It was close to the casino and not far from downtown

It was out dated. Nasty. And they put us in a smoking room with out asking.

I liked the location and the staff was pleasant and kind. I also liked the location, the size of the room, and that it had a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. The lobby had suggestions of things to do and the room was provided with a map of Hot Springs and a magazine to browse through for other suggestions which were quite helpful. I would stay here again if I am traveling on a budget or just passing through.

I always travel with my own bed sheets, and towels, for this reason. The bed was made up nice, but the top sheet was covered in stains, and the few pillows had hair from a previous person that stayed. There were also some stains throughout the chairs in the room, so I used my towels to sit on. The pool was also not working, it was green and well, needs some love.

I like the room because it had 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen

I didnt like the clerk charge my card on someone else cancel roomed. Which was higher than my booking

You should indicate on the booking site if features claimed in the description are not available. The pool was out of service and looked like it had been for a while. Not fair to the guest to expect an amenity that was NOT available.

The property is in a great location - within walking distance to Oak Lawn Racing/Casino and a Waffle House. It’s not a real fancy stay, but my room was clean and had everything I needed - nice sized fridge, microwave, little kitchen area with sink, cable and such.

The only problem I encountered was at the check-in desk. The gentleman looked at my address and told me they don’t let locals stay at their place because of previous local guests inviting friends over to their room and then trashing it. I told him I lived in Hot Springs Village (40 minute drive away), not Hot Springs. After some back and forth, he finally felt like I didn’t come to destroy 🙂. At the age of 66, my heavy party days are pretty much behind me. Overall, he was kind and I realize he was just doing his job.

the noise level is really bad… people was revving up their motors all night long on the street in front of the motel

Easy switch to non smoking room. Hotel is old, so there is wear and old tiles but it is clean and plenty of room.

Only 1 coffee pouch in the room.

The people at the front desk were awesome that made a huge impact.

The location was great! Very centrally located. Right in the middle of town.

We didn't have any wifi the whole time. Told front desk about it. And we almost got locked inside our room because the deadbolt got stuck and had a hard time getting it unlocked after it was locked.

Like that it had a recliner and small table to eat at and plenty of chairs. Liked that it had congolium floors instead of rug.

The man checking us in wasn't very corgial. Don't think he knew English language very well. The room smelled bad, but luckily I had lysol spray with me. The bathroom was small with a very small tub.

Location is great but more importantly, I always get early check in, which is great

I liked how roomy it was, the kitchens are so cute and having two sinks in the bathroom probably saved my husbands life lol.

My only complaint is that I am not generally a shower person due to muscle problems so I like to soak in hot baths. I had a bit of trouble getting out of the tub due to no rails on the wall to grab a hold of

It is clean and location is great. If you are looking for a nice hotel at a great price so you have more spending money this is your place. Free parking and safe, this was our 2nd stay but will not be the last.
