Roseanne's property is absolutely perfect! The perfect layout for a group, tons of space to relax or entertain, and a beyond amazing outdoor space. Everything about our stay was seamless and Roseanne was quick to address any questions that arose and provided clear communication both before and during our trip. Highly recommend this home, you won't regret it.

This is a beautiful property! Roseanne is so wonderful at what she does and clearly puts so much careful thought and attention in to having everything you need in a home away from home. She was always very quick to respond to any questions!

There were 4 of us staying at this property for a weekend continuing education course. The house was so spacious and had (almost) everything we needed. (We have now supplied the house with a citrus squeezer :)). Would definitely stay here again with friends or family. The street is quiet and full of wildlife with quails and rabbits running all around. The pool is relaxing. We loved eating outside every evening. We did not BBQ or enjoy the outdoor fireplace, but loved the looks of those too.

We had plenty of room when our adult kids wanted their space, and we had plenty of room to gather as a family for family games and fun. It was a no-hassle home and convenient for the many things we did.

I stayed here by myself as I was attending a medical conference and the hotel was sold out. I did not begin to scratch the surface of the potential of this wonderful 4-bedroom home. The owner, Roseanne, was great to work with and she even got me in early, as my flight was a morning arrival. I can't speak more highly of the home and the overall experience. I already plan on staying there again the next time the conference is in Scottsdale!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The bedrooms were big and cozy, the backyard was quiet and well maintained and the house was stocked with all of the essentials.

This was a trip with extended family for the holiday. The home was spacious and comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and great for walks. A grocery is nearby. We enjoyed the fully-equipped kitchen, outdoor gas grill and the heated pool. The ping-pong table was also a big hit with everyone. Check-in was smooth and communications with the owner were easy. We would stay here again!

Came out for a weekend of golf with my dad and brothers. The house was wonderful and the backyard was perfect for hanging out, swimming and grilling after a day of golf. Roseanne the owner of the property was great the entire time and even left us a bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate the weekend.

I stood at this property to visit my brother and his family. The property, itself, was immaculate (the pictures on the listing do it NO justice). The pool was ideal (barely ever left property, though we were right near the heart of Scottsdale) and everything within the property worked well.
Communication with the owner is key, and Roseanne stood out to me due to her prompt replies and just how much she cared - cannot say enough amazing things about Roseanne!
The question beckons of not, “WOULD I stay here again?” but “WHEN will I stay here again?”

Location was amazing, house has everything you need!! Roseanne was so helpful!! Had 8 dudes for a golf trip and the house was perfect for hanging by amazing pool and comfortably fit all of us and was well equipped. Can’t wait for next yrs trip at roseannee house.

We stayed at this property as a family of 6 with 4 kids and it was perfect in every sense. Great location to explore the area, easy communication with the hosts and the house was clean, well equipped, had everything we needed. Our kids said the house was one of the best things of the entire trip :)

We had a wonderful stay - the property was very well equipped and clean. We traveled with children so the heated pool was a big hit! We had 6 people from 2 families on our party and the house was well set up so everyone had their own space. There are three living areas plus one in the master bedroom, which came in handy. The neighborhood is quiet but very close to everything. We'll be back!

The property was great for our 3 families/9 people. There was plenty of space to spread out for separate activities. The kitchen was well stocked. There were dishes for indoor and outdoor dining and entertaining. Enjoyed the pool and pool toys. Quiet neighborhood in a great location. The host provided a detailed notebook with house details as well as information about the surrounding area; shops, restaurants, hikes and activities. The extra amenities gave the property a feel of a private hotel.

Very centrally located in Scottsdale. Quiet neighbourhood. Lots of space for my family of 8 to spread out. Large private backyard with pool. Very clean. The owners are very responsive if you have any issues. I hope to return to the same house.

This was a great place for a friends to vacation. The house was very clean with plenty of room to gather, plus three separate sitting rooms with comfy couches for away time. The pool area in the back is exceptional, with a covered dining area, a great pool that was well-heated and a wonderful grill and fireplace for outdoor dining. We had a great time.

We had a great time at this property in October for a fall break trip. Awesome location, great communication, great house and facilities/pool/amenities/supplies. Host was incredibly welcoming and communicative. Would highly recommend for a wide variety of groups.

Roseanne was the best host and so thoughtful! The home was perfect for our bachelorette weekend, super cute design and *quality* comfortable beds for all. We had a great weekend!

If I could give Roseanne a hundred stars to rate her and her property I would. She answered all of our questions in a very timely manner, gave us places to visit and eat. The pool was perfect!!!! So many areas in the home to sit, relax and have conversations. Close to stores, restaurants and coffee shops. We found our forever VRBO, no more looking. Thanks Roseanne!

Perfect place!
Love this “Santa Fe” House so much! Amazing yard and giant pool. Inside was super spacious and spotless! Outside is also very spacious & patio dinning was also very very clean,! (Usually there is always some dust!) had everything we needed and then some! Almost didn’t have enough time to play all the games and enjoy this wonderful home! Would def stay again. Host was extremely accommodating with check in. We were a little early and although we weren’t able to get an early check in (last min) roseann did offer to hold our bags while we waited! Also had a nice hand written card and bottle of wine! We def will plan on a longer stay next time. ✨5 ⭐️ 2 thumbs up!👍👍

Scottsdale Golf
Property was exactly as advertised. Great pool area and lots of space in the house which had plenty of light. We had 8 guys on the annual golf trip, and all were extremely pleased. Roseanne and her husband Hanwen were extremely helpful and were there for any questions that came up. We could not say enough about how good they were to our group. We are planning on returning next year. The house is in a great location close to everything, shopping, restaurants and golf. I would recommend this house to any family or any group..

This was a beautiful property!! Lots of space for a large family to stretch out in. The outdoor area was gorgeous. Nice landscaping, great pool. I would go back here in a heartbeat.
