We had a wonderful stay with attentive hosts, and we would go back in a heart beat! Walking distance to so many things. Bakeries, the pier, restaurants and even museums. The porch was a great place for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. So glad we chose to stay here!

Enjoyed our stay - we were visiting family nearby and this place gave us some time to ourselves, too. Enjoyed the creek and birds; nearby Funk Zone was a plus. We would return! While near the train, the noise was not an issue...

We found our place in Santa Barbara. Terrific location, spacious, clean and has everything you'd need. Communication detailed and friendly. Will be returning.

My husband, our daughter, and I just had our third stay in this unit, and we continue to be delighted with it. The studio is very roomy and well-supplied, and the covered balcony offers lots of enjoyable outside seating options. We had a great time and hope to return!

Cute little boho apartment in a prime location very near the beach, we were able to walk to most places. So much to do and see in Santa Barbara! We highly recommend a trip to the Channel Islands and a wine tour with @Captain Jacks tours.

The location of this property is perfect. You're near the beach, pier, wharf, State Street, the Funk Zone, etc. There's also a huge wraparound balcony that's perfect for relaxing in Santa Barbara's lovely Mediterranean climate. And the apartment is furnished with some thoughtful items, like a guitar and backup iPhone cables in case you forgot yours. Our main concern was cleanliness and upkeep. The bed comforter had a stain. The lids on the trash bins were dirty and gross. Some of the drinking glasses on the upper shelf in the kitchen were coated in a thick, dusty residue as if they hadn't been cleaned in years. There was a bag in the freezer with half-eaten popsicles and used popsicle sticks. The refrigerator contained a handful of random items that had expired months ago. There was a pill organizer with some previous residents vitamins/pills in the bathroom windowsill. There were no instructions for how to use the entertainment system. Honestly, the apartment seems like an afterthought.

The property was exactly as described. Just right for our family. Great location and off street parking was a plus. Atmosphere in the outdoor covered patio, and proximity to amenities was a big plus. We will definitely stay here again in the near future.

I honestly can't rate this Vrbo experience highly enough! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, especially being able to walk to those perfect Santa Barbara beaches, not to mention all the walkable choices for dining and entertainment. The balcony was a perfect spot to relax and drink after a full day of more relaxation, and thanks for providing all the beach gear! Additional coolness points will be awarded to the host for having my favorite Pierce Brosnan Bond movie available on VHS. If you're lucky enough to book this place for your stay, don't hesitate to do it!

This studio is the perfect spot for a young couple looking for a relaxing beach vacation. So close to the beach and so many restaurants, bars, and shops. The place is clean and organized and fit all of our needs.

Exceeded our expectations ! Lovely porches , great location . Were able to walk to everything . The Amtrak train is close and does come by a couple of times a night that took some getting used to . However , we would book this property again if in the area .

This is a wonderful place to stay in Santa Barbara. Close to State Street, the Train Station and Beach. The balcony is superb with so many spots to sit and enjoy the sun. Perfect for a couple or small family. 5 stars all the way around!

Location, location, location!

Loved this property! The location could not be any better…5 minute walk to many restaurants, bars and the beach. 10 minute walk to state street. The place is self had everything you could need. Both beds were very comfortable, there were lots of bathroom and kitchen necessities. The balcony is huge and nice to hang out on. The hosts were very responsive and were flexible with my Check out time when I lost my car keys right before leaving SB, which I so appreciated. The train station being so close was not an issue at all. This will hopefully be my go to place for my many future SB stays.

Kinda don’t want to share cause it needs to be booked so far in advance, but we really enjoy the property and location . Very nice owners too

This is the second Christmas we've stayed at this property, couldn't have been happier:) The location is amazing, comfy bed, well stocked kitchen, love the eclectic decor, the wrap around deck is awesome! Amazing affordable location super close to the beach, funk zone and restaurants/bars on State St. Nothing fancy here but has just what you need. Plenty of space for 2 people. Great wrap around deck.

My husband, daughter, and I spent a weekend here and found it to be a convenient base for exploring Santa Barbara. There was plenty of room for the three of us, and the rental was comfortable and clean. The porch, which wraps around two sides of the building, has lots of seating and was a perfect place for coffee, reading, and conversation. While there isn’t air conditioning, the windows provide plenty of fresh air and help keep the space cool. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back on a future trip!
