Very loud vulgar mouth adults & pool DJ extremely too loud. Staff friendly, but allowed inappropriate language…sad! Contacted owner to inform washer was only filling & rinsing with warm/hot water. In addition, kitchen only with one overhead light, because two burnt out. She quickly offered to send repair, but requested not until we checked out.

This resort is family oriented, Definitely would recommend to all family and friends. Our host was on top of everything and very fast at answering questions. Thanks for an easy check in and a beautiful condo to stay in.

We had an amazing "family-moon". My son just got married on Friday June 30th to his high school sweet ❤️. They wanted us to go to the beach as a family rather than just the 2 of them. Thats where we came up with a family-moon. The owner of the property @Rufia Nigro is 1 of the nicest, people ive ever met. She responds to messages very quicklu and goes above & beyond to assist in any way needed. The room its self is very nice,clean,and comfortable. The view is breathtaking. Make sure you bring beach towels/pool towels because the resort refused to let us use theirs. I did let the owner know and she was very suprised that they made such a fuss over the towels and said she would check in on it. I highly recommend staying in Rufia Nigro's condo. 5star all the way!

We were really nervous about going to any other beach for our family vacation. We usually go to PCB or Destin for vacation. We wanted to try something different. We loved the fact that it wasn’t extremely crowded at the beginning of June when we went however, it was a little cool. We didn’t consider that when booking. We still had a blast! Lots to do! Besides the beach and the pools, we went to The Boardwalk(once was enough). We went to Broadway several times. WE LOVED THAT PLACE!! Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Overall, we loved Myrtle Beach and will be back! We loved where we stayed! Great place!!

We loved the condo. It's in a great location with lots of nice amenities. It was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this spacious oceanfront condo. It is so well equipped and the balcony is a great place to view the incredible sun rises and glorious sunsets. With multiple TVs and bedrooms, we were able to be together when we wished but have privacy when desired too (or nap time!). The coded entry was seamless; passes for parking and towels were handy in a stylish basket. We used the unit’s laundry stackables easily. The decor was perfect and we were particularly charmed by a sweet ceramic snail who we named Anne Marie. We will definitely return and highly recommend this rental. The cute towel animals were a plus.

Property was clean and well furnished. Owner was very flexible with our changing dates.

Me and my wife had a great vacation at this condo and check in/check out was very quick and easy. Very clean and comfortable condo and the view from balcony was amazing. Would highly recommend this condo. I would definitely stay here again and I hope it's available when we decide on next vacation in Myrtle Beach. The only con is that we wish we could have spent two weeks here, lol.

We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay there again. Could enjoy the beach and when the kids were tired of that we walked back to the pools, hot tubs and lazy river. Nice condo and was excellent view of the beach! Close to alot of restaurants and entertainment.

Checkin was fast with the key pad and did not have to wait in a long line. Room had a nice design especially for families. Balcony was big and had an excellent view of the ocean. Decor in the room was somewhat outdated. I would give cleanliness as below average since light fixtures, bathroom fan had a lot of dust. Comfort I would say 3.5 stars since the furniture was outdated and not very good. You are clearly paying for a place to stay with a great beach and the view period.

Loved how close to Broadway at the Beach, Boardwalk, etc. this location. Manager was extremely helpful! Family really enjoyed this vacation! Will return!

My family & I were wanting a beach vacation on Myrtle Beach so that we could be close to all the action and activities on the Boardwalk when we wanted to be but far enough to feel that it was a little calmer. Our stay proved to offer us all of this. Our beachfront ocean view on the 3 rd floor was wonderful! The condo was clean and roomy for our family of 6. Unfortunately while staying, the washing machine broke. While this was a slight inconvenience, Rafia the condo owner, was wonderful at getting back to us and even refunded us some money for our inconvenience. Overall, I highly recommend staying here at Caribbean Resort! All the pool options are great for kids when they tire of the beach, coffee and ice cream are across the street, and there’s plenty of good eats within walking distance. A 5 minute drive out us down at the Boardwalk. If you’re coming to Myrtle, stay here!

The condo and building were exactly as advertised. The unit was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the check-in/check-out was very easy. The staff was excellent. Always helpful, positive, and cleaning/straightening up. Really loved just about everything except the incredible amount of marijuana odor in the hallway and on the balcony. At times, we could not even take the kids out on the balcony because the smell of pot was so strong. Loved the unit, but simply hate the overbearing smell of pot, so we would not stay here again.

The activities for children was great. The condo was in need of a repair on the lock of the door, but the host got it taken care of very quickly. We really enjoyed our time here & would recommend it for people with young children.

Check-in was okay - it was not easy to park to offload as there were minimal parking spots for that purpose. Lots of loud noise and partying from other guests which disturbed our sleep. The unit was clean but not in tip-top shape and there was definitely some visible wear and tear in the unit. I would have given the unit three stars overall except for the issues we had. We had major issues with property manager and the property itself due to a defective washing machine that decided to pour water all over the floor. They decided to install this faulty device in the middle of our 11-day vacation, despite our misgivings, which led to many hours wasted on our vacation across several days, as well as ongoing stress and headaches. We filmed this happening and she addressed it immediately but then we had to continue to deal with the unit not functioning properly (she alleged we didn’t know how to use it – but it was clearly not functioning until her handyman came and fixed it). After we left, we asked for a three-day refund which we felt was reasonable given the circumstances. After we pointed out our problems and asked for reasonable compensation, she brought issues to our attention that were caused by her handyman and tried to foist the blame onto us, in an effort to avoid compensating us for our headaches. A cabinet door with a broken hinge that was broken before we arrived and sand all over the bedroom floor from her handyman throwing beach chairs out of the closet while he cleaned it out. The property manager refused to offer ANY compensation for our issues, offered to pay for a 5 star review instead, and threatened to leave a negative rating for us if we reported this in our feedback. We paid top-dollar for this mid-range property, lost significant time dealing with the headache caused by their last-minute decision to install a faulty washing machine, and got no compensation for our lost time and headaches in return. I will never rent this property or from this property manager again.

Condo is beautiful and view perfect! Beds and furniture very comfortable. Registration took one hour and half but Everyone was there for Spring Break. Very crowded. Elevators took forever. Could never get anyone on phone for help or assistance. Still enjoyed pools and condo especially.

Great place...beautiful view...Hot tubs down all day Sunday...so cold outside...hated we could not enjoy them Sunday. Everything else was super.

Enjoyed our stay, close to everything, clean and nice sized oceanfront condo. Homeowner made it all easy.

Nothing outstanding about it, but it was nice and we had no complaints.

The accommodations were clean and true to the listing description. All the pools and beach were just what we needed with 6 children who have been couped up due to Covid. They especially enjoyed the toys from the closet and the adults took advantage of the beach chairs. I would definitely recommend this spacious unit to others.

Due to storms which had hit and were expected to hit, we decided to book a condo in Myrtle Beach instead of Gulf Shores, AL. We didn't know what to expect other than the area being much more touristy. Check-in was awful due to the fact that we arrived on a weekend of two major events in town. People and loud trucks (for the truck show) were everywhere. The resort hasn't figured out a great way to pull off registration en masse, but that's OK. Once we got to the condo, we were very pleased. It was perfect for our family of eight and it was really clean (we checked carefully). Loved the view and got up every morning to sip coffee and watch the sunrise. Loved the resort and all the water options. Thankfully, the water slide was open for two of our days and the kids LOVED it. I challenged everyone to games of corn hole as well. We had at one seafood buffet and ate as many crab legs as our bodies would allow. Our final day was spent at the pool and water slide. We concluded our vacation with dinner at Riptydz (highly recommend) followed by a night ocean baptism of my twelve year old daughter. Special memories. SUCH A GOOD VACATION! I texted the owner upon our arrival and received an immediate reply. And...this unit is on the third floor, literally across the hall from the Mist Spa. My wife went one day and said she got a great massage. Condo is awesome for a family. Resort is a perfect place for a great family vacation.

We hav bn big fans of the Caribbean Resort for many yrs but has gotten harder to get the size condo we need. It is so nice to hav found this vrbo at this property that we love.

Location was great, could have been cleaner but beds were extremely comfortable.

We were hesitant to come with the virus warnings but we are so pleased that we did. Rufias place is awesome, a great location, clean, very warm and welcoming. We will recommend it to others and may be back in September for the Run to the Sun car show that was postponed. Thank you so much Rufia for being a great host!!!
