The condo and entire experience was excellent. Four of us (two couples) meet each year for a week and this condo was perfect for us. The check-in process was smooth and the location was perfect. Scooby's, downstairs was an excellent added benefit. And if you enjoy showers with great water pressure, the hall bath will be just what you're looking for!! We will definitely rent this unit again if it is available.

Property qas clean and extremely easy to access. Brad was very responsive when i had to text him to ask a question and addressed a minor issue with the tub draining immediately. The view of the beach was amazimg and the location is perfect.

Although the building as a whole could use a little updating, the unit was very clean and comfortable. The beach is very easy to get to from the unit and there were beach chairs in the unit for our use. The appliances and washer/dryer are all new and work well. There are dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils in the unit, but no paper towels or napkins so get those when you get your food. The pizza place next door is very good if you need a quick dinner. Our family had a great trip!

An oceanfront view was a priority and this property did not disappoint. You can't predict the weather in April, but we had a comfortable spot on the balcony when it was breezy on the beach, allowing us to enjoy the sunshine, watch the waves, and relax without bundling up. The description of the condo and amenities was accurate. I recommend a rental car. It's conveniently close to the airport, yet a little too far away from all the activities Myrtle Beach has to offer. We took long rides in our Mustang convertible and enjoyed all the MYB neighborhoods and beyond. Easy check-in and convenient parking. Would stay at this location again!

Location was great. Right on the beach, beautiful view from balcony, close to restaurants, airport and shopping. Brad was very responsive to questions. Large fridge, new appliances and lots of cookware, glasses, etc. Needed batteries for tv remote and someone from the complex was right there with batteries in 10 minutes. Loved the indoor lazy river and hottub! Easy check in and check out. Had a great time!

Unit was squeaky clean, plenty of towels, etc.
Had a leak in closet ceiling and maintenance was on it and repairs were made immediately.
Couldn’t ask for a nicer place.

Condo was exactly as photos display. Clean, wonderful view and had everything we needed. Safe and secure building and parking structure. The heated, indoor pool facilities were just what we needed in February! Thank you Brad for the great stay.

This was our third time returning, we will be back. This is exactly as described, updated appliances and fully stocked kitchen. The balcony is great to sit and enjoy breakfast in the morning while watching the dolphins, there is very little wind so it is very enjoyable, even in January. Beds and bed sheets are very comfortable. Condo is clean and inviting. It would be nice if the shower had more water pressure, but this is certainly not the owners fault, bathrooms are spacious and well lit. The pool area, hot tub and lazy river are clean and the temperatures are perfect. The provide towels, but bring one just in case, they ran out a couple times. We used our own and dried them in the condos dryer. Thank you again for sharing this beautiful place, see you next year!

Our first time in South Carolina. The condo was like home away from home. Very comfortable and the view from the balcony was spectacular!! Watched the sun rise every morning. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again.

We loved our stay at Grand Atlantic Resort. Check in was easy and the room was just as it was advertised. It was very clean. We thought the location to activities was great. Access to the beach was our only complaint. There was construction going on at the outside access next to the resort which wasn’t accessible. If you wanted to access the beach before the pool opened at, I believe 7 or 8am, you had to walk to the resort next door and walk on somewhat of a path and through some brush to get to the beach.

Beautiful view, very quiet, about as clean as it gets. The owner/ contact person gave me very clear instructions and i felt the price for our stay was very competitive.

My group was completely satisfied with this unit. It was very clean and had everything we needed from a well stocked kitchen, starter toiletries, and beach item (chairs, umbrella). The check in and out process was super easy. Parking was also very convenient. The management contact was excellent and very responsive to my emails prior to our trip. He went above and beyond to provide me with information to make the most of our trip. The beds were very comfortable. Living room area had plenty of seating and very comfortable. TV was super easy to navigate. Bathrooms were very roomy and showers were exceptionally clean. But the clencher was that sunrise! It was absolutely gorgeous! I didn’t miss a one!!! I highly recommend this unit.

This was a perfect location for a girls trips! It is very airport close and great place for going up or down the coast. It was disappointing that the Blue Ray player was broken, but we managed. Also, a heads up to buy toilet paper, tissues, dish soap etc. Just be sure to do an inventory before you go food shopping.

This is a very nice condo. It has a wonderfully comfortable large leather sofa. The lighting is very good for reading or crafting. Large roomy refrigerator, a keurig coffee pot, plus a drip pot. Plus for us because we like the pod coffee and I usually have to take mine. Nice balcony oceanfront. Well stocked for cooking.Very clean and spacious! Will definitely stay there again!

Very happy with this property and host! We had 4 adults, 2 children. The condo was spacious and fit us all comfortably. Had everything we could need for the week. Lots of extra beach accessories available for use stored in the closets. Beautiful view on the balcony. Access to the beach was quick and easy. The kids loved the pools and lazy rivers. Building location was easy to find/access. Host was great to work with, responsive to all questions. Would love to go back!

Overall I was very pleased with this unit. Only negatives was that the kitchen sink faucet had black mold hanging from it. Had to clean it with Clorox wipes to get a lot of black goo off. Looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile. Also, the picture of the balcony looks larger than it is. Very small balcony. Loved the large sofa, perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids. Grand Atlantic staff was great!

I have breathing and mobility issues. These were not a problem. super clean and inviting, parking, and amenities are great. The host was super kind. Everything we needed. There was even a beach umbrella we borrowed. Saw dolphins from the balcony. Just amazing and beautifully done.

We spent a week enjoying this beautiful condo. Brad was great with communication and helping find parking for our trailer. It was so nice having beach chairs and umbrellas already in the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

We had to leave a day early the weather wasn’t good and we couldn’t get in the ocean 2 red flags . Hated to leave a day early since we paid already . The condo was stunning ,we were blown away by the view .host was fantastic . Nothing bad to say at all hope to see you in 2024 thanks so much for a vacation to remember 😍😍
