We had a lot of family come into town for a small wedding. We had everyone stay after for awhile after. Everyone loved the pool and all the activities for the backyard for so all ages. Would stay here again.

Perfect house for a large group. The backyard is absolutely perfect for playing games in the sun, hanging by the pool, and grilling out. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and house for our needs.

This place was perfect for my buddy's bachelor party. Plenty of beds and a big backyard with all kinds of things to do. We played volleyball majority of the time. This place could use some upgrades, but the only real issues were the AC was locked so it did get a little hot at night and the pool was very cold. Besides those two things, everyone in my group had an awesome time! Also, the owner was very helpful. I ordered some custom gifts but they wouldn't arrive in time for me to bring them, so the owner let me ship them to the rental.

We had a great time celebrating a groom-to-be and couldn't have been more happy with our stay. The pictures do not do the house justice, it was so much better in person!! Every yard game imaginable and even more! Super accessible host which made everything very convenient. Great trip and definitely recommend!!!

Our experience at the house was great! We got into Scottsdale early and John was accommodating with letting us drop our bags off early so we could get them out of the car and not have to worry about them. The back yard was why we booked the house and the listing doesn’t do it justice! So many more games than what was listed. The interior of the house was a little dated/worn but for our bachelor group it wasn’t a problem at all. John was a very understanding and accommodating host even offering to let us check out late.

John was a very good host. Everything was as expected. Good property for a big group. Tons of space and lot of activities.

The house has an amazing back yard! A little bit in need or repair. The house had lots of room but the floors were not clean. The kitchen sink was in need of repair but the owner was quick to help out and create a temporary fix. I would not recommend visitors that are concerned about an extra clean place. Great for bachelor weekend.

We had a group of 10 people the youngest was 15. The house is large and spacious. It is in need of some repair but nothing that mattered to us. We were mostly interested in the yard games. It worked perfect for our family. Pretty sure this home has almost every yard game available. The pool is not heated so the kids were a bit disappointed but we made it work as well. Would recommend staying here for a large family weekend.

This house is not very nice and the pictures are better than the actual house. There are tons of mice, cockroaches and bees in the house. The house was not clean when we got there. There's mold growing everywhere. Don't bother opening any cabinets or closets, because they were abhorrent inside. The owner tried to blame me and my guests for this.... These problems existed way before we got there. The house is in disrepair and I would not recommend bringing your bachelor party there. I couldn't imagine bringing my family or children to this place. The owner will respond blaming me for his house being in very poor condition. This also speaks to his character. I damaged something and immediately told him about it. I tried to do the right thing and he decided to charge an exorbitant fee for a single outdoor cushion. He complained about bachelor parties, but the name of his house on here has that in the title... He is happy to take your money and run. Even with all the problems we faced (listed above is only a fraction), I would've let it go if not for the over charges. Also, his argument that we didn't inform him of any issues is not a good one. Who wants to be bothered with trying to get a house cleaned and utilities fixed when you only have a limited amount of time in town? Highly do not recommend.

We had about 14 folks meet up in Scottsdale and this place was everything advertised and more. The pictures don't do it justice as it was an incredibly large space with tons of games and room for everyone. Check in was easy and seamless. And the property was clean and comfortable. Everything was superb and the location was easy to get to and from places even with ubers being in high demand.

Definitely the highlight of the house except the hot tub did not work even after we called several times (it would work for a few hours and then shut off). Very frustrating. Inside had a nice layout with 6 bedrooms and good size rooms. Beds are tough on the back. They showed 3 TV areas. One TV did not work. They also listed satellite/cable. They had neither which was frustrating in that we were unable to get sports. Had Netflix in one TV and Netflix/Hulu on the main TV. Need to update listing. The house is a little beat up inside I am sure from many large groups.

This house was just what we were looking for! Plenty of space, lots of activities, close to everything you might need, property manager was very responsive and helpful. Perfect for our spring training stay! I highly recommend!

John was awesome and extremely accommodating & responsive throughout the entire weekend. House was clean and had more rooms/entertainment options than we knew what to do with. We will definitely be back.

We did a bachelor party here, and it couldn’t have been better. The amenities, especially the backyard and games, were great for a group of guys. Location was good for golf and trips to Old Towne. The house is definitely older and needs some work, but still solid for our needs. Only think i would have liked were slightly updated bathrooms. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would recommend it!

We loved the amount of space, lots of activities, tables for games and eating. The big barbecue was a life saver for quick easy meals.

This 6 bedroom house with 3 living rooms was a great vacation for our family of children and grand children. The yard is huge with every activity imaginable which kept all of us busy and active (pool table, ping pong, golf net, basketball court - lighted at night, pool, hot tub, etc). The house has many large screen tvs both inside and out. The owner was extremely responsive to our every request. The location is great within walking distance of at least 3 shopping centers. Wonderful winter vacation (but the weather didn't cooperate!

Just spent 4 days at Indian Bend Ranchos with 11 close colleagues and had a great time. Setup was perfect - more activities to do in the expansive property than you could complete in a single day. Was grateful for the concierge service that John hooked us up with - house was fully stocked on arrival. Would highly recommend for large groups.

Really enjoyed the space with every game you can think of. Would definitely recommend for large groups looking for a weekend in Scottsdale.

Just finished up my bachelor party here. 12 grown men sharing a house and never once felt cramped or crowded. Place looks awesome on vrbo, but is somehow better in person. Awesome location. Plenty of restaurants close and everything else is a short Uber ride away. Stayed 3 nights. After going out the first 2 nights we decided to stay in and party here the last night because it was so fun. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, showers, tvs, and lounge rooms. The outdoor area is ridiculous. The pool, grill, games, and tvs were great for watching college football and NFL games all Saturday and Sunday during the day. Owner was responsive and flexible with small requests. Would love to come back sometime.

We had our fantasy football draft at this house and it was perfect. Lots of tvs and rooms for everyone.

Stayed here for a mini college reunion with 13 guys and had a blast enjoying the pool and all the activities. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone and room to spread out. The great location near Old Town Scottsdale and other attractions (Talking Stick Casino, Top Golf, TPC Scottsdale) made it easy to enjoy the area. The owner made everything super easy and was a terrific host.

This place is awesome. Had a bachelor party with 15 people and it felt so spacious both indoors and out. The place is set up to entertain. Private backyard has everything you need including ample lighting, seating and toys. Indoors is the same with a massive foyer and tons of high top bar tables, it felt like we were in a hotel lobby. Plenty of beds and couches. Very large kitchen and massive dining room table out back. Everything worked as advertised. Homeowner was super nice/friendly. Answered late night texts about how to work the pool and jacuzzi. And went out of his way to set things up before we got there.

We had a 16 person group for a bachelorette party and this house slept our group comfortably. This house is all about the back yard. There are so many activities and fun things to do that it’s almost crippling! You will really have an amazing time at this house. Our only complaint was that management needs to lower the air conditioning in the evening. The temperature was locked and we were a hot trying to sleep. The kitchen is pretty stocked but they could use a few more cooking items like a large pan, a new knife and some serving platters. There are tons of spices from previous groups and the fridge had all of the condiments we needed. You’ll need to supply some additional toilet paper and paper towels. The house was wonderful, we would definitely rent again and it’s the perfect place for a big, active group!

Perfect pad for a reunion of guys. The backyard was a blast and the proximity to everything was perfect. The house could use a little TLC, we had some problems with some of the lights and plugs and some of the backyard equipment needs updating, but the house is really fun.

This place looked great in the pictures and then we got there and realized it was even cooler and bigger than we could have imagined. Quick ride from Phoenix, AZ airport, plenty of space/beds for large groups and conveniently located for golf, the casino or heading downtown for the night. John was a great contact, went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable and was easy to connect with - We appreciate the acommodations and all of the help! If you have a large group that's into outdoor activities and having a blast, this is the place for you.
