Loved the layout, it was very clean and rustic. Stream was beautiful noticed people kayaking down as well as ducks and swans. There was no bbq but clear instructions on how to work the electric stove top. Plenty of parking available.

I feel like there could've been more equipment in the kitchen for use within the home. No pepper but salt available.

Was a nice place to stay heaps of space with a nice view

Unfortunately this home needs a little TLC The curtains need rehanging The front step and step down to laundry were broken certainly had to watch your step especially in wet weather (as we had during our stay) Drainage in bathroom sink was slow Kitchen cupboard needed cleaning Floor in separate toilet will need repairing at some stage Light shades need cleaning We had to put batteries in the air conditioner control

Clean linen and comfortable beds. Quiet location and pretty stream.

Kitchen needs a deep clean and extra items for guests. Couldnt tell if tea towels were clean, and the dishwashing stuff looked old and worn out. Travelling on Christmas day sucked already but to find the kitchen had little to offer for tea and coffee, plus an open jar of sugar, was weird. Milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and sugar would have been really welcome, and helped to deal with the spookiness a lockwood brings. Really lean into the homely vibe guys. Outside deck looks like it is becoming dangerous too. Couldnt let the kids play outside. Really flipping hot when we arrived, had to open every window and crank all the fans.

Everything was dirty,old, smelly, cobwebs,over grown garden, rotten windows frames,busted laundry step which you had to step on for the lights,broken glass on drive,no proper heating,useless stove,t.v worked sometimes, dirty BBQ, broken dirty outdoor setting, no were to dry clothes, eaten fruit cup under bed,no proper cleaning equipment, lighting was unless,can't use billiard table, hard beds,smelly pillows, curtains coming off rails,smelly curtains,some dirty dishes, no fan in bathroom, dirty kitchen floor, mould on rails, dirt or dust on window ledges & furniture. Children to scared to go into the laundry because of rotten broken step & smell.

Accommodation for family members suited us as we travelled from Auckland

Musty. Sticky table and floor. Old cooking utensils. Heaters in the room no good and could be a fire hazard. Water under floor in the down stairs pool room. Couldn't play pool.
