We came back again this year for RZR riding, and afternoon boating!
Kitchen was again well stocked with everything you could possibly want to for cooking and barbecuing! Our 4 couples easily fit with extra room and extra beds!
Patio is perfect for our large party to eat outside and hang out!
Plenty of room to park for trucks, and four trailers! The private dock, for our boat is great!
The only reason I rated my description a 4 instead of a 5 was that the beach towels were missing this year. And I told everyone that they didn’t need to bring them. But I’m sure that this has been rectified.
We will definitely come again!

We stayed this past weekend to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday with friends and family and we had an amazing time! The owner, Ruben, is very nice, helpful and easy to work with and I can't say enough good things about this property. The private beach and dock were key and the house offers so much in the way of entertainment and technology. The beds are comfortable and the layout of the home was incredibly well thought out. While everthing about this home is amazing, my favorite part was the large covered patio overlooking the river. I would definately stay here again!

Great place for the entire family to be under the same roof, with plenty of space for individuals to have their me time when needed. The Host was friendly and very helpful, the beach access was incredible, can’t say enough good things about this home and the time we were able to spend together. Will definitely be back!

First time renting this house for our annual river trip and could not have been happier. This house was amazing and it accommodated our large group of 16 people (and a baby) perfectly. We loved having our own private beach, private dock for our 2 seadoos, large patio area, comfy bedrooms, large, fully stocked kitchen that we cooked breakfast/lunch/dinner in each day, and a bar area that had an ice machine (a luxury when you have that many people wanting cold drinks) And.... I want to give a shout out to the gorgeous, brand new patio barbeque! First Class!! The kids (and adults) also enjoyed the pool table, arcade game and board games after we had spent all day on the water. The owner Ruben was easy to work with and answered all my questions promptly. Would highly recommend this home.

Wonderful House
This was an amazing property to stay at! The house were very spacious and beautiful. The patio was huge with plenty of seating. Also, having the sandy beach out front was great for the kids. Can’t wait to book it again!

Perfect Birthday Getaway
Everyone in our group absolutely enjoyed our stay. This home is huge and has AMAZING views (from inside and out). It was perfect to sit outside under the covered patio and enjoy the sunset. We did have to master how to dock the boat (due to the buoy in the water, winds, and strong current) but we did get better at it by day 2. Not too big of a beach for sitting due to the high water, but we did get to play around on the beach a little one day. Communication was fast and they even worked with me to pick up items accidentally left behind. If you are thinking about booking this home, I would definitely recommend it!

Razor riding by day and pontoon by evening! Perfection!
We are 4 couples in our 50s. We rode RZRs an average of 75 miles a day on the beautiful trails Then we came back showered got on the pontoon boat. Had appetizers. Barbecued dinner. It was also close enough to stop at two different riverfront eateries on our razors before we came back on a couple of the days. We enjoyed the Fully stocked kitchen that every pan or spatula you could need. We also played corn hole and pool and cards a couple nights. It was really the perfect house. Ruben was a great host who gave great information and was very responsive !

Go-to Stay at the River
My family and I have rented this house several times, and it is a pleasure each time. We went a little later in the season this year and were able to enjoy the indoor and outdoor fireplaces which were lovely. There is also a new arcade game that my nephews enjoyed a little bit too much. Perfect stay as always! Won't be our last.

Fantastic Home!
Beautiful comfortable home with all the amenities you might expect...even an ice maker! Three zones for cooling so the home is always comfortable. Plenty of seating (inside and outside), TV sound system is killer, home speaker system plays music inside and outside, plenty of extra blankets and pillows, numerous beds and bathrooms, and huge kitchen and pantry. Everything!

Best Place on the River
This is our second stay at this house and I'm sure it won't be our last. By far one of the easiest rentals we have ever had. The property manager, Rubin, is extremely responsive and accommodating. The house has everything not only in room and space but anything you think you'll need during the stay, they have it. My family and I have stayed at many vacation homes and there always seems to be something odd missing like dish soap, towels, extra blankets but everything has been thought of for this house to feel like your home away from home.

Amazing house on the river with a sand beach and dock!
The pictures just don't do this home justice. The location is right on the river, right by town. The house is well kept and has way too many features to mention, and most appliances appeared to be brand new. The renter was responsive and even left a little thank you for us upon arrival. Next time, I'm going to ask if they have boats or jet skis for rent as well. Must check this place out!

Christmas Getaway
This property was amazing! The house is spotless and very inviting. We were a group of 13 and everyone had more than enough room all throughout the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances. The patio and dock access was perfect for BBQ and hanging out during the day. Ruben was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. All of our guests were very impressed with the house and can’t wait to return!

Perfect Stay on the River
If you are looking for a stay on the water for a bigger group, look no further. There was plenty of space for the whole family, and we never felt like we were on top of each other. There was a little snafu with the plumbing while we were there, but the owner, Rubin acted quickly and professionally to get it fixed ASAP. We were even left a little welcoming gift, which was the nicest touch. We can't wait to plan our stay for next summer. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay!
