Incomplete facilities, guests can’t cook meals since the kitchenware is incomplete. No flat screen TV, no Wifi. Accommodations and contact number is 2/10.

Location and parking

The B apartment has old furniture and broken beds 🛌 only mattress on the ground. It’s gross 🤢 inside kitchen cabinet, there’s cockroach and mosquito. The washing machine outside is left with dirty water and a piece of cloth inside and mosquito egg is visible. Extra pillows and blankets are all dirty and smelly. Sometimes water is not available. Internet is really slow and no tv, only the device as design. I believe if the owner with 2 weeks rent can make the place greet with the same price. All the previous comments are accurate and they didn’t fix them.

It is an entire apartment although the location is good but the our entire stay is not decent.

We booked for a total of 9 people but the accommodation itself is only for 6 people. 3 beds accommodation only. The other guest can rest on the couch but the other 2 guests with us have to sleep on the floor with no mattress or extra bed provided. We even requested for the extra bed but we were not able to receive one until the next morning although they told us to wait because their staff is on the way. We called them twice for the extra bed but to no avail. The exhaust in the kitchen stove is very smelly, so when you turn on the AC, it will make the foul smell worse so we have to open the kitchen door while the AC is working to get rid of the foul smell.

Unfortunately I have to repeat what is in the earlier reviews already. Why you don't change it 1 You can not lock the doors for restrooms. 2. One bed is broken 3. The employee who welcome us was very unfriendly. Me as an foreigner she ignores me completely. Communication was very difficult. Hard to reach them. Note: They ask me for a 5 Star review even we still not arrived. That's ridiculous Tipp for the host: This place have a lot of potential. Use it.

We stayed there for 2 nights. The place could be better when maintained. Had several issues with the house. -Broken TV – contacted owner/staff on messenger, website & cellphone number listed several times, they replied to have it checked several times however no one actually came to check. -Wifi – probably 1 unit only in the entire bldg has an internet connection. We had to stand near the front door to get a decent connection -Broken bathroom door lock – master’s bathroom has a broken lock, and the door can’t be thoroughly closed -Leaking toilet - master’s bathroom has a leak -No trash cans and rugs on all bathrooms -Towels – some towels were dirty -Broken bed frame – Bed frame on one room is broken and missing some parts, we were surprised to see a stone/block supporting the bed. Unsafe -Insufficient kitchen utensils – Spoon and fork were only 3 pairs, the unit is good for more than 6 pax. -Staff communication – had a hard time reaching the staff, pls improve communication starting from booking, and guest’s concerns. We had to call several numbers to reach them. Pls have a staff ready upon check in. The place could use a thorough cleaning. Sofa cover and chair covers probably need to be cleaned, looks like they were not washed and changed for some time. Pls take time to read the reviews because we think all the negative reviews from other guests are all the same. The place has a lot of potential once maintained.

Kitchen stuff is not well equipped, no wifi

1. comfort rooms-stinky smell, the doors of all the CRs dont have lock, no trash cans provided, instead of pale they used the trash can as pale. there was a time they don’t have water. 2. bedrooms. door knobs are broken, u cannot lock the door. 3. towels- one of the towels are dirty. i just forgot to take photos of it as evidence. 4. kitchen- incomplete utensils. one of the burners of the gas range is not functional.

No breakfast. Location is fine.
