Our family came to just get away and spend time together. The house being right on the river with its own launch ramp and beach made it wonderful.

Location was great, house was as described, water was perfect, had a issues with the water heater, it’s got replaced within 2hr which was nice, kitchen amenities as far as a few things could be replaced, only had 1 older 4” knife to cut up 10lb of carne asada other then that I’d stay again as a host myself

this is my second time staying at this property with my family and we will be booking again. This home is 4 homes North of the Needles bridge. The property is clean and the beach is great. Your own launch ramp with plenty of room to store trailers for the day or even if you want to set your anchor and leave them.

This was a perfect place for our big family group. The house was very comfortable with plenty of room on the beach for our boats.

Host supper nice and the home was very inviting with everything you could need.

We have been staying at this property for over 15years. It is always lovely and if any issues arise they are also quick to resolve the issue. Great private beach.

Good, master bath shower ,and tub need new faucets. Unable to control temperature in both.

Rented both homes for our group and it was awesome. The location is ideal. House was clean, AC worked great and the amenities were just perfect. I will be staying here again.

Second time renter and will rent again! This property (front house) really works for us even with back house renters. Lots of space for boat trailers, we had THREE plus the back renters cars. The house is fully stocked with cookware for all kinds of meals. Just be kind a courteous to others and this property should fulfill all your vacation needs, there is a chance for up to four house renters on the same beach.

This is our second time staying and we will be back. I have a handicap son this property is perfect for him, he even has a blast. The owners are so amazing to work with. The house is always so clean. The beach is just perfect. Thanks again Scafers for sharing your home.

Our stay was very pleasant. The owner was awesome and the owners family were extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again. Would definitely recommend staying here and they are getting the property cleaned up with the dock etc. plan to stay again!

Very easy to work with the property owner. The house had all amenities that we needed. We are already talking about coming back.

This home is fully equipped with all your essentials. The floor plan is open and airy and the patio has a wonderful view of the river below.

It was decent, the property was a bit run down on the outside and not having a dock for the boat was a real problem. The inside was fine, we had a great time and that’s all that matters.

I don't have enough words to describe the condition. The owner came back to the home twice and took pictures of people and cars on the property. She showed up at 4am and even opened the front door to look inside. She interfered with our use and enjoyment of the property. We got in at 5pm, and the listing says 1pm. The house was not cleaned, or vacuumed. I had to run the dishwasher and wipe down the frig myself. She had dogs in the home and didn't pickup dog poop. Her elderly parents used the restroom before they left, which is not sanitary. The deck was warn and a little girl fell through it, thankfully not hurt. The yard is overgrown and you cannot access the fire pit due to the weeds. The bugs are bad at night. There are no lights out on the grass/beach. There is no book for instructions on what they want done at checkout.

Property is nice and location is great as well. The check in information was not sent ahead of time, but we were able to get Barbara on the phone and we worked it out. Barbara was easy to work with and helpful.

House was clean and enjoyable. Anything you might need will be there. The beach area is sandy and a good size. Boat dock gets pretty shallow when the water is low but my boat was still floating. Overall awesome vacation. Thanks

This was a great house and vacation for my family and I. The beach and house location is great. The water level was a little low so we were unable to use the boat ramp for launching and retrieving our boat, but the water came up on the weekend and we were able to use the dock once the water was deep enough. There's two boat ramps within 5 minutes of the house in Needles that you can use if the water level is too low to use the house ramp (Jack Smith and Needles Marina). Communication with Bobbie was top notch and very prompt. There was a miscommunication on the house being cleaned before we arrived, but Bobbie called me as soon as she could and let me know about the mistake. The house was still somewhat clean on our arrival, with exception of some used towels in the hamper, but there were plenty of clean towels for us to use during our stay. All appliances worked, beds were comfy, and living room was great to relax in after a long day out on the river. Thanks for the stay!
