Fontainebleau is in a great location, great beach area and most things were a $10 Uber ride away. The unit isn't on the beach side but still a nice view from the balcony. Space was clean and 2 fridges were great for drinks.

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, updated unit with a beautiful view. The check in process was smooth and we had everything we needed for our stay.

Where so I start? The room was gorgeous and had a beautiful sunset view. The staff were externally friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze. Food was delicious, beach service was superb, pools were beautiful and the entire stay was perfect. I would highly recommended and definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed staying here. We knew the property would be nice but it exceeded our expectations. The views of Miami and the ocean canal behind the resort were great. We enjoyed eating breakfast every morning on the balcony and loved all that the resort had to offer as well. We would definitely stay at this property again.

The room was nice with a great view from the balcony. We enjoyed the spa and beautiful pool area. We ate at 3 different restaurants which were all wonderful! Karen was attentive and always answered in a timely manner. We will be back!

Best hotel in Miami Beach. Nothing like it

Our stay here was fabulous. The suite was exactly as seen in the photos. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The view was increadible. The ocean, the resorts main pool, and the channel could be seen from our balcony. There is a desk if you want to or need to work and the WiFi is fine for that. The only minor drawback was the kitchenette. Our toddler has a ton of food allergies and we were hoping to cook quick meals for him. This was our oversight. It was adequate for a hot breakfast and the fridge could store a few cold drinks and some left overs. However, don’t expect to be cooking much more than eggs and toast. I still rate this a 5. The service we had was excellent. The Tresor tower is quiet even though it’s connected to the main hotel which we loved. Food at the restaurants on this resort is fantastic and though pricey, most of them accommodated our sons allergies to soy, dairy, nuts, eggs etc etc. and he didn’t get sick, which is quite rare. We would book here again in a heart beat.

We stayed here for our kids winter vacation and we had a lovely time. The kitchen was missing a few essentials so we called Karen and she brought the items right over. We appreciated her attention and great communication. We will see you next year !

We've stayed at the FB multiple times and we love it. We prefer to rent on vrbo because we save money and still get all of the amenities of the hotel. we've rented with karen already twice and will continue to rent through her, she was a pleasure and very sweet lady. we were very happy with our stay in miami

Our stay was wonderful. Spacious suite. Very clean and well kept. Hotel amenities were excellent, we liked the option of the different pools depending on our mood. Thank you Karen you were wonderful and a pleasure to deal with

Booked a room and was told we would be getting a free upgrade. We accepted the upgrade. Upon arrival, we were surprised to see that we were given a room with no privacy on the balcony. Probably the worst room in all of Fontaine Bleau. Also, the elevator button to the 5th Floor, where the room was located, wasn't working in one of the elevators which was very inconvenient. I have stayed at the Fontaine Bleau several times before and have never ever had a worse room than the "upgraded" room we were given. Will not book through this account ever again!

The Room was spacious, the check in was easy, views were great. The beach chairs daily and valet service included was a huge plus! Karen was very responsive and helpful. I am happy I chose this room, and will likely again some day!

Was my first time in Miami. Enjoyed it throughly. The room we were in had a great view of the pool and all the amenities of the hotel. The best perk was the one comp valet with in and out privileges. I will go again and recommend to anyone.
