The house was very large and clean. But the rugs - furniture - appliances were dated. It felt like we were staying at Grandmas house. Overall - it was just fine for our time there.

We had a nice stay and the property is as described in the photos and listing. The lake views and lake access are wonderful. The only issues we had were that the dishwasher and garbage disposal were not functioning.

Great property. Porch was great for our little ones. There was plenty of room for all of us. Everything needed was available including a paddle boat and kayaks. We rented their boat for the weekend and loved fishing and being out on lake at sunset. Just an all around positive experience. We will be back!

Our family had a great time, our host was friendly & helpful. The kids had fun in the lake & had kayaks, blow up toys for the water & life vests for all ages.

I booked this place for my 50th birthday trip. The place is much bigger in oerson, plenty of room throughout. We had me, my husband, my daughter and son-in-law, their 1 year old and 3 year old. The pedal boat and 3 kayaks were so much fun. The water was perfect. It doesn't heat up like the lake in Texas. About 72 degrees. There were tons of blow up water floaties, crocs, water shoes, life jackets available. We had planned alot of off site activities but found ourself wanting to stay at the house. Sitting on the back deck watching the nature, the lake and listening to stillness, the gentle breeze while kids played and swam was enough to put you to sleep. We brought our own folding rockers. We had breakfast every morning on the deck. Noah caught a bass and cooked it on the grill. The gril was super clean, almost new. We also grilled burgers, corn, pineapple and hotdogs. Considering the amount of houses surrounding the lake it was very quiet. The owner privided us with batteries for the relotes when we asked him which was super nice. Cor called when we checked in to make sure we arrived ok. Such a beautiful spot. We spent 5 days which was perfect. We were gievn passes to the golf coirse, fitness center and pool but we mostly swam in the lake. I went walking on the desoto trail to the desoto beach and back. Super easy small hike. Beautiful! There was a great blue heron around our dock and a couple lake turtles. I will for sure be back. Not sure when but i love this house.

Owner was so very helpful. The house was clean and inviting. There were swim toys, Kayaks. Everything was simply wonderful. We had a Beautiful weekend.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Directions and check in were a breeze, the home was clean and had all of the basic amenities that allowed us to feel right at home, and the views were unmatched. We had our coffee on the porch every morning with the sunrise and enjoyed the lake and kayaked almost every evening and soaked up the beautifil sunsets. Only a couple questions about the property and the boat we rented came up, Cor was quick to answer us and offer assistance. We would definitely stay at one of their properties again. Thank you for an enjoyable vacation.

Our stay was great! Cor is always a joy! We love it when he stops by for a chat! We almost always exclusively stays at Cor’s properties and never have any issues with contacting him when we need anything!

This is the second property we have stayed in owned by Cor and we had an absolute blast. The view is beautiful and serene. The house was very clean and cozy. Cor is absolutely one of the best! We had such a great time and will be back again. We highly recommend staying here!

The lake was very peaceful. We loved being able to swim right off the dock. When we weren’t swimming we spent all of our time on the large wrap around deck enjoying the view.

Nice rental on lake , comfortable - easy parking- great view from deck, quiet & all enjoyed the ducks. Will return next year

This is our second stay at this property and we’ll be back. We love sitting on the huge back porch enjoy the view of the lake and mountains.

The are was well kept...great choices close....didnt get a chance to try the golf course because of the weather but definitely will look inside the resort area next time to do that

This place was exactly as previously reviewed. Immaculate. Amazing view of the lake on the huge balcony overlooking it. Peaceful and beautiful lake sunsets and night sky watching. Clean and the sleep number mattress was a huge plus. Thank you for having us. 20 minute scenic drive to Oaklawn Park and the bath houses.

Listing accurate to photos and reviews. Great views from the porch and deck. Relatively short drive into town for shopping, eating, and soaking in the bathhouse. Would come back when it’s warmer in the summer!
