Our family had a great time on our vacation to Reno. The house was perfect because it had enough room for all 6 of us. The views from the back of the house were great.

We stayed for a baseball tournament in Sparks and this was the perfect location. Plenty of space to stretch out and a backyard with a view to die for.

The house was really nice.

Great location! We would stay here again. Up on a hill gave us great views and just down the hill were restaurants, a Safeway and a big Walmart.

We really enjoyed our stay here over Father's Day weekend. We got up early just to sit out back and enjoy the birds. The views are wonderful. The kids loved the park close by. The house offered everything we needed. The only downside is the upstairs is very creaky. And we couldn't use the hot tub.

We stayed here for a week with our son and family and had a wonderful time. My grandson played in a basketball tournament and this location was very convenient for getting to the various facilities for his games. House is very nice and has everything we needed and the views were awesome form the back porch!

If you are considering a home in Reno, NV you need not look any further. This home is beyond belief for its location, comfort, cleanliness, with every amenity of home. It comes complete with every cooking item required to make you feel as if you are in your own kitchen with many extras which makes preparing meals very easy. The location is only10 minutes away from the downtown and casino area and only 15 minutes to the Convention center. The views at night of the city lights and the day time views of the snow capped mountains are incredible. The owner has put in a brand new outdoor gas grill that was easy to operate and provide us with a great outdoor grilling experience. Having the outdoor fire pit lit in the evenings was a real joy for everyone not to mention the gas fireplace in the house. The owner is probably the best part of this property as she actively involved with the home and was very accessible and prompt in responding to any questions we had on the communications with the property not to mention the home is very user friendly and beautiful. I should also mention that this house sits on a Cul-de-sac with a view and very good neighbors. It is located within minutes of a local shopping center from the property for all and every necessity you could thick of. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and upon our return to Reno we would not hesitate in renting this property again. House was as described and was plenty of room for two families and kids, definitely suggest renting

This was a wonderful place to stay for my son's graduation from UNR and we paid less for the whole house than we would have for just the 2 of us at a different property that would have been our second choice. We had 4 of us staying there and a family/friend get together for the graduation. My son-in-law is sad that he waited to long to book it for the Air Races in September. If we have several of us going to Reno in the future, we will definitely check to see if we can stay there. The owner was very prompt in getting back to us when needed.

This home provided a great venue for a reunion with family. We slept 7 comfortably. It is a 3 bedroom home (sleeping 2 in each room) - all bedrooms upstairs - and our daughter slept on the hide-a-bed in the family room. The owner, Shelly, was very responsive and proactively checked in with me shortly after arrival via email to see if we had any questions or needed anything. The kitchen was well stocked. The hardwood floors were gorgeous. The home is nestled into a quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac so the view was surprising once you enter the home. We enjoyed travelling to the Animal Ark Wildlife Refuge (about 30 min drive). Highly Recommended! Also did a day trip to Virginia City and my daughters, mother and I also discovered the Junkee Clothing Exchange (a must see! - voted in top 20 in the US for vintage clothing stores). Also included was a circus circus visit for the kids and a visit to the Nugget Diner to try the famous Awful Awful burger (awful big & awful good). It was true to it's reputation. This was our first time using VRBO and we had several folks traveling into town for a wedding. Our host, Shelly, was very responsive, supportive, and wonderful. The house was immaculate, very quiet, comfortable, and spacious. We had everything we needed for our stay and found some great food places within walking distance. We are very pleased and highly recommend this great home and hostess.

With family flying into Reno to attend my sons graduation from the University of Nevada we wanted to have a location were we could congregate and share family time. This house was perfect for just that. We were able to sleep 7 comfortably and be able to gather wihtout the challenges associated with Hotel stays. The home had plenty of space and the back yard provided not only great views but a secluded back deck that overlooks a quiet park. the location was perfect for our travels to campus and to surrounding activities like shopping and restaurants. The owner Shelly makes utilizing the home very easy. The WiFi and fireplace were great additions to our time spent at the home. I would easily recommend this spot to anyone with family as it provides that homelike atmosphere without any of the Hotel emptiness. My family is very appreciative to Shelly for the use of her home and also for her courteous and timely manner by which she communicated with us both before and after our stay.

We stayed at this house over Thanksgiving weekend. Our son and daughter-in-law live nearby and we wanted to spend the holiday with them and their new baby. This home offered us the opportunity to visit with family without all staying in the same home. This spacious home has beautiful views of the city and distant mountains. The three upstairs bedrooms are private and roomy. I love the "great room" feel of the kitchen and family room. We shared a wonderful Thanksgiving meal with our family. We will definitely return to stay here again. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Reno area.
