Прекрасный отель! Отличные места расположения, в отеле есть шикарно парковка, все очень удобно. Внутри отеля замечательные рестораны, можно в принципе в город не выходить если кто сильно устал

Central Namba above train station, 2 minutes from room by lift (to L3) to airport express train to Kansai. Hotel porter will bring all your luggage to train with you. Lots of shopping in downstairs mall and walking distance to shopping street in Dotonbori. Executive lounge on 33F has free good selection of cocktails and food between 5-7pm. Room quiet and great view of Osaka. Breakfast on top floor has great selection and view. Two large beds in our twin room. pillows a bit low.

No shower curtain and only partial water shielding so easy to wet the floor of toilet. Breakfast best before 8am to get a table near the window for the excellent view from top floor.

Location! location! location! You can't beat a hotel where all you have to do is go down walk a few steps to eat shop & play from a multitude of venues that will cater to your every Japan whims! Oh and the subway station is right underneath you also.

People hanging out and blocking path to the elevators being loud and obnoxious. Hotel's upscale status is ruined by the rowdiness and trashiness of these inconsiderate guests. These are the same type of people who make all tourists look bad to Japanese people. "When in Japan do as the Japanese do!"

Il y avait des plumes qui sortaient constamment des oreillers et de la couette. Il y en avait constamment partout dans la chambre et dans l’air. Je ne conseille pas cet endroits pour les personnes asthmatiques ou avec des allergies.

位置一流，電鐵直達，经地下街去心齋橋道頓堀一帶商店街就算打風落雨都唔怕，房間內Wifi流暢，喜歡健身游水的設備也齊全，自助早餐款式很多咖啡亦好飲(但價錢偏高)

枕頭和床褥可以硬一些就更好，希望可以加長玻璃浴簾的長度，因每次淋浴後有三份一洗水間弄濕；最緊要環保真是要代價的，木牙刷大了一點弄損口腔和玻璃水瓶用提供的開瓶器開竟有破損碎片，令我們之後亦不敢再開飲用

From KIX airport, by Express train is the best and hotel is above the Namba Nankai station, Wonderful location.. I will introduce my staff when they come to Tokyo.

Lage war ausgezeichnet und das Personal sehr freundlich. Beim Frühstück mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf Osaka hat nichts gefehlt.

Eltern: Achtung! Obwohl wir über diese Plattform gebucht haben und zwei Kinder erfasst hatten, mussten die Kinder beim inkl. Frühstück extra bezahlen. Plus, das grosse Zimmer für vier Personen, hatte nur Betten für zwei Personen. Ihr ahnt es: Damit das Ausziehsofa für undere Kinder bezogen wird, mussten wird nochmals in die Taschen greifen. Zudem roch das Badezimmer unseres Nichtraucherzimmers nach Rauch und hätte niemals an eine Familie abgegeben werden dürfen. Da der Standard bei Hotels in Japan extrem hoch ist, werden wir das Swissôtel aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen nicht mehr buchen.

The location is just perfect, literally on top of one of the main station of Osaka and few minutes walking from the Dotonbori district (where you can taste the world famous street food of Osaka). The room was spectacular with an amazing view of the city, pretty big to accommodate a family of 4 comfortably and with plenty of space an an amazing bathroom. The Breakfast was served on the top floor with a majestic 360 view of the city, it is like having breakfast in an observatory. The quality and quantity of the buffet was also pretty impressive.

Bars and restaurants were closing very early (10:30/11), a pity for an hotel in a city with such a vibrant lifestyle. We would have loved to "decompress" in a hotel with a drink before going to bed, but the bar was always close.

We had the junior suite which was great but I found the room a bit dark as it had a window close to the bed and the seating area did not have a window. Would have loved a bit higher floor than the 16th for better views

The property is within walking distance to a fair number of places, namely Dotonburi, the Midosuji line, and the Nankai-Namba line to the airport. The view from the breakfast restaurant and the room was also killer in my opinion, allowing me to truly appreciate Osaka City

Bed is a little bit on the firmer side of things. but still offered a good night's sleep though. Finding the access of this hotel is rather difficult/confusing coming out from Namba's Midosuji line, because the entrance is nestled somewhere within a maze of entrances towards different shopping centres. But once you find it, things become much easier.

The breakfast is terrible ! Not at all Japanese style … no grilled Mackerel …. Pls review your menu one year ago and compare to today’s menu . The menu one year ago is perfect . Everyday is the same thing and only minor adjustments to the menu (I mean less than 3 different dishes changed ) it’s like catering to the Caucasions , what happened to the Japanese section ? A simple breakfast from Stargate hotel can be one of your selection and very low cost . Wish to see the breakfast menu from one year ago when we last visited in Feb 2023 .

It would have been nice to go to the signature restaurant without having to get the Prix Fixe menu. If that was available, it was not obvious to me when checking the menu.

Perfect location near train station and shops. Baggage delivery service to the airport is great for us shoppers with many bags.

In the past, we had option to cancel with no charge. This time, we were charged upon booking with no cancellation options.

The hotel is ideally located for travellers going to or coming from KIX Airport, as it’s directly connected to Namba Station where you can catch the train to the airport seamlessly. It’s a busy area with plenty of food options and Takashimaya for easy shopping access. The room itself is nothing extraordinary. It was basic albeit, clean and with the necessary ammenities. It’s definitely no 5-star property, more like a high 3-star, perhaps 4-star depending on the variables. I think it’s a perfect hotel for business travellers who can expense the cost and need quick and easy access to public transport.

The hallways smell of cigarette residue despite being “non-smoking.” You can tell that at one time or another this was not the case and people definitely smoked. Where there is carpet, there are trapped odors, always. The pillows are not firm rather, insanely hard and uncomfortable. These need to be changed immediately. Woke up with a stiff neck. The bed itself was fine, emperor sized but the pillows twin sized so the setup was awkward and poorly thought out. The shower had one of those 1/4 glass partitions which are so outdated and useless. Water always splashes out onto the floor so why not just put up a shower curtain or full sliding doors? The rooms could clearly use a general refresh, and hopefully this is in the pipeline for an otherwise perfectly located property with better potential.

Fantastic location if you are flying in to Osaka. The train from the airport stops at Namba station and you can access the Hotel from the train station just before you go down to the subway train station year. This makes it the perfect spot to do many things from Osaka. The rooftop restaurant is fantastic and I absolutely LOVE the breakfast here. The coffee (ordered) is also excellent.

The check in process could have been better. We were a group and it just seemed to take ages. On the other hand the conceirge desk was amazing. They helped us out with our luggage transfer. They were so efficient and made the whole process very easy.

Located at Namba, nankai station. Easy access to other train lines. There is connected walkway to the shopping mall and Dontonburi is a stone throw away.

Very conveniently located and comfortable stay

Wonderful location - followed the direction provided by the hotel - we accessed the hotel from shin osaka and took the metro. Ramps and escalators were available and it was smooth travelling with our bags. For our journey back to Kansai airport, we used the Nankai line - the station was directly below the hotel. Easy walk to departmental stores like Takashimaya with its supermarket and cafes. Room was comfortably sized. Breakfast was extensive.

Too short a stay.

The facilities and staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with both western and asian choices.

While the location is great (just steps from the Namba Station, getting into the hotel from a taxi or car proved to be challenging for most drivers, even with aid of electronic map guides.
