It is clean,has a hot, fresh breakfast, a clean swimming pool, a huge dog park and very friendly employees. It is also within walking distance to good restaurants and the casino.

Nothing, it was excellent

Very comfortable beds, nice shower flow and great breakfast. All employees were very happy and helpful.

Towels were a little rough.

The staff! from the front desk to the general manager to the ladies in the kitchen at breakfast to the individuals cleaning the rooms and doing maintenance on the property. Not one person greeted us without a smile. it was SO refreshing! The breakfast is delicious! bacon, sausage, potatoes, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy! Plus cereal, milk, fresh fruit and yogurt. The room was super clean and the bed very comfy! The room had a mini fridge and microwave. There is also a laundry facility and a dog park on site.

It’s a little sketchy trying to pull out onto the main road from the parking lot.

We are traveling around the US Rock Hounding and mostly camping. We reserved a room with BW Winners Circle based on 2 reasons. 1. Fur Baby Friendly 2. The breakfast reviews. And let me tell you, we were in for a surprise! The room was incredibly clean. I love hotels that have a small sitting area to eat or do work. Ours was a bottoms floor, way in the back, No smoking King. It had a small table with two chairs. The bathroom was super clean. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic and plenty of HOT water! The toilet had some rust around the bottom and the caulking needs to be redone and it’s kind of wobbly. The bed was so comfortable! Pillows too! It was very quiet and no complaints about any traffic noise, or people or dogs. Now let me get to the breakfast. Not only was it hot, delicious & plenty of things to choose from. ALISA & JULIE are the kind of people I love to meet while traveling! These 2 ladies whipped up biscuits, gravy, sausage, potatoes & eggs. AND they chit chatted & visited with us the entire time. Getting to know us, where we are from , what we were doing. Once they found out we were Rock Hounds, they gave us so many tips and pointed us in the right direction for some deals. This is the type of service that is hard to find in America anymore. OH and the front desk staff were incredibly professional & friendly as well. We may swing back through Hot Springs on our way home to Minnesota and if we do. I already know where we are staying!

The pool wasn’t open which was disappointing because it looked so clean and inviting!

Exceptionally clean rooms, all were getting brand new mattresses when we were there. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. Exceeded expectations.

King rooms were a little snug. But loved that it had a private balcony. Double bed rooms were much bigger

Parking is tight

Ii loved everything about the room and my stay but it was toocdark I didn't like the lighting could use brighter light bulbs because I like a lot of light

Everything comfy rooms bed and pillows Ohhh not to forget the awesome breakfast in the mornings Whole staff was wonderful.. pool was awesome as well
