Good location, close to shopping, station and places to eat. I loved that the hotel offered free snacks and assorted drinks (even soup) from 1pm onwards. Room was very spacious for Japan.

Breakfast was quite repetitive

Quarto pequeno para 3 pessoas, sem armário, sem cofre no quarto, banho sem banheira e vaso Lixil.

Free snacks and drinks give it a home-like feel after a day's travel. And it was nice that the toilet and the bathroom are in separate areas, like they have individual "rooms".

The AC was malfunctioning plus they didn't provide an easy to understand manual for it.

Location and lobby free drinks/snack area!!!

it was super central to nightlife and eateries in Osaka

Breakfast and location were great. Less than 10 minute walk to the JR Namba Station.

This was the most expensive hotel room on my entire trip through Japan and I could still hear people in the hallways (not that quiet).

Bathroom smelled like urine when we walked in, had to keep door closed and air purifier on.

Very handy location, handy to all the good spots in osaka, rooms were a good size. Staff were friendly and a free drink bar which was a bonus.

Big room, with large comfortable bed. Hotel is kids / families friendly. Free drinks & snack from 2pm till midnight. Interesting location :-) to feel Osaka vibes

Everything was ok

- The staff were extremely accommodating, and they even allowed us to get from the free drinks and snacks even if we were already checked out - The amenities were easy to use and there were always instructions alongside these - The cleanliness of the rooms were impeccable since the staff follows the time of cleaning, and they only clean the room within 30 minutes

- The breakfast options could be a little more diverse

1) Just 3 mins away from Shinsaibashi Shopping Street and Dotonbori gastronomic center and yet not in the middle of the noisy and crowded areas. 2) Extremely clean and comfortable accommodations. 3) Free buffet breakfast. 4) Free drinks (all kinds), light snacks and soup from 1 pm to midnight. 5) Friendly staff.

location is very good because it was close and walking distance to most shops

room size for three single beds was too small and there is not enough space to move around; a bit pricey / expensively priced for a 3star hotel;

The hotel was clean and staff were very nice and helpful

The room is tiny. The location is in a very shabby aide street. The breakfast was below average.

Great location, huge, comfortable bed and we loved the free beverage counter.

You can't open any of the windows in the rooms for safety reasons so no fresh air.
