The apartment had a mini kitchen with tools, which was nice. You’re also able to watch anime on Netflix with the TV in the room.

You couldn’t have luggage delivered to this location since front desk staffing is sporadic. There were no cleaning services, everything was self-serve, and you had to take out your own trash during the stay. The shower only had hot/cold faucets (not the temp-adjustable ones) so you had either freezing cold/scalding water. There is a bathtub, but the faucet water output is so slow/little the water was lukewarm by the time it was 40% full.

Hotel was in a convenient location, only 10 minute walk from the train station and 15 minute walk to Dontobori street. Numerous convenience stores nearby. The apartment was very spacious and had comfortable beds. Big bonus was the washing machine in the apartment and the kitchen was also very handy. Clean apartment and staff were really nice and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and with equipped with everything that you need - kitchen equipment and a washing machine which is great. Beds are comfortable. Easy check in and check out process. Good wifi connection. Close to many convenience stores.

There is not much space for luggage storage which is a bit disappointing. We have to wait for a couple of hours to check in so we can drop off our luggage into our room thus resulting in missing one of our planned activities for that day. Also, the bed headboard in the room is concerning as it's a concrete wall so needs to be extra careful. Should be better if it's a padded headboard for safety. Lastly, the location of the hotel is a bit of a walk to the train stations - around 8-10 minutes and to main area in Dotonbori where all the food and activities are.

地点属于黄金地段，几百米内就是道顿堀，离地铁站也比较近。前台态度也很到位。麻雀虽小，五脏俱全，对空间要求不高但对功能要求高的人有福了，有洗衣机+可续杯的洗衣凝珠，有阳台可以晾衣服，还有微波炉，厕所浴室分离，确实颠覆国内几十年的住店体验。

无，太爽，唯一可能挑出刺的点就是厕所空间有点小，不过瑕不掩瑜。

Good size apartment, clean and comfortable stay. Was helpful that there was a washing machine.

Expensive luggage storage. We were 2 minutes late for check out, which lead to the staff knocking on the door.

Impeccable self contained apartment. Exceeded all our expectations. The washing machine was a lovely bonus especially travelling with two toddlers. Self check in and check out is a modern treat. On the odd occasion you do see staff, they are lovely!

Could have done with a tiny bit more hanging space but honestly it's hard to complain.

The room we stayed in could smell someone smoking which we had requested for non-smoking. The room is quite small for 4 adults but at least the room is clean that is what we like about this hotel

The room is spacious, kitchen is well equipped. There is basic amenities which meets a family needs like fridge, microwave to prepare simple breakfast. There is also washing machine which if useful if you stay for long. Location is superb as it’s near Dotonburi and other key shopping areas. Near train stations too

The bed with too slumpy!!! Definitely need a change of mattress. Else it’s a perfect place to stay

Hotel muy Millennial y amigable con el ambiente, pequeño como todos los hoteles en Japón, pero que cuenta con todo, cocineta, lavadora, internet, cerca de estación del metro, de Bombori, en la esquina hay un Seven, el personal súper amigable, la mejor opción costo/precio.

Perfect, hygiene/location/hospitality

Nico hotel is just fantastic for the value. The place was super clean and spacious for our family of 5. Even though the detail information says self-chekin there was a lady at the counter who graciously helped us check in and get our keys. It's got a full kitchen with utensils and cleaning products. Great experience!

Only one thing: The beds were a little uncomfortable when sharing as they slant towards the middle.

Self checked in was inconvenient, because I can’t ship my luggage, location is far from the train

Read the rule book and saw that additional charges would incur if we used too much water and electricity. It was really hot and humid but was afraid of additional charges so AC was not used as often as we would like. This caused some uncomfortable hot nights which was a bummer. Also did laundry only once in room to save from additional charges. Had to use.the laundry mats nearby which was mind of inconvenient.

· I didn't have high hopes for this hotel at first, as it was in downtown Osaka. I had a preconceived notion that a hotel in the centre of a large Japanese city would be cramped and uncomfortable. However, the hotel exceeded my expectations. Most importantly, my family travelling with me was all very happy. The hotel is unmanned, with no front desk or staff. But at the time of arriving, there was a nice handsome English-native speaking staff watiting to help the guests with unmanned check-in. At first, I was a bit taken aback by the unattended check-in process. Passport photos of all guests must be taken and uploaded on-site. However with somebody helping on-site made it a bit easier. The room was very very clean and comfortable, even though I couldn't say it was spacious. With two large double beds, it accommodated a family of four, including two teenagers. I had access to a fridge and washing machine inside the room with ease. Wi-fi connection was also of good quality. The location is close to the main sightseeing spots in Osaka, easily accessible by walk and also by subway.

To my a little bit of disappointment, only four big towels were provided for 4 people while 2 nights stay. No addtional towels were provided, as it is declared in the hotel's policy.
