp. Onlything missing was an Ice machine for boat ice chest. Whish the house was mine.
