For the location and space, we enjoyed our stay there. The apartment does need a little work, but overall not bad at all. The shower heads need to be replaced, and there was some minor celing damage in the living room ceiling. Aside from that, awesome place! Thanks for a great stay!

Love the location. Gated, pool, and beach front. Apartment had washer and dryer and was clean. Water pressure and temperature was not the best. Over all we were satisfied with the stay.

I like this location. But the penthouse was dated and lacked the necessary items needed for a beach house location. There were no umbrellas, no beach chairs, no coolers in the properties located right on the beach. Other items missing were washcloths no extra sheets or pillows and not enough enough towels. It was actually disappointing because the place has potential. There was only one TV in the living room. No TV in the master bedroom or nowhere in the house even in the game room. A property that big should have more TVs especially when you are expecting six or more guests. Probably won’t be visiting again.

Overall it was a nice condo near the beach and the community is friendly and secured. But only issue I have was the unit I stayed at was poorly maintained. Also it was too expensive for the type of place when I found other places that was way cheaper after the fact. Hope the owner takes the time to look over his lights and decor and make improvements to their unit.

The property needs better attention, all bathroom shower heads "pathetic" light in all balconies out :( , kitchen items need a little improvement, sofa being white needs cleaning over all a so so experience ( the complex a its surroundings very nice)

We really enjoyed our stay in Isabella. The condominium was clean, perfect size for eight of us.

We were so disappointed with this place , the pics do not sure the issues. The bed mattress needs a replacement. The kitchen was missing basic stuff . The plug in at the wall were sparking when use. Water leak to the dining room after a rain shower wetting floor in a puddle . Very disappointed.

when we arrived the first day at the property the ac was not turned on and the smell of locked house was strong. AC's were turned on immediately but didn't work properly, especially the one on the second floor. the door to the room on the second floor did not close properly. the second floor balcony had no light and the glass door was also damaged. The flow of water on the second floor is not the best and the cleanliness of that bathroom was average.

This is a very large space with large bedrooms. The AC units keep the space very cool. The second floor bedroom sliding door was broken and did not close. There was a gap of well over two inches. We were swarmed by flying insects and had to buy bug spray. The owner sent a handyman, but it was not fixed. There was also a large crack in the other door. The pool table is broken and the shower upstairs does not get hot. The sheets were clean, but we had to put the top sheet on ourselves. There are no pillows just the decorative shams on flat pillows. We loved the patio spaces, proximity to the beach, and the food truck park.

Just one word. Awesome.

Happy with our stay. The pool was very nice to have and super close to Jobos. A few issues such as sliders not opening easily and outdoor furnishings being moved around so that we had less use of the smaller balcony but otherwise would recommend and will stay here again.

The location is two hours from San Juan you will need transportation. Secluded area with little to no activities for families. The condo itself was great , with exception of pots and pans are horrible, no cleaning supplies or enough trash bags on property. Kitchen could use some updates , but clean. The beach on property is exceptional with great view’s. The property is a penthouse with no elevator access. I would not recommend for those with walking disabilities or wheelchair boundaries.

This was a great condo for our family. We had lots of space to spread out and the instructions for arrival and departure were clear and easy to follow. We were happy that some of the pool restrictions have been lifted and we were able to use it every time we wanted to. One thing I was not aware of prior to visiting was just how windy the beach area could be. It isn't ideal for swimming right at the property, but you can easily walk down the beach into Isabela and find better swimming. You can also walk to restaurants that way.

Great location. Close to Jobos beach. Very little hot water pressure. Difficult to shower.

Great hospitality from the moment of booking. Easy communication with property manager. The penthouse was clean and the views from the many balconies was gorgeous. The place had everything you needed for a multiple to many day stay. I did not want to leave and will come back as the location is perfect. I would recommend. Check in was very easy and the place looks exactly as the pictures. Beautiful ocean near the condo, but definitely waves to strong to swim. TV's would have been great in some of the rooms as the only TV was in the living room but Wifi worked wonderful. Couch is not super comfy, but all outside furniture is great. Lots of restaurants and food trucks close by with excellent food and warm welcomes. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Very nice and clean apartment, safe area, great communication with the owner. Beautiful place for a family.

Overall is what a good. The space was nice and decorated nicely. The only thing is there were no actual glasses to drink our beverages. Some items were defective like a loose kitchen cabinet doors and counter top detached from wall. The pillows were flat. The sheets didn’t appear to be cleaned. There were no extra pillows sheets and blankets. The futon also was uncomfortable for one of the guest so they opted for the sofa instead. The location was perfect, the balcony also had beautiful views from both sides of the apartment on both floors. But overall it was a good experience and we were pleased with our stay.

You get what you pay for. It's a low budget option. Beds are overall in poor shape, the apartment is poorly decorated, the pool table is unusable. It's clearly for renting out only. The pool did not work day one, and we had a broken AC unit. But at the end of the day it was very cheap. The owner did fix the AC unit within 24 hours of us notifying him. I would recommend paying a bit more for a nicer place, but if you know going in it's not going to be very nice, it's a great spot.

A small group of friends went to celebrate one of our birthdays; it was the perfect place! So many rooms, patios, amazing view and right next to the beach. Everything was clean, the kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment is simply a dream. 10/10, highly recommended

This place is beautiful, the host explains everything Covid related and all the home owner's associations protocol. The apartments shows as the pictures, the area is beautiful and secure. Easy access, spacious, and the beds are super comfortable too. Thanks!

Overall the area is perfect for visiting Isabela’s attractions. It is safe and it is accesible. Parking space was good right in front of the building. Restaurants nearby are very good and there are a lot of options. The property itself is very spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness though was not a strong suit of this property. This property is smoke-free but there was a joint in the balcony and upper terrace. The trash was not taken out before our arrival and it was smelly and putrid. The white sofa in the living room is all scrapped and is peeling off. You’ll leave the sofa with white specks all over your clothes and body. The owner was very attentive and very active in correcting the issue of the trash and cleanliness. I got to give him that. He called immediately his cleaning crew and they communicated very fast and apologized. Everything else was fine, but these details, specially when you get in first thing is kind of bittersweet.

Two master suites make this property a fine one or two family vacation residence with a great pool, private beach and partial ocean view from two covered decks. Safe, secure and close to some good and fun dining options. Overall, a fine value.

Such a great spot! Conveniently located near shops, restaurants and beach. The owner was so quick to respond to any and all inquiries couldn’t have asked for better communication. The staff at the complex were also very helpful. Only complaint is the couch needs to be replaced with two small children the leather was flaking and was on everything, I saw this was an earlier complained so I wasn’t surprised. There ere a few chairs and umbrellas to use at the beach which was also helpful as I had planned to buy some.

Everything was exactly as stated. Will definitely return. Use interior tours for zip lines, caves, and rappelling.

Arnaldo’s place was perfect for us. The phots and description of the unit are accurate. The iwnwer seems to rely on his “staff” to keep the home supplied and maintained but was quick to respond to our planning questions and requests for missing supplies (beach towels and glasses) and help with the WiFi. We would love to return to Arnaldo’s home.

Just returned from a 10 day holiday trip with a group of 8 people. We had a great time, the house is located in a private gated and secured complex near the main drag of Jobos beach and very close to the restaurants/bars. The ocean in front of the complex is pretty rough, I don't recommend anyone swimming there. I suggest you go to the beach in Jobos near the restaurant/bars. In general the property is pretty well maintained and is as described, however, as a property owner myself I have to take note and inform others of the following items that felt short for me. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and NO elevator! For a house that accommodates 10 people there aren't enough towels, basically 1 ratty bath towel per person that have seen much better days. No hand towels were provided at all. Not enough plates, cups, mugs or drinking glasses . The most they have is 5 mugs and no glasses at all. They provide 2 small coffee makers which are pretty old and grainy.. One major flaw. NO toaster! Beware, the kitchen has lots of ants, can't leave anything unopened, this includes any breads or fruit on the kitchen counter, they come from all directions.. Also No dishwasher! the kitchen cabinets are showing somewhat of wear and tear!. On the plus side the front loading washer/dryer are spanking new. The white sofa has seen better days, the white skin is peeling off and its not the most comfortable of sofas. The mattress on the downstairs bedrooms are all covered in plastic making hard to sleep in. My suggestion invest in mattress covers instead. The house has AC throughout the house and in every room, but the bedroom AC's are very loud! In one of the downstairs bedrooms, owners decided to drill cardboard around the frame of the AC unit but it doesn't fit quite well allowing mosquitoes to come in and have a field day on our bodies in the middle of the night every night!! The pool is good but NO lounge chairs! so if you want to go to the pool you're sitting on hard concrete.. Only 2 beach towels are provided. Overall its a great house, I will recommend for a short stay. It would be even nicer if the owners/manager would just fix the items mentioned above..

Perfect apartment for 10 people. Everything presented in the photos, was found when arriving at the apartment. Highly recommended.

Very nice property. Excellent location on Jobo's beach in Isabela. Very quite, clean and well kept community. Arnaldo Erba was very easy to deal with and very responsive to any questions. This unit is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators so keep that in mind. Good views of the pool and ocean. The balcony off the master bedroom on the top floor is excellent. Full kitchen but no glasses so we had to buy plastic cups. Washing machine and dryer worked fine. The shower heads and bathroom sink fixtures starting to show wear. Great value for the money. Would recommend to others.
