i love the hot tub in the room.

the room was hot even with the ac on the coolest setting.the hot tub had black stains in the hot tub

Let me preface this by saying that there was NOWHERE else for us to go and we didnt have the funds for a higher priced hotel. Had that been an option, we would have immediately left. We checked in by 4:30PM and they had given our room reservation to someone else and put us in a different room. We were also advised that there were no other rooms available due to how busy they were. They have this assenine rule if check out is at 11 but if you check out from 10:30-11 they charge you extra money, so essentially check out is actually at 10:29am unless you want to be charged. Im understanding to a business who is remodeling and paint may be ugly, or a room may only have partial updates etc. However, there were gaping holes in the walls, exposed wall plugs, electrical problems so that the TV couldnt be on if the overhead lights were off, leaking faucet into a tub that didnt drain, busted door jams from being broken into with a door incapable of locking beyond the key card lock. We were concerned enough to sleep with our pistol in arms reach. Not to mention the roaches. We personally only saw one but, if theres one theres many. Im hoping to be able to post photos if I can. This place was a disaster and they have no business putting anyone in a room like this. Maybe there other guests got the cleaner, remodeled rooms i dont know but this specific room was absolutey ridiculous.

Only thing I liked was the young lady who checked me in! The rest well let's say wasn't pleasant at all!

Didn't like owner walking in our room while women and children are getting their swimsuits on! This is after he had already pushed his way on in to look at our TV in which was working fine!

Roaches, poor maintenance, cigarette burns in sheats, smell, pool access, also didn't like lady at front desk we mentioned concerns she didn't give a rats to listen. Real rude staff.

there nothing to like about this building.

We were aware that this is considered one of the cheapest hotels in Arkansas, regardless the conditions were so disgusting. Beds were stained of God knows what. Phone line didn’t work, the phone was decoration. The bathtub faucet was broken. towels were not even white, had a brown stain in it. some lights were not working, the lamps that I guess are ALSO decoration didn’t work.Let me mention also that they had maybe like 2/3 plugs which one was near the bed but not enough plugs. They need more than just one mirror also, if it’s a double bed room obviously it’s for more than just one individual. Will not be staying another time, yes it is “CHEAPER” but it’s still expensive for whatever it’s worth. oh, also they have stained mattresses in the hallway as you walk to your room. OH AND THE LOCK WAS BROKEN.
