We had a wonderful stay at Downtown Villa. The home was well-decorated, clean, comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. It's ideally located to many restaurants and the beach was a quick bike ride. The property is perfect for a family vacation. We'll be back soon.

The unit was lovely, comfortable and well decorated, and the location is in the center of everything downtown. The reason for the low rating is access, which was detailed for me three days before arrival. I was dropped off by my taxi at 10:00 pm. I walked around to the alley, held my phone flashlight to the keypad to access the gate and then played Find the Lockbox, beaming the flashlight into all the corners of the yard. I called the office - no answer - duh and finally found the lockbox and was able to open the back door to access the unit. I would never have rented and paid a pretty penny for a rental that had to be accessed from the alley, especially as my arrival was at night.

Excellent location. Short walk to state street, grocery store. Well cared for inside and out. Minor issues checking in but was able to contact manager quickly and rectify. Highly recommend. Would stay here again.

We selected this location based on the numerous positive reviews. We weren’t disappointed. The home is charming, has everything you would ever need, and is ideally located. Cota Street can be a little noisy if that type of thing bothers you, but we enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would stay here again in the future.

Extraordinary and exquisite! This is a delightful property, with an unparalleled location. Everything from kitchen supplies to outdoor furniture and beach supplies were fantastic for me and my wife, and our adult kids. I honestly was worried that it looked too good to be true... but it lived up to our greatest expectations. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Downtown Villa. The home was very spacious, comfortable, and well appointed . It is in a perfect location also. We could easily walk to the downtown area, Funk Town, and the beach. It was the perfect vacation spot for our family. I would highly recommend staying in this amazing home.

I've never stayed at a better cleaned or stocked home, and I've stayed in a lot of VRBOs! Beautiful home with everything you need to really make yourself at home, and plenty of space to spread out in. The location is excellent, just a quick walk to State Street, tons of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, as well as nearby wharf and beach access. The bikes included are great. The home has personality and is just beautiful, and my family and I really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!

The property was better than advertised. Location is perfect, of course, but the house was outfitted with high quality furnishings and equipment similar to what I have at home. They had EVERYTHING. Santa Barbara had a power outage while we were there and sure enough there were flashlights everywhere and a drawer full of candles. Even the kitchen knives were high end and sharp! Management was responsive and pleasant to deal with. Just perfect all around.

What a great home.!!! Location was great and the house was beautiful. The kitchen is great for cooking and hanging out and so well equipped! Two blocks from State Street is a plus. The backyard is so great for hanging out which we did because the weather was perfect!!

The property is great. It is clean, well stocked and in a great location. I would stay there again; however, a few things to consider - Air conditioning is only in the main area of the house and not the bedrooms, internet service was spotty at times (we had to use our phones as hot spots on one of the days for consistent internet service) and while the bikes are great, the were covered in cob webs and a few spiders (clearly last few guests did not use them, but would have been nice not to have to wipe them down ourselves). Again - property itself is well maintained with a beautiful back area and the walkability is great!

Such a great place, better than the pictures. More spacious than it looks. We loved the proximity to everything. Once we arrived on Thursday, we didn't get back into our cars until Sunday when it was time to leave. Highly recommend for families / friends.

This is a great 3 bedroom house with all that you need! It is located in a perfect spot for dining, shopping and beach access. The only issue for us were the hard/stiff mattresses. Thanks so much!

We stayed at the house for a mother daughter vacation. The house had everything that we needed for an enjoyable stay. We also enjoyed spending time outside on the patio. The location is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Came for a family wedding in Santa Barbara but had also planned a few days of vacation with our immediate family. The house was great--incredibly well stocked with anything and everything you could need and it was immaculate. Loved the location as we walked to restaurants, the beach and lots of cafes. Highly recommend the house to couples or families with children. A great experience!

This property was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect for walking or riding bikes downtown. It had everything we could ever need including bikes to use! We are so incredibly happy with our stay!

Came to SB for a wedding and stayed here with my husband and two other couples. It was more than enough space for us 6, walkable and had a great outdoor area. Definitely reccommend!

The property was super clean/new/fully stocked. It is located very close to State Street which has dining/shopping/entertainment. I would recommend this home.
