It was exactly as described. Very flexible with our arrival and departure times. All rooms were spacious. Beds and couches were comfortable. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and the incredible view. We could not have been happier.

Plenty of space and an excellent (hilly!) walk to the centre of town and lakefront. The views are just beautiful and the heaters and gas fire make the place very cosy. Two families were very comfortable here.

Awesome place for stay for our long visit to Queenstown. Amazing views, and we loved the pool table as an added source of entertainment during our chilled-out home time. Thank you :)

Our family of 4 loved staying here for the week between Christmas and the New Year. The house is quite close to Queenstown, close enough to be walkable (12-15 minutes) but far enough away to be quite peaceful at night. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked with everything we needed (including lots of staples and spices); the beds and sofas were amazingly comfortable; and the view from the living room and deck simply could not have been better. We also would like to point out the incredible flexibility of the hosts: our original booking was for December 2020, until travel restrictions forced us to reschedule not once, but twice. The owner was happy to do this, and they also generously adjusted the price when it turned out our group would not be as large as we originally planned. Highly recommended.

Great property with spectacular views. Deck upstairs, pool table downstairs and plenty of bedrooms to house plenty of friends and family. Only a short walk down the hill to the town centre.

We enjoyed our stay and the amenities . Great view of the golf course and lake.
A minor gripe would be as a result of not being able to use the BBQ due to the rust

This place was perfect for our family visit. Close to the town centre. Great size rooms, clean, every utensil you could think of - a bowl of fresh fruit on arrival and the most spectacular view! We loved our time there - thank you - it helped make Mum’s 80th her best birthday ever!

The property has beautiful views of the lake/mountains and the kitchen is well equipped. The property is very dated. When we arrived several bedrooms were locked but on contacting the cleaner these were opened. As an extended family group we stay in many holiday houses and have never had this happen before. We enjoyed our stay overall

Nothing too bad but just something to be aware of). Staying here with my family was an absolute joy and wish it could have been for another 4-5 nights instead of only the 4 nights we had.

The view was breathtaking.
The view was breathtaking. Wish we could have stayed longer. A great location and a very short drive to all the shops and restaurants. Loved the beautifully decorated, cozy living room with comfy leather couches and fireplace. Well stocked kitchen and very comfy beds! My favorite place that we stayed in on our entire NZ trip! Know where we will stay if and when we return. Thanks Roger for having us!

All of our guests, who came from all over New Zealand, all remarked how homely the place was and how it had everything we needed. It was very clean, very warm and had great views. It was also a great central location, we walked to the city from the house. Many thanks for an excellent stay, everyone wants to come back again next year.
