This property worked well for our family vacation to Colorado. The owners communicated well and checked on us to make sure that we checked in okay. I would definitely recommend this property.

The property is conveniently located across the street from Keystone. Be sure to use the shuttles to limit the amount of walking. The property is well kept and Travis is amazingly responsive if you need anything at all. We had a great time and are looking forward to another stay next year!

We had a great stay. Location is very convenient. Access was easy and host was very accommodating.

Pro: great location, very close to the slopes, very spacious, accurate description of listing, very well equipped with amenities. My group enjoyed our stay with great views of the mountains. There is also underground and outside parking, hot tub and indoor pool, and gym on the 2nd floor. Cons: the carpet has a lot of stains and possible pet fur which could use a deep cleaning or change of carpet. Master Bath tub drain was clogged. Not good ventilation when cooking.

We had an enjoyable time at 406. The location was convenient to Base Mountain and we took our van to the free parking every day as suggested by Travis. This worked out well for our family of 7, 4 adults and 3 kids under 10. We also used the pool every day. We would stay again.

We had such a nice time in Keystone while I travelled there for business. The condo was wonderfully stocked and had everything we needed to stay there and more. The only issue we had was not being able to open the windows even without air conditioning, but that certainly did not eclipse our stay! Travis was so easy to work with even with a complex booking issue since we needed to be within a certain budget for my job reimbursement purposes. Would definitely recommend him and stay here in the future!

We had two families and the condo was perfect. Easy access to the slopes, enough room for the group and well stocked! Would stay again!

Great location and wonderful views of Keystone Mountian. Our kids had a great time and our little toddler became a viral sensation by showing off his snowboarding skills. Our host was fantastic as well. Tons of communications and flexibility with our reservations as we had a family matter which pushed our trip back a day. Thank you for a great vacation.

We had the best visit and loved our mountain getaway. The condo is located very close to a free shuttle to Keystone, making it a perfect choice for skiers and snowboarders. We also enjoyed skiing at Copper, only 15 minutes away. The condo itself is well equipped, very clean, full of natural light and has a beautiful view. The kitchen is better stocked than any rental we’ve stayed in previously. Parking in the garage was convenient and the lobby, pool and hot tub were well maintained. The owners were extremely easy to communicate with and exceptionally welcoming. We’d love to return! Many thanks!

This condo was spacious and so well stocked!!

Property was well equipped with the comforts of home and beds were comfortable. The community washer and dryer on the floor weren’t working the week we were there which really made me wish the unit had a washer and dryer. We managed. Unless you are a triathlete the slopes are really not within walking distance (especially when you may be on the hook for carrying kiddos equipment). There is free parking available at River run if you get up early so it wasn’t an issue but we thought we were going to walk initially. It was a great family ski trip when it was all said and done and Travis checked on us numerous times during the week and was available if we had any issues. Thanks Travis.

We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely property! It was spacious, beautifully appointed with comfortable furnishings, the BEST equipped kitchen we have ever seen, and the views of the mountains were gorgeous! Our only regret was we had to check out and go home! Highly recommend this property! Owners are very accommodating and checked in via this site to see how we were doing!

The condo was the best and I was pleased with it. Travis was very helpful at all times and very accommodating to guests that we had over. I would certainly stay at his unit again and any future stays where I can't stay at his place will be measured from his.

This is a great property. Had the family here for 2w straight. Well equipped kitchen. Even had a waffle maker! Awesome views off the deck. Big dining area for large group. Comfortable furniture. Netflix and Showtime included. Note to non Coloradans, there is no AC in the unit, so summer visitors need to open windows to cool down the condo on hot days. Great airflow thru the condo once windows are open,

We rented this condo over Memorial day weekend and had a great time!! Travis was great to communicate with and the condo was clean with a great layout and fantastic views from every room! We brought our 8 month old and 2 year old and these are a few highlights with the condo for families with kids:- All bedrooms are on the same floor.- There is an elevator so you can bring the stroller up if baby falls asleep on your walk.- Walking distance with stroller to Keystone and to nearby great Mexican restaurant/ bar. - 2 pack n plays in the condo, one of which has a changing table option to use.- Booster chair in the condo.- Pool just an elevator ride down to the lobby, so don't need to go outside to access.We did a great little hike at Keystone Gulch Trailhead with babies in our hiking packs. Had lunch at Pug Ryans Brewery (which was big enough for us to get a private table in a corner so our kids didn't bother too many other guests). Would highly recommend this condo and will most likely come back in the future!

March 11, 2021 - Owner was very helpful. Condo was clean and had the most amazing mountain view from the dining table. Less than a half mile/9 min walk to Keystone ticket counter and lift. Shopping and dining within walking. Pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids!! We will be back. Also, don't forget Arapahoe Basin Ski Area(10min) away and Breckenridge Resort(30min) away if you want to vary your ski experience.

We had an awesome time in Keystone. The condo location is perfect! just a few minutes walk to Peru Express Lift or 2 min drive to the Gondola. We had everything we needed, condo is fully equipped, clean and beautiful. Communication with property manager was quick and easy. Definitely recommend it!

A fantastic Christmas skiing holiday in a fabulous condo with a three minute drive to the ski lifts. Perfect for our company of 6 people. Very well equipped kitchen where we could cook and have nice dinners. The property is even brighter and more luxurious than the photos, a nice surprise. Quick and good communication with the owner. We would be glad to return !
